Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a multi-package of heat insulating heat insulating materials for ducts composed of a laminate of a flexible mat-like heat insulating material used for covering a duct and a sheet-like cover material, and a method for manufacturing the same.

Conventionally, a heat insulating material made of a laminate of a flexible mat-like heat insulating material and a sheet-like cover material has been used for heat insulation of a duct. As a method of covering the duct with this heat insulating material, for example, when covering the duct with a heat insulating material in a high-rise building, first, a long length composed of a laminate of a flexible mat-shaped heat insulating material and a sheet-shaped cover material is used. The heat insulating material is transported to the site by a truck or other transport vehicle in a roll-wrapped state, and then the roll-insulated heat insulating material is transported by an elevator or the like to the vicinity of a predetermined duct for covering work. At the time of covering work, after cutting the heat insulating material into the required shape on the spot, the cut heat insulating material is placed and moved on a work vehicle at a work place, and the heat insulating material is placed in a predetermined duct. A method of winding and fixing an adhesive tape or the like is employed.

However, the flexible mat-like heat insulating material constituting the heat insulating material is an inorganic fiber such as glass wool or rock wool, and since the thickness is as thick as 25 to 50 mm, the heat insulating material rolled is lightweight. It is very bulky and occupies a large volume during transportation / lifting, so it is inefficient in transportation work, such as increasing the number of times it is transported from a factory to the site by a transport vehicle, or increasing the number of times it is lifted by an elevator, etc. There were many problems and the cost was high.
Further, even at the site, even if the heat insulating material is transported, the work is not always started immediately, and it is often necessary to store it at the site until the time of operation, and it has been difficult to secure a storage place.
Furthermore, since it is cut into a predetermined size at the site and used, a large amount of pieces and residue are generated, which must be treated as waste, and the pieces and residue are scattered at the work site. There was a problem that the environment tends to be messy.

Therefore, as a method for solving the above problem, there is a method disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 09-66978.
For example, in the above publication, there is provided an unpacking method capable of taking out a necessary number of compressed inorganic fiber heat-absorbing sound-absorbing materials and making the remaining inorganic fiber heat-absorbing sound-absorbing materials compact and easy to carry. That is, a predetermined number of mat-like inorganic fiber heat-absorbing and sound-absorbing materials are laminated, compressed in the laminating direction, covered with an outer bag, and sealed. In the bag-like product having a size and shape into which the compressed package can be inserted and having an opening that can be opened and closed along the length direction, the lamination direction of the inorganic fiber heat-absorbing sound-absorbing material is the same as that of the bag-like product. Insulating the inorganic fiber heat-absorbing sound-absorbing material by cutting the surface of the outer bag toward the opening side of the bag-like material in a state where the opening of the bag-like material is opened so as to extend the opening. Is expanded to the full volume of the bag-like material, the necessary number of the inorganic fiber heat-absorbing sound absorbing material is taken out, the opening of the bag-like material is closed, and the remaining portion of the inorganic fiber heat-absorbing sound absorbing material is covered with the bag-like material. This is a method for unpacking a compressed package.
JP 09-66978 A

On the other hand, since the heat insulation material of the roll was carried in the field, and it was cut to the required size on the site and the duct was covered, the heat insulation material was used in the middle of the duct. There wasn't much.
However, in the method described in the above publication, the inorganic fiber heat-absorbing and sound-absorbing material has a size that is easy to construct, for example, a mat having a thickness of 20 to 120 mm, a width of 250 to 500 mm, and a length of about 1200 to 2800 mm. Yes.
This is to make it easy to store a compressed package in which the inorganic fiber heat insulating sound absorbing material is laminated and compressed in the bag or to make the size of the bag into which the compressed package is inserted easy to carry. Because.
Therefore, even if an inorganic fiber heat-absorbing sound-absorbing material having a length of 2800 mm is used, a plurality of inorganic fiber heat-absorbing sound-absorbing materials are required when constructing a duct having a length of 2800 mm or more. In general, when a plurality of inorganic fiber heat-absorbing and sound-absorbing materials are used, a means is adopted in which the seam portion is wound and fixed with another belt-like material such as tape.

