Description

The present invention relates to a liquid applicator for applying cosmetics, and particularly to a liquid applicator for liquid lipstick, liquid foundation, and cream cosmetics.

In general, an applicator (liquid applicator) for applying an application liquid such as liquid cosmetics can push the application liquid from the housing portion of the shaft arrangement to the discharge hole of the flexible application body provided at the shaft tip, The application body is slid on the target portion such as the skin and can be applied to the target portion.

In the liquid applicator, a technique is disclosed in which not only the shaft and the cap but also the discharge hole of the application part can be connected to advertisements in various shapes, such as logos and pictures (for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2008-67959 ( : Patent Document 1), Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2008-154657 (: Patent Document 2)).

特開2008−67959号公報JP 2008-67995 A 特開2008−154657号公報JP 2008-154657 A

However, in the liquid applicator disclosed in Patent Document 1, it is possible to simultaneously extrude the substance for application from the front part of the discharge hole, the appearance is good, and the application is easy to apply even when the part to be applied is a surface. Although the purpose is to provide a container for use, the portion facing the throttle channel located on the extension line of the throttle channel of the discharge part is a non-porous part, and there is no discharge hole in the approximate center of the coating surface. Is synonymous with

In this case, in the case of lipstick cosmetics to be applied to the lips, the first contact area between the application surface and the lips is not particularly noticeable by the user, that is, the normal center of the application surface is in contact with the lips in normal use. Will do. Moreover, when the application surface is formed in a convex shape, the contact pressure is highest at the substantially central portion.

In that case, there is no cosmetic material in the substantially central part, and in particular, when applying to a large area such as liquid lipstick, there is no cosmetic applied first, especially liquid lipstick etc. In the case of applying to a wide area, there is a problem that the cosmetic applied first is scraped again to the application surface when the applicator is moved forward, backward, left and right due to insufficient liquid amount.

Furthermore, when there is one hole, the liquid amount may be insufficient. Also in this case, especially when applying to a large area, such as a liquid lipstick, when the cosmetic applied first is spread back and forth and left and right with an applicator due to insufficient liquid volume, it is scraped again on the application surface. There is a problem.

Moreover, in the liquid applicator of Patent Document 2, the application shaft is directly attached from the container body, but the application shaft may be removed due to the movement of the application shaft during use.

In view of the above circumstances, the present invention is an application body having a hole on an application surface, and when applying an application liquid such as a liquid cosmetic during application, the lubricity between the application surface and the applicator is improved. It is intended to provide an excellent liquid applicator.

Further, in the present invention, when the application surface is viewed, at least one of the discharge holes is formed into a circular hole, and a bottomed groove is formed into a groove having a shape similar to the discharge hole,
It is preferable that the at least one discharge hole is connected to another discharge hole by the bottomed groove.

Further, in the present invention, when viewed from the application surface, at least one of the discharge holes is formed into a hole having a curved edge, and a bottomed groove is formed into a groove having a shape similar to the discharge hole. Has been
It is preferable that the at least one discharge hole is connected to another discharge hole by the bottomed groove.

In the present invention, it is preferable that at least the bottomed groove is disposed at least outside a discharge hole for discharging the pressure-applied coating liquid onto the coating surface as viewed from the coating surface.
In the present invention, the application body has a cylindrical shape in which a communication hole communicating with the discharge hole on the front end surface is opened rearward.
A hollow cylindrical joint having a coating liquid communication hole formed therein is mounted in the communication hole of the application body,
The joint is formed with a receiving groove that is recessed rearward on the tip surface thereof and communicates with the coating liquid communication hole, and the receiving groove of the joint so as to surround the discharge hole on the tip surface of the application body from the rear side. So that
It is preferable that the coating liquid fed through the coating liquid communication hole of the joint is supplied from the rear side to the discharge hole from the receiving groove.

Moreover, in this invention, it is suitable that an application body is 60-90 in durometer hardness A prescribed | regulated to JISK6253.

Moreover, in this invention, it is suitable that an application body is comprised by the silicone rubber.

Moreover, in this invention, it is suitable that an application body is formed by LIM molding.
In the present invention, the coefficient of friction between the coated body and the coated surface is preferably 0.04 to 0.7.

