2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, many rolled wire rod coils wound and converged and bound in a coil form have been stored and transported as they are, but rusting that occurs during long-term storage and transport has occurred in products. Its value has been remarkably reduced, and the generation of rust has been regarded as a problem in recent years, particularly as products are upgraded. Therefore, in order to improve this, for example, using a rectangular packaging material that combines a synthetic resin film or cloth, or a packaging material that is formed by joining a sheet material that combines a synthetic resin film or cloth into a cylindrical shape, As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG.

By the way, even if the above-mentioned packing is performed, rust may occur during long-term storage or transportation, and the product value may be significantly reduced. In the case of export products, there may be problems such as dew condensation in the packaging, and the problem of rusting still occurs, and improvement thereof is desired. Therefore, for example, attention has been paid to a method of vacuum-packing the entire product, which is performed with small-sized parts or simple-shaped parts, to prevent rust (see, for example, JP-A-5-178323). A packaging bag made of a composite material of the above was produced as a trial and packing was attempted.
Since it is a large cylindrical heavy object of 0 to 1300 mm, inner diameter of about 500 to 900 mm, and weight of 1 to 3 tons, it is necessary to use the hanging tool as described above. It is difficult to seal with no space inside, and there is a problem in workability and practicality.

In the packing method according to the first aspect, the wire coil is housed between the inner and outer materials formed by folding back the cylindrical packaging material, so that the inner circumference of the wire coil is formed. The hanging part can be inserted through the surface part, and the handling of the coil can be made relatively easy. It can be airtightly bonded with a double-sided adhesive tape or an adhesive that has been applied. In addition, since the air inside the package is sucked after airtight bonding and the suction port is closed after that, the packing material can be packed in close contact with the inner and outer peripheral surfaces and both end surfaces of the wire coil, and the air inside the package is diluted. It is hard to cause dew condensation, and during long-term storage in a warehouse,
Alternatively, rusting can be prevented even during long-term storage or transportation during export to regions with greatly different temperatures.

According to the packing method according to the above-described procedure, the rolled wire coil C is accommodated between the inner and outer materials which are formed by folding back the cylindrically formed packing material 1. The hanging tool 8 can be inserted through the inner peripheral surface C1 portion of the wire rod, and the handling of the heavy-weight rolled wire coil C can be relatively easily performed. In addition, the ends 5 and 6 of the inner and outer materials of the packaging material 1 which are formed doubly are joined to the inner peripheral surface C1
It can be airtightly bonded with the double-sided adhesive tape 7 outside the portion. In addition, since the air inside the package 10 is sucked after the airtight joining, and then the suction port is closed, the packing material 1 is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface C1, the outer peripheral surface C2, and both end surfaces C3, C4 of the rolled wire coil C. While the package can be packaged in a state, the package (see FIG. 2d) packed in such a manner has a thin air inside the package 10 and hardly causes dew condensation. As described above, according to the packing method of the present invention, the wire coil is accommodated between the inner and outer materials formed by folding back the cylindrically formed packing material. Therefore, the hanging tool can be inserted through the inner peripheral surface of the wire coil, and the handling of the coil can be relatively easily performed. The end of the double inner and outer material can be heat-sealed outside the inner peripheral surface of the coil. Alternatively, it can be airtightly bonded with a double-sided adhesive tape or an adhesive stuck to the end. Furthermore, since the air inside the package is sucked after the airtight joining, and the suction port is closed after that, the packing material can be packed in a state in which the packing material is in close contact with the inner and outer peripheral surfaces and both end surfaces of the wire coil, and the air inside the package is airtight. It is sparse and hardly causes dew condensation, so that rust can be prevented even during long-term storage in a warehouse or during long-term storage or transportation for export to a region having a significantly different temperature.