However, ducts are often located in high places, and work in unstable places. Especially in the case of a cylindrical duct, the covering part is a curved surface and two inorganic fiber heat-absorbing sound absorbing materials of 1 m or more are arranged. However, it is very difficult to wind and fix the tape at the seam, and the work requires skill, and even if the work is performed by a plurality of workers, the work takes time.
Further, there is a problem that the heat retention effect is lowered when the seam is not sufficiently fixed.

[7] A method for producing a large number of packages of heat insulation materials for ducts,
(1) It is long so that the end of one side of the long side extends from the end of one side of the long flexible mat-like heat insulating material on one surface of the long sheet-like cover material. Bonding the one surface of the flexible mat-like heat insulating material, and sticking a long double-sided tape to the end of the one side to produce a long duct heat insulating heat insulating material,
(2) a second step of cutting the heat insulation material for long ducts manufactured in the first step into a shape used for a duct covering operation;
(3) a third step of forming a 1 to 4 bending groove portion on the flexible mat-like heat insulating material side of the duct heat insulating material cut in the second step;
(4) A fourth step of producing a bent heat insulation material for the duct by bending inward along the bending grooves for 1 to 4 lines formed in the third step;
(5) a fifth step of aligning and compressing a large number of bent heat insulation materials manufactured in the fourth step;

(7) a seventh step of recompressing the folded insulated heat insulating material for the duct stored in the bag-like body in the sixth step;
(8) The eighth step of sealing the opening of the bag-like body after finishing the seventh step and discharging the air in the bag-like body from the air outlet provided in the bag-like body,
A method for producing a multi-package of heat insulation materials for ducts, characterized by being adopted.

According to the multi-package of heat insulation materials for ducts of the present invention, the heat insulation material for ducts composed of a laminate of a flexible mat-like heat insulation material and a sheet-like cover material is folded into 2 to 5 folds. A large number of sheets are stacked, compressed, and packed and packed compactly in a bag-like material, so a large amount of heat insulation for ducts can be transported at one time, and the number of transports from the factory to the site is significantly greater than before. Can be reduced.
And since the number of times of lifting by on-site transportation, such as elevators, can be reduced in the same way, it can be efficiently transported at low cost and occupies the elevators and stairs etc., causing trouble to other workers, etc. And can be carried into the work site.
Furthermore, even if the work cannot be performed immediately after loading, it occupies less space and secures a storage location.

In addition, since the multi-packed body of the heat insulating insulation material for ducts in the present invention is formed in a shape that is preliminarily used for the duct covering operation, the heat insulating heat insulating material for ducts housed and packed in the bag-shaped body, Work such as cutting at the work site is not required, and no scraps or remainders are generated, waste can be eliminated, and the work site can be prevented from becoming messy.
At the time of manufacturing a large number of packages of heat insulation for ducts, the groove for folding is formed on the flexible mat-like heat insulation side of the heat insulation for duct. It is only necessary to bend along the line, it can be folded without losing its shape, and can be stored and packed in a bag-like body in an orderly manner.

Furthermore, in the present invention, the heat insulating insulation material for ducts to be accommodated and packed in the bag-like body of a large number of duct heat insulating heat insulating materials, one side of the sheet-like cover material is one side of the flexible mat-like heat insulating material It is formed longer, the end of one side of the sheet-like cover material extends from the end of the flexible mat-like heat insulating material to form an extended piece, and a double-sided tape is attached to the extended piece When connecting the joints of a plurality of duct heat insulation materials, the end of one side of the sheet-like cover material is connected to the end of another adjacent heat insulation material for ducts. It is only necessary to cover the extension piece formed on the section and fix it to the other heat insulating insulation for adjacent ducts with the double-sided tape attached to it, and it can be connected without using a strip-like material such as tape. Can do.
And, since the connection work of multiple heat insulation materials for ducts is only fixed with double-sided tape, after adhering the flexible mat-like heat insulation parts of the heat insulation materials for adjacent ducts, sticking with fine adjustment It is possible to reliably perform the covering operation by bringing the flexible mat-like heat insulating materials into contact with each other.
Therefore, skill is not required for the covering operation on the duct, and even a small number of workers can perform the covering operation of the heat insulation material for the duct with a short work period and high work efficiency.

