Abstract
【解決手段】 反応容器と、反応容器の内部に設けられた冷却もしくは加熱のための熱媒体を流通させる伝熱管3を有し、反応容器の一部が残部に固定された管板1であり、管板1が、反応容器内に収容される反応流体と接触する位置に配された第一の板状部材1aと、反応流体と接触しない位置に配された第二の板状部材1bを有し、第一の板状部材1aの少なくとも反応流体と接触する部分が、反応流体に対して相対的に高い耐蝕性を有する高耐蝕金属からなり、第二の板状部材1bは、反応流体に対して相対的に低い耐蝕性を有する低耐蝕金属からなり、伝熱管3は第一の板状部材1aに溶接によって固定され、第一の板状部材1aは反応容器の前記残部に溶接によって固定され、第二の板状部材1bは反応容器の前記残部に着脱可能に固定される。

Description
該反応容器の一部が、残部に固定された管板であり、
該管板が、反応容器内に収容される反応流体と接触する位置に配された第一の板状部材と、該反応流体と接触しない位置に配された第二の板状部材を有し、
第一の板状部材の少なくとも該反応流体と接触する部分が、該反応流体に対して相対的に高い耐蝕性を有する高耐蝕金属からなり、
第二の板状部材は、該反応流体に対して相対的に低い耐蝕性を有する低耐蝕金属からなり、
該伝熱管は第一の板状部材に溶接によって固定され、
第一の板状部材は反応容器の該残部に溶接によって固定され、
第二の板状部材は反応容器の該残部に着脱可能に固定された
ことを特徴とする反応装置が提供される。
前記熱媒体が冷却媒体であり、前記反応流体が尿素合成混合物であることが好ましい。

Claims (7)
- 反応容器と、該反応容器の内部に設けられた冷却もしくは加熱のための熱媒体を流通させる伝熱管を有し、
該反応容器の一部が、残部に固定された管板であり、
該管板が、反応容器内に収容される反応流体と接触する位置に配された第一の板状部材と、該反応流体と接触しない位置に配された第二の板状部材を有し、
第一の板状部材の少なくとも該反応流体と接触する部分が、該反応流体に対して相対的に高い耐蝕性を有する高耐蝕金属からなり、
第二の板状部材は、該反応流体に対して相対的に低い耐蝕性を有する低耐蝕金属からなり、
該伝熱管は第一の板状部材に溶接によって固定され、
第一の板状部材は反応容器の該残部に溶接によって固定され、
第二の板状部材は反応容器の該残部に着脱可能に固定された
ことを特徴とする反応装置。 - アンモニアと二酸化炭素を反応させて尿素合成混合物を得るための反応装置であって、
前記熱媒体が冷却媒体であり、前記反応流体が尿素合成混合物である請求項1記載の装置。 - 前記高耐蝕金属が高クロムオーステナイト鋼、二相合金、チタンまたは316Lオーステナイト鋼である請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記低耐蝕金属が炭素鋼または低合金鋼である請求項1〜3の何れか一項記載の装置。
- 前記第一の板状部材が、高耐蝕金属からなる請求項1〜4の何れか一項記載の装置。
- 前記第二の板状部材が、第一の板状部材より厚い請求項1〜5の何れか一項記載の装置。
- 前記伝熱管が、インナーボア溶接によって第一の板状部材に溶接された請求項1〜6の何れか一項記載の装置。