As described above, in the present invention, the shape of the application surface of the tip of the application body is a flat surface or a convex spherical surface, two or more discharge holes are formed through the application surface, and at least one discharge hole is formed on the application surface. Because it is formed in the approximate center, when spreading the coating liquid on the surface to be coated, it is excellent in lubricity between the coated surface such as the surface to be coated and the coated body, so uneven coating of the coating liquid such as cosmetics It is difficult to prevent the discharge of excessive coating liquid by closing the central portion, and smooth discharge can be obtained.

In addition, since at least one discharge hole has a discharge hole for a coating liquid such as a cosmetic at approximately the center of the coating surface, the coating liquid such as a cosmetic is surely discharged to the center of the coating surface. Therefore, when used for applying cosmetics, when the cosmetics are spread over a wide area, when the user is not particularly conscious, that is, in the case of normal use, the substantially central portion of the application surface is in contact with the lips. It will be. Further, when the application surface is formed in a convex shape, even if the contact pressure at the substantially central portion is highest, the cosmetic is present in the substantially central portion, and the cosmetic is present in the hole. Therefore, the problem of scraping off the cosmetic on the application surface again when spreading the applicator in the front / rear / left / right direction is solved.

Further, in the present invention, at least the bottomed groove is disposed at least on the outer side of the discharge hole for discharging the pumped coating liquid to the coating surface when viewed from the coating surface, so that the bottom has a bottom on the front surface of the coating surface. The cosmetic remains in the groove and is excellent in lubricity between the surface to be applied and the applicator when further applied, so that uneven coating of the cosmetic is unlikely to occur.

Further, in the present invention, since the shape processing with the taste applied to the application surface can be performed by the discharge hole and the bottomed groove, it is possible to provide the application surface of the application body having excellent design.

Further, in the present invention, as the discharge hole, at least a plurality of polygonal shapes such as triangles and rectangles or substantially curved elongated holes having curves at the edges, when discharging a coating liquid such as cosmetics, Smooth discharge is possible.

In addition, if the configuration of the application body is connected to the discharge holes in a continuously closed form, the inner application surface is held, so that it becomes a complicated device. Two or more discharge holes are formed through the application surface of the application body, at least one discharge hole is formed in the approximate center of the application surface, and the one discharge hole is connected to another discharge hole by the bottomed groove. With this configuration, it is possible to appropriately spread the coating liquid on the target surface with a simple structure.

In response to a user's operation input, the piston body 18 as a component thereof is brought into close contact with the inner wall of the central portion of the shaft tube 10 and is fluid-tightly slid. Pressurize and depressurize.

The feeding mechanism 16 includes, as main members, a rotation operation member 22, a shaft-shaped member 20, a fixed cylindrical body 24 (which corresponds to a driving mechanism) for projecting and retracting the shaft-shaped member 20, and the above-described piston body 18. It becomes.

The rotation operation member 22 includes an outer cylinder cap 32 and an inner cylinder material 26 that are non-rotatably joined to each other, and the entire rotation operation member 22 is rotatably provided on the shaft cylinder 10. The shaft-like member 20 is slidable in the axial direction and fixed in the rotational direction to the rotary operation member 22.

[Fixed cylindrical body 24]
The fixed cylindrical body 24 is made of an annular member, and is attached to the shaft cylinder 10 so as not to rotate and advance / retreat. An internal thread is formed on the inner peripheral portion of the fixed cylindrical body 24, and the external thread on the outer periphery of the shaft-shaped member 20 is screwed together. By rotating the rotation operation member 22, the shaft-shaped member rotates and the shaft-shaped member 20 is extended by the male screw of the shaft-shaped member 20 that is screwed into the female screw of the fixed cylindrical body 24. Move forward and backward.

A ratchet is formed in the meshing portion 34 between the fixed cylindrical body 24 and the rotation operation member 22 (the inner peripheral surface of the inner cylindrical member 26). The rotation operation member 22 is rotatable in both directions with respect to the fixed cylindrical body 24 (the shaft cylinder 10 on which the rotation operation member 22 is fixed). When the rotation operation member 22 is rotated in one direction for discharging the liquid cosmetic material, When it is discharged while causing a click feeling and rotated in the other direction, the rotation is restricted so as to rotate when the input exceeds the set rotational force. That is, it is possible to provide a torque limiter function that enables the rotation by releasing the restriction when a certain amount of rotational force is applied in the other direction.