In addition, the heat insulation for duct that is accommodated and packed in the bag-like body in the multiple package of the heat insulation for duct is composed of a laminate of a flexible mat-like heat insulation and a sheet-like cover material. In addition, examples of the sheet-like covering material include aluminum foil, aluminum foil vapor deposition cloth, and glass cloth. Examples of the flexible mat-like heat insulating material include mat-like glass wool, rock wool, and ceramic wool.

And the heat insulating heat insulating material for ducts is formed by laminating and laminating the length of the four sides of the sheet-like cover material and the flexible mat-like heat insulating material, or one side of the sheet-like cover material. , Formed longer than one side of the flexible mat-shaped heat insulating material, and an end portion of one side of the sheet-like cover material is extended from the end portion of the flexible mat-shaped heat insulating material to form an extended piece portion And a double-sided tape is stuck on the said extension piece part, and it shall be comprised.
For duct insulation work, the former insulation heat-insulating material for ducts, that is, the length of each of the four sides of the sheet-like surface covering material and the flexible mat-like heat insulating material is formed and laminated. When the thermal insulation is connected to another adjacent thermal insulation for ducts, it is connected by wrapping a tape or the like, and the latter thermal insulation for the duct, that is, one side of the sheet-like cover material, It is formed longer than one side of the flexible mat-shaped heat insulating material, and an end portion of one side of the sheet-like cover material is extended from the end portion of the flexible mat-shaped heat insulating material and laminated to form an extended piece portion. In the case of a heat insulating insulation material for a duct constituted by sticking a double-sided tape to the extended piece, the heat insulation material for the other adjacent duct is connected when connected to the other heat insulating heat insulation material for the duct. Cover the end of the heat insulating material with the extended piece and stick it to the extended piece Connecting with a another duct insulation insulation material in the double-sided tape.
The former heat insulation for duct and the heat insulation for duct provided with the latter extension piece can be appropriately selected and used depending on the duct to be covered and the site.
In addition, the latter insulation heat insulating material for ducts provided with the extended piece part can be operated without using a strip-like material such as tape when connecting a plurality of heat insulation heat insulating materials for ducts, and is adhered with a double-sided tape. The workability that can be connected by simply is easy.

The multi-packed body of heat insulation materials for ducts of the present invention is accommodated and packaged in a bag-like body by folding and stacking the heat insulation materials for ducts formed according to the shape of the duct to be covered.
Since the shape of the duct to be covered, such as length and diameter (periphery dimensions), is determined in advance, any shape of the heat insulation for the duct at the stage of manufacturing the heat insulation for the duct at the factory. It can be calculated whether a material is necessary. Therefore, a heat insulating material for duct is manufactured in the calculated shape at the manufacturing stage at the factory.
In the factory, by forming the heat insulation for ducts in the shape used for the duct covering work in advance, cutting work of the heat insulation for ducts on the site becomes unnecessary, and no cuts or remainders occur, In addition, the working time can be greatly shortened.

On the other hand, the multi-packed body of the insulating heat insulating material for ducts according to the present invention can form a multi-packed body by stacking and compressing a large number of insulating heat insulating materials for ducts, and storing and packing them in a bag-like body. It is.
In addition, when stacking a large number of heat insulation materials for ducts, the size of the multiple packaging body is reduced by bending the flexible mat-like heat insulation material constituting the heat insulation materials for ducts into 2 to 5 folds. It has a configuration that can.
Depending on the diameter of the duct covering the heat insulating insulation for ducts, the heat insulating insulation for ducts can be made smaller, and in that case, a large number of packages can be formed without bending.
Moreover, the said heat insulating heat insulating material for ducts can also be comprised by forming the concave groove part for bending in the side bent, for example, the flexible mat-shaped heat insulating material side. By forming the folding groove part and bending along the folding groove part, it can be reliably and easily folded into any shape, and it can be accommodated in a bag-like body without being deformed. It can be packed.

