Description

The present invention relates to an applicator incorporating a coating liquid such as paint, paint, ink, correction liquid, glue, adhesive, cosmetic liquid, chemical liquid, repair agent, coating agent, and the like.

As an applicator in which an application destination member having an application portion is attached in front of an opening of a container having an application liquid storage chamber therein, and a large number of protrusions appear and disappear around the application destination member, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-201419 No. 2 is known.
The applicator disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-201419 is an applicator container provided with an applicator head 4 for exuding liquid in the container body at the mouth portion 2 of the squeeze container body 1. A cylindrical scraper 5 forming a wavy scraping claw 6 is screwed so as to be able to appear and retract. In addition, a valve that opens by pressing inside the application head 4 may be provided.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-201419 “Applicator with scraper”.

When the built-in coating solution is a chemical solution such as an insect bite and is applied to the affected area, it is applied by pressing the application destination lightly against the inflamed area of the skin, or applied to the inflamed area of the skin. There is a case where the application destination is strongly pressed and applied so as to reduce itchiness by stimulation of the pressing force of the application destination, or the strength of pressing of the application destination to the skin may be used properly.
In addition, when the coating liquid incorporated is a synthetic glue liquid containing polyvinyl alcohol as a main component and the application tool is used for bonding paper or the like, when the application tool is applied to a narrow surface, it is applied thinly. In addition, when applying this applicator over a wide surface, it should be applied thickly so that the previously applied glue will not dry during the application work, or it may be applied thinly to the part where it is applied thickly like a musical score. There are cases where it is desired to use a thin coating and a thick coating (or blotting) separately, such as a coating method (spraying) in which the spot is parallel.
However, in the case of applying a chemical solution with an applicator provided with a protrusion that protrudes and protrudes around a conventional circular application portion, it is good to apply lightly with the protrusion being submerged. However, there was an application problem even when trying to apply an application with irritation by strongly pressing the application point to the affected part with itching after being touched by a mosquito with protrusions in order to reduce itching. In other words, since the position of the application part where the chemical liquid oozes out and the protrusion around the application part are separated, the chemical application and the stagnation-reducing stimulus must be performed at different sites, and the chemical application and the stagnation reduction at the same position It was impossible to stimulate at the same time.
Furthermore, when applying paste with an applicator provided with protrusions that protrude and appear around a conventional circular application portion, it may be thinly applied while the protrusions are submerged. However, in thick coating with the protrusions submerged, if the squeeze container is pressed strongly to try to discharge a large amount of glue liquid, the container may be pushed too much and a lot of glue liquid may come out. Further, in the thick coating with the protrusions protruding, it is difficult to make the coating thickness uniform unless the container is placed perpendicularly to the application surface and all the protrusions are in contact with the application surface. This vertical coating operation is difficult to perform compared to a general method of coating operation with a slight inclination.
Therefore, the present invention provides a strength operation for pressing the application portion against the application surface, that is, by properly using the pressing force, the application feeling is different depending on the strength of the application touch in the chemical solution, and the strength of the application touch is different in the adhesive solution. It is an object to provide an applicator that can adjust the thickness.

The present invention provides an applicator provided with a coating tip having a circular coating portion at the tip in front of an opening of a container having a coating liquid storage chamber therein, and a large number of dispersed protrusions are arranged on the surface of the coating destination. Or a large number of dispersed protrusions arranged behind the application destination, or a large number of dispersed protrusions arranged so as to appear and disappear.

The present invention provides an applicator provided with a coating tip having a circular coating portion at the tip in front of an opening of a container having a coating liquid storage chamber therein, and a large number of dispersed protrusions are arranged on the surface of the coating destination. Or a large number of dispersed protrusions are arranged behind the application destination, or a large number of dispersed protrusions are arranged so that they appear and disappear. The application feeling action varies depending on the strength of the application touch, and an applicator that can be applied thicker or thinner depending on the strength of the application touch can be provided with the applicator storing the paste liquid.

The operation will be described.
In the above-described embodiment, when the chemical solution is lightly applied, the protrusion 3a of the application destination 3 comes into light contact with the inflamed part of the skin. At the same time, the tip portion 5a of the spring valve 5 is pushed backward through the application destination 3, the valve mechanism is opened, and the built-in chemical liquid exudes. As a result, the medicinal solution can be applied lightly and gently to the damaged affected area without causing pain during application.
Next, when the application destination 3 is strongly pressed against the affected part, the tips 5a of the protrusions 3a are pressed apart from each other, and at the same time, the front part 5a of the spring valve 5 is pushed backward via the application destination 3. As a result, the valve mechanism opens and the internal chemicals ooze out. When attention is paid to the tip of the application destination 3, a skin bulge occurs between the protrusions 3 a of the application destination 3. In this way, since many tips of the protrusions 3a are spaced and pressed against the skin, the surface of the skin is pressed against and compressed, and the stretched portion caused by the bulge generated between the pressings. At the same time, the chemical solution from the container is supplied to the skin surface. When the application destination 3 is moved on the skin in this state, the compressed portion and the stretched portion of the skin are reversed.
Here, looking at the affected area, the compressed part of the skin stimulates with a weak pain sensation to relieve itching, and in the stretched part of the skin, the absorption of chemicals is promoted by the expansion of cells and hair roots . That is, it is possible to simultaneously reduce the itchiness of the affected area and speed up the swallowing of the drug solution, thereby increasing the drug efficacy.
In this way, a light application touch can be applied lightly and gently so as not to cause pain when applied to an injured affected area, and a strong application touch can alleviate the itchiness of the affected area and accelerate drug efficacy.

FIG. 3 shows a second embodiment, and shows a cross-sectional view of the main part front.
The container 1, the coupling ring 4, the spring valve 5, and the cap 6 are the same as in the first embodiment. A front shaft 12 having a substantially bottomed cylindrical shape is fitted in front of the container 1. The base 12a of the front shaft 12 is the same as in the first embodiment. A thin top 12b whose center is open is provided at the tip of the base 12a. In front of the top portion 12b, a large number of substantially identical protrusions 12c are provided so as to be dispersed.
In front of the front shaft 12, a soft coating tip 13 having a continuous air hole shape is provided. The surface of the application destination 13 is a smooth application part 13b.
The operation will be described. When the chemical solution is lightly applied, the affected part is brought into contact with the smooth surface of the application part 13a of the application destination 13 and can be applied more gently than in the first embodiment. This is because the protrusion 12 c is provided behind the application destination 13. When the application destination 13 is strongly pressed against the affected area, each tip of the protrusion 12c of the front shaft 12 is pressed against the affected area via the application destination 13, and the same application as in the first embodiment is applied. It fulfills its function.
As another example, in the case of using an applicator containing glue solution for bonding paper, when the application destination 13 is lightly pressed against the paper surface, the application portion 13b of the application destination 13 is lightly in contact with the application destination 13 at the same time. Accordingly, the front portion 5a of the spring valve 5 is pushed backward, the valve mechanism is opened, and the built-in paste liquid is discharged. As a result, the glue liquid can be applied thinly to a narrow portion of the paper surface. Further, when the application destination 13 is strongly pressed against the paper surface, the tips of the projections 12c of the front shaft 12 are pressed against the paper surface via the application destination 13, and the contact gap between the paper surface and the application destination 13 is increased. A contact state in which a narrow gap portion and a wide gap portion are mixed with or without the protrusion 12c is obtained. The size of this gap becomes a coating thickness unevenness of the paste liquid, and even if it is applied on a wide surface, the previously applied portion is not dried. Further, even with a general application operation in which the applicator is slightly inclined, it can be applied to a uniform thickness without hindrance.