Further, the feeding mechanism 16 has a function of reducing the pressure of the coating liquid 12 inside the housing portion 10b of the shaft tube 10 by retreating the piston body 18 by rotating the rotation operation member 22 in the other direction. Thus, after the feeding mechanism 16 stops pressurizing the coating liquid 12, the coating liquid 12 can be depressurized by the feeding mechanism 16, and the liquid is put into the liquid communication hole 36 of the coating body 14 and the coating liquid circulation hole 30 a of the joint 30. Cosmetics can be returned. In addition, in the feeding mechanism 16, the meshing portion 34 of the rotation operation member 22 can stop the rotation restriction in the other direction so that the liquid cosmetic is not returned.

[Rotation operation member 22, inner cylinder material 26]
The rotation operation member 22 is composed of an outer cylinder cap 32 and an inner cylinder material (also referred to as a “feed-out body”) 26 that are normally mutually non-rotatable and joined so as to rotate relative to each other with a certain rotational force. The entire member 22 is rotatably provided by inserting an inner tube material 26 into the rear portion of the shaft tube 10.

[Applied body 14]
As shown in FIG. 1, the liquid applicator has a device configuration in which a coating liquid such as cosmetics is pressure-fed to the application body 14 by moving the piston body 18 forward in the shaft cylinder 10 by the feeding mechanism 16. The application liquid is discharged from the discharge holes 14a, 14a,... Of the application body 14 and supplied to the tip surface (corresponding to the application surface) 14c.

The application body 14 has a tip spherical surface 14c shape at the tip thereof as a convex spherical surface. In the present invention, the tip surface 14c may be a flat surface. The thickness of the tip surface 14c is preferably 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm.

Two or more discharge holes 14a, 14a... Are formed through the coating surface. In the case of FIG. 3, six triangular discharge holes are formed penetrating through the tip surface.
The at least one discharge hole 14a, 14a,... Is formed substantially at the center (near the axial center) of the tip surface 14c. As shown in FIG. 3B as viewed from the front end surface 14c, the approximate center here is not an exact center position but a position slightly deviated from the center position (approximately 1/2 to 1/4 of the diameter). Within the range).

The application body 14 has a plurality of discharge holes 14a, 14a,... Formed in polygonal holes such as triangles when viewed from the front end surface 14c and arranged in an annular shape.

The present invention is not limited to this, and it is preferable that at least one of the plurality of discharge holes 14a, 14a, ... is formed in a polygonal shape. In addition, it is preferable that at least one of the plurality of discharge holes 14a, 14a,... Is formed in a hole having a curve at an edge such as a circle, an ellipse, or a curve. That is, some of the discharge holes are round holes, and the other discharge holes are square, and various patterns can be formed in a shape of one or a plurality of discharge holes.

Further, the application body 14 has flexible discharge elasticity in which the discharge holes 14a, 14a,... Are open at the front end, and the communication holes 36 communicating with the discharge holes 14a, 14a,. It is a substantially cylindrical body composed of a body, and the application body rear end portion 14b of the application body 14 is provided with stepped concave and convex engaging portions 14d and 14e on the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface. When the coating liquid 12 is pressurized by the feeding mechanism 16, it is discharged from the discharge holes 14a, 14a... Via the communication holes 36 and stays on the tip surface 14c.

The coefficient of friction between the coated body 14 and the surface to be coated is preferably 0.04 to 0.7. It is possible to adjust the friction coefficient between the coated body and the surface to be coated by making the surface of the coated body spherical or by rounding the peripheral edge. If the coefficient of friction is less than 0.04, the coated body and the surface to be coated will slide, making it difficult to apply. If the coefficient of friction exceeds 0.7, the coated surface will be caught every time the coated body is moved. This makes it impossible to apply comfortably.

The applying body 14 has a flat tip shape with the tip of the cylindrical body cut off obliquely (tip face 14c), and the plurality of discharge holes 14a, 14a,... Open to the tip face 14c. A communication hole 36 communicating with the holes 14a, 14a... Is formed. The communication hole 36 opens from the middle in the axial direction of the application body 14 to the application body rear end portion 14b, and the communication hole 36 communicates from the discharge holes 14a, 14a, ... to the application body rear end portion 14b. . In the first embodiment, the communication holes 36 occupy most of the inside of the application body 14, and the application body 14 has a thick film shape.