As shown in the perspective view of the multiple package of heat insulation materials for duct of the present invention in FIG. 1, the multiple package 100 of duct heat insulation materials of the present invention (hereinafter referred to as multiple package 100) covers the duct as shown in FIG. A plurality of duct heat insulation materials 1 'obtained by bending the duct heat insulation material 1 (see FIG. 2) are stacked, compressed, accommodated and packed in a bag-like body 6. The
The bent heat insulating material 1 ′ for the duct is a flexible mat so that the sheet-like cover material 3 is on the outside so that it can be easily handled when a plurality of the heat insulating materials for duct 1 are stacked. It is formed to be folded into 2 to 5 folds with the shape heat insulating material 2 inside (see FIG. 6).
Further, in FIG. 1, a delivery destination instruction label indicating a place to be carried into the bag-like body 6 so that the large number of packaging bodies 100 can be surely carried into the site where the heat insulation material for duct 1 contained therein is used. 7 is attached.
Thus, since the multiple package 100 of the heat insulation materials for ducts of this invention is compressed and accommodated / packed in the bag-like body 6, its thickness can be reduced, and transportation and lifting are possible. Occasionally, the occupied volume can be reduced, and a large amount can be transported by one transportation and lifting, so that the number of transportation and the number of lifting can be greatly reduced.

And the heat insulation 1 for ducts accommodated and packed in the bag-like body 6 of the multipack 100 is an example of the heat insulation for ducts in the multipack of the heat insulation for ducts of the present invention shown in FIG. As shown in a perspective view and a cross-sectional view, it is composed of a laminate of a flexible mat-like heat insulating material 2 and a sheet-like cover material 3.
In FIG. 2, the flexible mat-like heat insulating material 2 and the sheet-like surface covering material 3 constituting the heat insulating heat insulating material 1 for ducts are formed such that the lengths of the four sides are the same and bonded together.
Moreover, the heat insulation 1 for ducts in the multiple package 100 of this invention is the perspective view and sectional drawing of the other example of the heat insulation for ducts in the multiple package of the heat insulation for ducts of this invention of FIG. It can also be set as the heat insulation heat insulating material 10 for ducts provided with the extended piece part in the edge part of one side of a sheet-like surface material as shown.
The duct heat insulating heat insulating material 10 provided with the extending piece portion is formed such that one side of the sheet-like cover material 3 is longer than one side of the flexible mat-like heat insulating material 2 and is flexible with the sheet-like cover material 3. When the heat-resistant mat-like heat insulating material 2 is bonded and laminated, the end portion of one side of the sheet-like cover material 3 is extended from the end portion of the flexible mat-like heat insulating material 2 to form an extended piece portion 3a. ing.
And the double-sided tape 4 is affixed on the extension piece part 3a.
The extending piece 3a to which the double-sided tape 4 formed on one end of the sheet-like surface covering material 3 of the heat insulating material for duct 10 provided with the extending piece is attached is a covering operation for the duct. At the time, when the heat insulating insulation 1 for a duct previously covered with a duct is adjacently covered with the duct and connected to the heat insulating insulation 1 for a duct previously covered with the duct, It becomes a part which overlaps with the edge part of a heat insulation heat insulating material, and becomes a location bonded and fixed to the other heat insulation heat insulating material for ducts through the stuck double-sided tape 4. Therefore, the edge part 3a of one side of the sheet-like surface covering material 3 is formed with the width | variety which can attach the double-sided tape 4 of the grade which can be reliably adhere | attached and fixed with the other heat insulation heat insulating material for ducts. In the case of a commonly used duct, the extending piece 3a formed at one end of the sheet-like covering material 3 is formed with a size of about 40 mm to 50 mm. In the case where the diameter is large, it is preferable that the extending piece 3a is also large because it can be reliably bonded.

In addition, the duct heat insulating material 1 or the duct heat insulating material 10 provided with the extended piece portion to be accommodated and packed in the multiple package of the present invention is formed in a shape used in advance for the duct covering operation. It is desirable.
If the duct actually used in the field is a cylindrical duct, the standard of the cylinder used is in steps of 25 mm, so if you know in advance which diameter of the cylindrical duct is used The width of the heat insulating material for duct 1 required for covering the duct and the heat insulating material for duct 10 provided with the extending piece can be calculated.
Moreover, since the length of the duct arrange | positioned at a structure can also be calculated from construction drawings etc., the number of the heat insulation materials for ducts 10 provided with the heat insulation material 1 for ducts and the extension piece part is calculated. Make according to the length.
Of course, the width and the number of the heat insulating materials for duct 1 required for covering can be calculated by calculating the length and the outer circumference of the rectangular duct as well.
In the present invention, the duct heat insulating heat insulating material 10 and the duct heat insulating heat insulating material 10 provided with the extended piece are formed in the factory according to the size of the duct to be used. No cutting work is required, and the working time can be greatly shortened.

