他方、施工装置2の連結柱接続部材7には、レール81上を移動可能な一対の車輪71a,71bが設けられ、マット1の長さ等に合った所望の嵌合溝83に嵌合する着脱自在の回動軸72を設け、この回動軸72をセットする時は、施工装置2を車輪71a,71bによって連結柱8のレール上81を移動させ、所望の嵌合溝83に嵌合する位置で回動軸72を連結柱接続部材7の嵌合孔73a,73bと嵌合溝83に挿入する。したがって、この連結柱8の位置で施工装置2は左右に揺動自在に支持される(図8の点線R)。