In the applicator 14, a portion having a diameter reduced stepwise in the vicinity of the rear end portion of the communication hole 36 is an uneven engagement portion 14 d on the peripheral surface of the applicator body. In addition, a recess is provided in a step shape on the outer peripheral surface of the application body 14, and the recess serves as an uneven engagement portion 14 e. Thus, the uneven | corrugated engagement part 14e of this invention also includes the other dent part of the location which protrudes on the surface.

Specifically, the applied body 14 is preferably 60 to 90 in durometer hardness A defined in JIS K6253.

The application body 14 is integrally formed of a rubber elastic resin made of a transparent or translucent silicone resin or urethane resin so as to obtain a required application performance.

More specifically, the application body 14 is preferably made of silicone rubber.

The application body 14 is preferably manufactured by the LIM molding method.

In addition, the members such as the tip shaft 28, the joint 30, and the shaft tube that sandwich the application body 14 are formed with a configuration having a density and a rigidity that can obtain necessary airtight performance and support performance.

Further, a plurality of convex portions are formed in an annular shape on the outer periphery of the portion having a large diameter at the rear portion of the joint 30 so as to be raised in a rib shape or a kamaboko shape. It is the engaging part 30c.

Further, a flange portion 30d is formed with an enlarged diameter at the rear rear end portion of the concave-convex engaging portion 30c of the rear portion of the joint 30, and the outer diameter of the flange portion 30d is the concave-convex portion of the rear portion. The engagement portion 30c is formed to have a larger diameter than the outer diameter.

[Axis 28]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, the front shaft 28 is a substantially hollow cylindrical body having a large diameter at the front and a small diameter at the rear, and the diameter of the front shaft 28 is reduced stepwise at the front of the inner peripheral surface of the front shaft 28. This is a concave-convex engaging portion 28b on the inner peripheral surface of the front portion where the convex portion protruding in an annular shape is formed. In the rear portion of the front shaft 28, a flat portion continues and a portion that rises in a convex shape in the vicinity of the rear end portion is formed around the inner periphery in an annular shape, and this is an uneven engagement portion 28c in the rear portion of the front shaft 28. is there. The inner peripheral portion of the rear portion after the concave and convex engaging portion 28c is slightly enlarged in diameter and reaches the rear end portion.

In addition, as for the material of each part in 1st Embodiment, the shaft-shaped member 20 and the fixed cylindrical body 24 are ABS resin, the piston body 18 is HDPE (high density polyethylene), the axial cylinder 10, the cap 10c, the front axis | shaft 28, and The outer cylinder cap 32 can be molded using PP (polypropylene). For each part, other appropriate materials can be used.

[Explanation of engagement relationship]
Below, in this liquid applicator, the engagement (locking) relationship of each engaging part in the state which assembled | attached the application body 14, the front shaft 28, and the coupling 30 to the axial cylinder front-end | tip part 10a is demonstrated.

The assembly (partial assembly) of the application body 14, the front shaft 28 and the joint 30 shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 is performed by covering the outer periphery of the application body rear end portion 14b with the front shaft 28 front portion in advance. The joint 30 front portion is inserted into the communication hole 36 of the application body rear end portion 14b. From this state, the rear portion of the front shaft 28 is fixed and assembled to the shaft tip portion 10a.

In the assembled state fixed to the cylinder tip portion 10a, the concave / convex engaging portion 14e on the outer peripheral surface of the application body rear end portion 14b is brought into contact / engagement with the concave / convex engaging portion 28b on the inner peripheral surface of the tip end portion. Let Further, the uneven engagement portion 14d on the inner peripheral surface of the application body rear end portion 14b is brought into contact with and engaged with the uneven engagement portion 30b on the outer peripheral surface of the front end portion of the joint 30 from the front and rear. At the same time, the concave and convex engaging portion 28 c on the inner peripheral surface of the rear portion of the front shaft is engaged with the concave and convex engaging portion 30 c on the outer peripheral surface of the rear portion of the joint 30.
In this manner, the application body 14, the joint 30 and the front shaft 28 are formed so that the application body 14 is fixed to the shaft cylinder 10 via the joint 30 and the front shaft 28.