As shown in FIG. 4, the multi-pack 100 of the heat insulating material for ducts of the present invention is manufactured by the following process.
1st process: One surface of the long flexible mat-like heat insulating material 2 is bonded to one surface of the long sheet-like surface covering material 3 to produce a long duct heat insulating heat insulating material 1 ″. To do.
In addition, although not shown in figure, when manufacturing the many packaging bodies 100 with the heat insulation material 10 for ducts provided with the extension piece part, as one process, on one surface of the elongate sheet-like surface covering material 3 The one side of the long flexible mat-like heat insulating material 2 is bonded, leaving the end of any one side of the long side, and the elongated piece 3a formed at the end of the one side is long. The double-sided tape 4 is attached to produce a long duct heat insulation.

Seventh step: A number of folded heat insulation materials 1 ′ for ducts housed in the bag 6 in the sixth step are compressed again by the compressor 12 ′.
Eighth step: The opening 6 ′ of the bag-like body 6 after the seventh step is sealed, and the air in the bag-like body 6 is sucked from the air discharge port 60 provided in the bag-like body 6. Aspirate and drain.
As described above, the multipack 100 of duct heat insulation materials is manufactured.

The manufacturing process will be described in detail below.
In the first step, as shown in FIG. 4, a long sheet-shaped cover material 3 and a long flexible mat-shaped heat insulating material 2 are arranged, and the sheet-shaped cover material 3 and the flexible mat-shaped heat insulating material 2 are arranged. After adhering by spraying an adhesive or the like between them, it is adhered by the pressure of the pressure roller 5 to produce a heat insulation material 1 ″ for a long duct.
In addition, in the case of the heat insulating insulation material 10 for ducts provided with the extended piece part, although not shown, a long sheet-shaped covering material 3, a long flexible mat-shaped heat insulating material 2, and a double-sided tape 4 are arranged. Then, after adhering between the sheet-like covering material 3 and the flexible mat-like heat insulating material 2 by spraying an adhesive or the like, the sheet-like covering material 3 is adhered by the pressure of the pressure roller 5. A double-sided tape 4 is attached to the extended piece 3a at the end of one side, and the sheet-like cover material 3 and the flexible mat-like heat insulating material 2 are firmly attached together with the pressure roller 5, and are long. Manufacturing heat insulation for ducts.
In the following processes, even if it is the heat insulation 1 for ducts, or the heat insulation 10 for ducts provided with the extension piece part, it is the same.

Then, as the second step, as shown in FIG. 4, the long heat insulating heat insulating material 1 ″ for the duct manufactured in the first step is cut with a cutting tool 8 into a shape used for the duct covering operation.
As described above, the shape used for duct covering work is the shape used when covering the duct on site in advance, and is the shape suitable for the duct diameter calculated by the construction drawing etc. The heat insulating insulation material 1 for ducts of the invention is cut into a necessary shape in accordance with its shape in the second step.
For example, in the case of a cylindrical duct, the length is 2πr + 130 mm. R is the radius of the duct diameter.
In addition, when the site used in advance cannot be specified, the cutting work in the second process is performed by selecting an arbitrary shape that is easy to work.

In the third step, as shown in FIG. 5, 1 to 4 lines are folded by the bending groove forming machine 11 on the side of the flexible mat-like heat insulating material 2 of the duct heat insulating heat insulating material 1 cut in the second step. A concave groove portion for bending 9 is formed. In the figure, a single bending groove is formed.
The folding concave groove 9 is a concave groove for guiding a portion to be folded when the duct heat insulating material 1 is folded in order to make the size easy to be accommodated in the bag-like body 6, and is not easily bent. The mat-like heat insulating material 2 is formed in order to bend uniformly and orderly to prevent the deformation of the mold.
Therefore, according to the length of the heat insulation 1 for ducts, the 1 to 4 bending groove part 9 for bending is formed, and it is set as 2-5 folds.
Depending on the length of the heat insulating heat insulating material 1 for ducts, it can be formed into 6 or 7 folds by forming 5 or 6 stripes, and if it is short, the concave groove 9 for bending is not formed. However, the number of the concave groove portions 9 for bending is not limited, but it is workable to form the concave groove portions 9 for bending with one to four lines so that it can be folded in two to five. Is well suited.

