Claims (10)
- 放射線源(14)と、
放射線検出器(18)と、
前記放射線検出器(18)により収集されたCTデータを第1のデータセット(90)及び第2のデータセット(92)に分解して、被検体(22)の結腸直腸部位(104)の組成を描出するようにプログラムされたコンピュータ(36)と、
を備え、
前記第1のデータセット(90)が前記第2のデータセット(92)とは異なるエネルギーレベルにおけるデータから構成されることを特徴とするイメージング・スキャナ(10)。 - 前記コンピュータ(36)が更に、前記被検体(22)の結腸直腸部位(104)の画像(102)を便とポリープ(106)との間のコントラストにより再構成するようにプログラムされる請求項1に記載のイメージング・スキャナ(10)。
- 前記コンピュータ(36)が更に、便とポリープとを色分けした区別化により画像を表示するようにプログラムされる請求項2に記載のイメージング・スキャナ(10)
- 前記コンピュータ(36)が更に、前記第1のデータセット(90)が水分に対応するデータから構成され、前記第2のデータセット(92)が造影剤に対応するデータから構成されるようにCTデータ(94)を分解するようプログラムされる請求項1に記載のイメージング・スキャナ(10)。
- 前記コンピュータ(36)が更に、前記分解されたCTデータから前記被検体(22)の結腸直腸部位(104)における結腸ポリープ(106)の存在を自動的に求めるようにプログラムされる請求項1に記載のイメージング・スキャナ(10)。
- 前記コンピュータ(36)が更に、材料基底密度ペア(94)を参照テーブルに対して比較し、該比較から撮像されたものが結腸ポリープに相当するかどうかを割り出すようにプログラムされる請求項5に記載のイメージング・スキャナ(10)。
- 前記コンピュータ(36)が更に、被検体(22)の結腸直腸部位(104)へのしゃ下前処理又は吹送のない結腸ポリープ(106)検出で前記被検体(22)の結腸直腸部位(104)を撮像するようにプログラムされる請求項6に記載のイメージング・スキャナ(10)。
- 前記コンピュータ(36)が、前記第2のデータセット(92)からのデータに対応するピクセルとは異なる前記第1のデータセット(90)からのデータに対応するピクセルをコード化して、前記被検体(22)の結腸直腸部位(104)の画像においてコントラストを増強するように更にプログラムされる請求項1に記載のイメージング・スキャナ(10)。
- 前記コンピュータ(36)が更に、CT画像からのデータ及び2次元基底材料データから構成される単一画像を再構成するようにプログラムされるイメージング・スキャナ(10)。
- 前記コンピュータ(36)が更に、前記第1のデータセット(90)のデータ及び前記第2のデータセット(92)のデータに基づき組織を癌性及び非癌性に自動的に特徴付けるようにプログラムされる請求項1に記載のイメージング・スキャナ(10)。