Here, in the liquid applicator of the first embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, as described above, the concave and convex engaging portion 14 e on the outer peripheral surface of the applying body rear end portion 14 b is used as the front end portion. Between the concave / convex engaging portion 30b on the outer peripheral surface of the joint 30 tip and the concave / convex engaging portion 28b on the inner peripheral surface of the tip end portion. The gap is formed to be narrower than the gap between the concave and convex engaging portions on the inner peripheral surface and outer peripheral surface of the application body rear end portion 14b, and the concave and convex engagement portions on the inner peripheral surface of the application body rear end portion 14b. 14d is engaged with the concave-convex engaging portion 30b on the outer peripheral surface of the joint 30 front portion, and a compressive stress is applied to the inner peripheral surface of the application body rear end portion 14b and the portion between the concave-convex engaging portions 14d and 14e on the outer peripheral surface. It is preferable to add and deform. If it does in this way, the engaging part of the application body 14 will deform | transform with compressive stress, and the application body 14 can be fixed more firmly.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the inner periphery and outer periphery of the application body rear end portion 14 b, the outer periphery of the joint 30, and the inner periphery of the front shaft 28, as shown in FIGS. A flat surface portion is provided at a place other than the concave / convex engaging portion 14d on the surface, the concave / convex engaging portion 14e on the outer peripheral surface, the concave / convex engaging portion 30b on the distal end of the joint 30 and the concave / convex engaging portion 28b on the front end of the front shaft 28. Forming. As shown in FIG. 3, the coated body 14 has flat surface portions 14f (inside) and 14g (outside), and the joint 30 has a flat surface portion 30e on the outer periphery as shown in FIG. As described above, the front shaft 28 is formed with a flat surface portion 28d on the inner periphery on at least one of the front and rear sides of each concave and convex engaging portion.

As shown in FIG. 2, as described above, the concave and convex engaging portion 14 d on the inner peripheral surface of the application body rear end portion 14 b is engaged with the concave and convex engaging portion 30 b on the outer peripheral surface of the joint 30 front portion, and When the concave / convex engaging portion 14e on the outer peripheral surface of the application body rear end portion 14b is engaged with the concave / convex engaging portion 28b on the inner peripheral surface of the front shaft front portion, the inner periphery of the application body 14 and the joint 30 are provided. Each of the flat surface portions 14f and 30e facing each other on the outer periphery are in close contact with each other, and each of the surface portions 14g and 28d on the outer periphery of the application body 14 and the inner periphery of the front shaft 28 are in close contact with each other. is there. In this way, the surface portions 14f and 30e and the surface portions 14g and 28d are in close contact with each other, so that liquid tightness can be improved. In addition, the diameter (inner diameter) of the inner peripheral surface of the portion of the applied body rear end portion 14b whose diameter is reduced in a step shape on the rear side of the uneven engagement portion 14d is, for example, φ5.6 (: inner diameter 5.6 (mm)). Is formed.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, a flange 30 d is formed at the rear end of the joint 30 so as to have a larger diameter, and the unevenness of the inner peripheral surface of the application body rear end 14 b as described above. The engaging portion 14d is engaged with the concave / convex engaging portion 30b on the outer peripheral surface of the joint 30 front end portion, and the concave / convex engaging portion 14e on the outer peripheral surface of the application body rear end portion 14b is connected to the inner end of the front shaft front end portion. The flange portion 30d is in contact with the rear end surface portion of the front shaft 28 from the rear when locked to the concave-convex engaging portion 28b on the peripheral surface. Thus, since the flange portion 30d abuts against the rear end portion of the front shaft 28 from the rear, it is possible to reliably prevent the joint 30 from entering the front shaft 28.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a concave and convex engaging portion 10 d such as an annular rib or a convex portion is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the shaft tube tip portion 10 a of the shaft tube 10, and on the outer peripheral surface of the rear portion of the front shaft 28. A concave / convex engaging portion 28f is formed, and the coating body is engaged by engaging the concave / convex engaging portion 10d on the inner peripheral surface of the shaft tube tip portion 10a with the concave / convex engaging portion 28f on the outer peripheral surface of the rear portion of the front shaft 28. 14 is fixed to the shaft tube 10 through the joint 30 and the tip shaft 28.