In the fourth step, the duct insulation heat insulating material 1 is bent with the flexible mat-like heat insulating material 2 inside along the 1 to 4 streaky concave grooves 9 formed in the third step. The insulated heat insulating material 1 ′ for the duct is manufactured.
FIG. 6 (A) shows a bending method when one bending groove portion 9 is formed, and FIG. 6 (B) shows a case where two bending groove portions 9 are formed. An explanation of the folding method is shown.
6 (A) and 6 (B), the folding groove portion forming machine 11 forms the folding groove portion 9, the wire is bent at (b), and the wire is bent at (c). The heat insulation material 1 'for ducts is manufactured.
FIG. 7 shows a state (b) in which one folded heat insulating material 1 ′ (a) for ducts and eight folded heat insulating materials 1 ′ for ducts are stacked.

In the fifth step, a large number of bent heat insulation materials 1 ′ manufactured in the fourth step are arranged and compressed by the compressor 12. Here, the compression is performed to a thickness that allows easy storage when a large number of folded heat insulation materials 1 ′ for ducts are stored in the bag-like body 6 in the next step. In FIG. 8, the folded heat insulation 1 ′ for ducts is arranged side by side, but may be stacked and compressed depending on the type of the compressor 12.
For example, when the 50 mm flexible mat-like heat insulating material 2 is used, the folded heat insulating heat insulating material 1 ′ for the duct has a thickness of 100 mm in a folded state. Therefore, when eight sheets of the flexible mat-like heat insulating material 2 are stacked, the height is 100 mm × 8 sheets and 800 mm.
In the fifth step, this is compressed to a thickness of about 200 mm to 400 mm which can be easily stored in the bag-like body 6. The thickness can be appropriately changed depending on the size of the bag 6.

In the sixth step, the folded insulating heat insulating material 1 ′ for the duct, which is a large number of sheets compressed in the fifth step, is stored in the bag 6. The bag 6 is provided with an air outlet 60 at one end.
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9, since the compressor 12 used in the fifth step is a conveyor device provided with a rotating shaft 12a, heat insulation for a plurality of compressed bent ducts is performed. The heat insulating material 1 ′ is conveyed and stored in the bag-like body 6 by driving the rotating shaft 12 a.
FIG. 10 shows a state in which a number of compressed heat insulation materials 1 ′ for folded ducts are accommodated in the bag-like body 6.

In the seventh step, the multiple insulated heat insulation materials 1 ′ for ducts housed in the bag 6 in the sixth step are compressed again by the compressor 12 ′ as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12. The compression in this step is for making the multi-packed body 100 of the heat insulating insulation material 1 for ducts into a shape that is not bulky during transportation and the like, and it is preferable to compress to a thickness of about 50 to 100 mm. Compressed in consideration of the number of bent heat insulation materials 1 ′ accommodated in the duct 6.

In the next eighth step, the opening 6 'of the bag-like body 6 containing the plurality of bent heat insulation materials 1' bent in the seventh step is sealed, and as shown in FIG. The air in the bag-like body 6 is sucked and discharged by the suction machine 13 from the air discharge port 60 provided at one end of the shape-like body 6.
The bag-like body 6 used in the present invention is provided with an air outlet 60 at one end, and the air in the bag-like body 6 is discharged from the air outlet 60 in a state where the opening 6 'is sealed. Thus, a structure having a vacuum state is adopted.
Therefore, the bag-like body 6 is made of a highly airtight resin film, and has an opening 6 'that is provided with one or more highly airtight fasteners each having an openable and closable convex part and concave part. Is preferred. As a resin film which comprises the bag-shaped body 6, a vinyl film, a polyolefin film, a nylon film, a polyester film etc. are mentioned, for example.

In addition, the air discharge port 60 is such that air does not flow back into the bag-like body 6 after the air in the bag-like body 6 is sucked and discharged by the suction machine 13, and, for example, air having a check valve is provided. The discharge port 60 is preferable.
In addition, as the suction machine 13, a vacuum cleaner etc. are mentioned.
And since the bag-like body 6 is provided with one or two or more highly airtight fasteners composed of convex and concave parts that can be freely opened and closed, it is only necessary to open and close the fasteners during use. Since it is not necessary to cut the bag-like body 6 with, etc., it can be reused after use.

