Abstract
【解決手段】1段又は多段式熱プレスの固定側熱盤3上に円錐台状に加工した穴あき金属板4を敷設して被処理木材5を載置するとともに、被処理木材5と可動側熱盤1間に平滑な金属板6を介在させて可動側熱盤1を押圧することにより被処理木材5を圧締し、かつ、圧密処理中の被処理木材5に対して、穴あき金属板4の加工した穴を介して加熱水蒸気を送り込むようにする。

Claims (3)
- 木材の密圧装置において、1段又は多段式熱プレスの固定側熱盤上に、縦・横に、無数の円錐台状の穴を穿設した穴あき金属板を、円錐台状に加工した穴が逆になるよう敷設し、該穴あき金属板の上に、被処理木材を載置し、鋼板を介して可動側熱盤を押圧し、圧密処理することを特徴とする木材圧密処理方法。
- 木材の密圧装置において、1段又は多段式熱プレスの固定側熱盤上に敷設する,縦・横に、無数の円錐台状の穴を穿設し、かつ、被処理木材に接する面の反対側に、溝切り加工を施した穴あき溝切り金属板を設け、該穴あき溝切り金属板に被処理木材を載置し、圧締した際に加工した穴から発生する加熱水蒸気を、溝及び円錐台状の穴を介して、均一に圧密処理中の被処理木材に送り込むことを特徴とする木材圧密処理方法。
- 被処理木材の水分含有率が、50%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の木材圧密処理方法。