The front part of the joint 30 is inserted into the communication hole 36 of the rear end part 14b of the application body, the outer periphery of the rear end part 14b of the application body is covered with the front part of the front axis 28, and the rear part of the front axis 28 is covered with the front end part 10a. In the assembled state fixed to the first cylindrical portion 10, the concave and convex engaging portion 10 d on the inner peripheral surface of the shaft tube tip portion 10 a and the concave and convex engaging portion 28 f on the outer peripheral surface of the rear portion of the front shaft are engaged with each other. The engagement position and the second engagement position where the concave / convex engaging portion 28c on the inner peripheral surface of the front shaft rear portion and the concave / convex engaging portion 30c on the outer peripheral surface of the joint 30 rear portion are engaged with each other in the axial direction. And formed so as to be in the same position or in the vicinity thereof. As a result, the engaging force between the front shaft 28 and the joint 30 is not only dependent on the elastic force of the front shaft 28 but also the elastic force of the shaft tube 10 is applied, so that the joint 30 is more difficult to come off from the front shaft 28. Moreover, in 1st Embodiment, since the front-end | tip part application surface shape is made flat about the application body 14, the contact area to a target site | part becomes large and applicability | paintability improves.

As described above, in the liquid applicator according to the first embodiment, the shape of the tip surface 14c of the tip of the application body 14 is a flat surface or a convex spherical surface, and the discharge holes 14a, 14a,. By forming the through hole and forming at least one discharge hole 14a at substantially the center of the tip end surface 14c, a coating liquid such as a cosmetic remains at the time of application, and a coating surface such as a cosmetic surface when spreading. And the applicator are excellent in lubricity, so that the coating state of the coating liquid such as cosmetics does not easily become uneven, and discharge of an excessive coating liquid can be prevented.

In addition, the application liquid such as cosmetics is surely discharged to the central portion of the application surface by the presence of the discharge holes 14a of the application liquid such as cosmetics in the approximate center of the tip surface 14c. . Therefore, when used for applying cosmetics, when the cosmetics are spread over a wide area, when the user is not particularly conscious, that is, in the case of normal use, the substantially central portion of the tip surface 14c that is the application surface Will come into contact with the lips. Further, when the tip surface 14c is formed in a convex shape, even when the contact pressure at the substantially central portion is highest, the cosmetic is present in the substantially central portion, and the cosmetic is present in the discharge hole 14a. Therefore, when spreading the applicator in front, rear, left and right, the problem of scraping off the cosmetic material again on the application surface is solved.

In the liquid applicator according to the present invention, the configuration of the applicator and the like is not limited to the first embodiment shown in FIG. 3, but is configured like the liquid applicator according to the second embodiment shown in FIGS. it can. The same parts as those in FIGS. 1 to 5 are denoted by the same reference numerals. FIG. 6 is an overall cross-sectional view of the liquid applicator, FIG. 7 is a component diagram in which a joint and a tip shaft are assembled (partially assembled) to the applicator, and FIG. 8 is an explanation of the applicator. (B) is a view from the front, (c) is a view from the side, (d) is a longitudinal sectional view, (e) is a view from the other side, and (f) is from the rear. FIGS. 9A, 9B, and 9C are a perspective view, a side view, and a sectional view from the front of the joint.

The application body 14 is similar to FIG. 3 in that the tip surface (application surface) 14c of the tip is a flat surface or a convex spherical surface (which may be a flat surface), but is discharged onto the tip surface 14c. Two or more holes (14 in the second embodiment) are formed so as to penetrate through the holes 14a, 14a... And a bottomed groove 38 is formed on the surface of the tip surface 14c.

At least one discharge hole 14a of the discharge holes 14a, 14a, ... formed through is formed substantially at the center of the tip surface 14c, and the one discharge hole 14a is formed with the other discharge holes 14a and the bottomed surface. They are connected by the groove 38.

Each of the discharge holes 14a, 14a,... Has four circular holes arranged in a circular shape when viewed from the front, and the bottomed groove 38 has a circular shape, and the discharge hole is formed in the bottomed groove 38. 14a, 14a ... are formed.

When viewed from the distal end surface 14c, at least one of the discharge holes 14a, 14a... Is formed in a circular hole such as an ellipse or an ellipse, and the bottomed groove 38 steps the circular groove. The at least one discharge hole 14a may be open to the bottom surface of the bottomed groove 38 and connected to the other discharge hole 14a.

In addition, when the tip surface 14c is viewed, at least one of the discharge holes is formed into a hole having a straight line at the edge (for example, a square, a regular polygon, etc.), and the bottomed groove 38 is a polygon. It is also preferable that the at least one discharge hole 14a is connected to another discharge hole by the bottomed groove.