Further, if the air in the bag-like body 6 is discharged in the eighth step in a state compressed by the compressor 12 ', the suction operation is easy.

Through the above-described steps, a multi-package 100 of duct heat insulation materials shown in FIG. 1 is manufactured. Through the above process, the multi-package 100 is manufactured to a thickness of about 50 to 100 mm.
In addition, the manufacturing process in a present Example is one Example, and an unnecessary process can be suitably excluded according to the shape etc. of the heat insulation 1 for ducts to pack.
For example, on the flexible mat-like heat insulating material 2 side of the heat insulating material for duct 1 in the third step to the fourth step, a bending groove portion 9 having 1 to 4 bars is formed by a bending groove forming device 11. Except for the step of bending, a plurality of non-bent duct heat insulation materials 1 may be compressed into a bag-like body 6 and packaged without using the bent heat insulation material 1 ′. .
In addition, when the number of the heat insulation materials 1 for ducts is small, etc., after the folded heat insulation materials 1 ′ for ducts are accommodated in the bag-like body 6 without being compressed, except for the compression in the fifth step. , You may compress.
Moreover, the carry-in destination instruction label 7 attached to the bag-like body 6 may be attached to the outside of the bag-like body 6 or may be inserted into the bag-like body 6 without being attached. The method is not limited as long as it can be easily understood at the time of transportation which duct is used by the multi-package 100 on the site.

Since the multi-pack 100 of the heat insulating insulation material 1 for ducts according to the present invention is manufactured by the above-described manufacturing method, it has a thickness of about 50 to 100 mm and is transported from the factory to the site and up to the work place on the site. At the time of carrying in, the amount that can be carried at one time is greatly increased, so that the number of times of carrying and carrying can be reduced, and it is easy to secure a storage place on site.
14-16 is explanatory drawing of an example of the conveyance / carrying-in method of the heat insulation material for ducts of this invention, FIG. 17 is explanatory drawing at the time of the covering operation | work of the heat insulation material for ducts of this invention, The multiple package 100 of the heat insulation materials for ducts according to the present invention is accommodated in a plurality of the carts 14 in an orderly manner. Then, as shown in FIG. 15, the multi-pack 100 of the heat insulating insulation materials for ducts is mounted on the loading platform of the transport truck 15 together with the cart 14.
Then, at the site, as shown in FIG. 16, the carriage 14 in which the multiple package 100 of duct heat insulation materials is accommodated is transported by the elevator 16 and carried into a place where the duct is covered. Since the carriage 14 also includes the carry-in destination instruction label 7, the carriage 14 can be carried into a predetermined work place.
At the time of the covering operation, as shown in FIG. 17, the contents of the carry-in instruction label 7 provided on the multiple package 100 of duct heat insulation materials are confirmed from the carriage 14, and the duct 18 that performs the covering operation is checked. The packaging body 100 of the heat insulating insulation material for ducts to be used is taken out and placed on the aerial work vehicle 17. At the stage of use, the opening 6 ′ of the bag-like body 6 can be opened and used.
In addition, since the multiple package 100 of the heat insulation materials for ducts is accommodated in the carriage 14, the entire carriage 14 is transferred to the work place on the site, and is accommodated in the carriage 14 until the work stage. Can be stored in an organized state, and the information relating to the destination of the heat insulation 1 for ducts stored in the carriage 14 is also specified in the carriage 14, whereby the heat insulation 1 for ducts 1 Can prevent misdelivery.

Moreover, since the package 100 of the heat insulating insulation materials for ducts of this invention only discharges | emits the air in the bag-like body 6, and is made into the vacuum state, it only opens the opening part 6 'of the bag-like body 6. FIG. And the heat insulation 1 for ducts can be restored to the original state.
Furthermore, if the bag-like body 6 of the package 100 of the heat insulating insulation materials for ducts used is accommodated in the carriage 14, the bag-like body 6 is also returned to the factory together with the carriage 14, so that no waste is generated. Can be reused.