Further, at least the bottomed groove 38 is disposed at least outside the discharge holes 14a, 14a,... For discharging the pressure-applied coating liquid onto the coating surface as viewed from the tip surface 14c. In the second embodiment, it surrounds the outer edge of the arranged discharge holes 14a, 14a, ... and rises from the bottomed groove 38 to the tip surface 14c.

Further, in the second embodiment, at least the bottomed groove 38 is disposed at least outside the discharge hole for discharging the pressure-applied coating liquid to the coating surface when viewed from the tip surface 14c. The cosmetic remains in the bottomed groove on the front surface of the tip surface 14c, and has excellent lubricity between the surface to be applied and the applicator when further applied, so that uneven coating of the cosmetic is unlikely to occur.

In addition, an elaborate pattern can be formed on the application surface by the discharge holes 14a, 14a... And the bottomed groove 38, so that the tip surface 14c of the application body having excellent design can be provided.

In addition, if the configuration of the application body 14 is such that the discharge holes 14a, 14a,... Are connected in a continuously closed form, the application surface on the inside is held, and this becomes a complicated device. As in the second embodiment, two or more discharge holes 14a, 14a,... Are formed in the application surface of the tip surface 14c of the application body 14 so that at least one discharge hole 14a is formed at substantially the center of the tip surface 14c. The one discharge hole 14a is connected to the other discharge hole 14a by the bottomed groove 38, so that the application liquid can be appropriately spread on the target surface with a simple structure. .

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 9, the joint 30 according to the second embodiment is a substantially hollow cylindrical body in which a coating liquid circulation hole 30 a is formed, and has an uneven surface on the outer peripheral surface of the front part and the rear part. Joint portions 30b and 30c are provided. The difference from the joint 30 of the first embodiment is that the flat surface portion 30e of the outer peripheral surface (outer peripheral surface) of the joint 30 on the front side is formed long in the front-rear direction, and the distal end surface 14c of the application body 14 The receiving groove 30f is formed to be recessed backward so as to surround the discharge holes 14a, 14a. In the second embodiment, as shown in detail in FIG. 8, the receiving groove 30 f is formed so as to surround the axis of the application body 14 when viewed from the front, and a plurality of discharge holes 14 a and 14 a are formed in the vicinity of the axis. ... are concentrated and arranged.

In the liquid applicator according to the second embodiment, since the receiving groove 30f is formed in the joint 30 as described above, the application liquid is uniformly discharged from the plurality of discharge holes 14a, 14a. be able to. Further, with respect to the coating liquid ejected from the plurality of ejection holes 14a, 14a..., When the coating liquid is applied to the target surface by bringing the tip surface 14c of the application body 14 into contact with and sliding on the target surface, Since the amount of the recess is retained in the receiving groove 30f, the coating liquid on the tip surface 14c can be sufficiently applied to the target surface.
Therefore, the application body 14 in which the receiving groove 30f according to the second embodiment is formed can realize efficient and light application.
Further, by forming the space 31 between the application body 14 and the joint 30 (see FIG. 7), it is possible to prevent an excessive change in the tip surface without losing the flexibility of the tip surface 14c. In addition, since the coating liquid can be retained in a small amount in the space portion 31, the coating liquid in the space portion 31 gives a flexible cushioning action to the tip surface 14c when the tip surface 14c is elastically deformed. Improves sex and feeling of use.

Here, in the liquid applicator according to the present invention, the application body is not limited to the first embodiment shown in FIG. 3 and the second embodiment shown in FIG. 8, but is applied to the third embodiment shown in FIG. It can comprise like the application body which concerns. The number of holes of the discharge holes 14a, 14a ... formed in the slipper application body 14 according to the third embodiment is arranged and formed in an annular shape as viewed from the front. Other than that, the configuration is the same as in the second embodiment. In this case, the same reference numerals are assigned to the same parts.

Note that the liquid applicator of the present invention is not limited to the first to third embodiments described above, and various changes can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. is there.

That is, in the applicator of the present invention, the discharge holes 14a, 14a... Of the applicator 14 are not only triangular or circular in the first to third embodiments, but also polygonal shapes such as rectangular shapes or edges. By having at least a plurality of substantially curved elongated holes having a curve, smooth discharge is possible when a coating liquid such as cosmetics is discharged.

The liquid applicator of the present invention is most preferably a cosmetic applicator that directly applies a coating liquid such as a cosmetic lipstick, blusher, or eye shadow to the skin of the human body.
