The heat insulation container includes a floor panel 10, a front panel 21, a rear panel 22, a pair of side panels 30 and a lid panel 40 each having a rectangular shape (here, a square shape is shown) having heat insulation properties. It is mainly configured and is formed so as to be fixable by the surface fastener 60 in the assembled state.

The floor panel 10 has a pair of surface plates, i.e., an inner surface plate 1 and an outer surface plate 2, each having a square shape, and two types of protrusions 3 mounted between the side portions of the surface plates 1 and 2, i.e. Frame material 4, second frame material 6 having recess 5, and heat insulating material 7 made of, for example, polyurethane foam, which is filled in a space formed by surface plates 1, 2 and frame materials 4, 6. It is mainly composed.

In this case, the first frame member 4 having the ridges 3 is arranged on the two opposite sides of the floor panel 10, and the second frame member 6 having the ridges 5 is arranged on the two sides orthogonal thereto. . Then, a packing 8 such as a sponge, for example, is fitted into the recess 5 formed in the second frame member 6 so as to slightly protrude from the recess 5. In addition, the protruding item | line 3 is formed in the narrow taper shape toward the front-end | tip, and the recessed item 5 is formed in the opening taper shape in the opening side (refer FIG.4 and FIG.5). These frame members 4 and 6 are formed of, for example, a hard synthetic resin material having a substantially hat-shaped cross section in which the flange portion 4 a extends at both ends of the concave stripe 5 or the convex stripe 3. In addition, the convex strip 3 of the first frame member 4 and the concave strip 5 of the second frame member 6 are connected to the joint of the first frame member 4 and the second frame member 6 in the floor panel 10. A corner frame member 9 having a concave strip portion 9a and a convex strip portion 9b is interposed (see FIG. 6). The corner frame material 9 is formed of a synthetic resin material formed by injection molding.

The inner surface plate 1 is made of, for example, a galvalume steel plate, and the outer surface plate 2 is made of a color steel plate. These surface plates 1 and 2 are bent at four sides, and the bent pieces 11 are fitted in fitting grooves 12 formed in the frame members 4 and 6 (see FIGS. 4 and 5).

In addition, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 4, and 5, the floor panel 10 is placed and fixed on the upper surface of the pallet 15 to form a lower base portion 16. In this case, the pallet 15 and the floor panel 10 are fixed by screwing the mounting screws 17 penetrating the upper frame 15a of the pallet 15 to the reinforcing plate 13 embedded in the heat insulating material 7 of the floor panel 10 (FIG. 4). And FIG. 5).

Further, at the four corners of the pallet 15, angle-shaped reinforcing and panel holding pillars 18 fixed to the pallet 15 with a gap 14 between the pallet 15 and the floor panel 10 are fixed upright. In this case, the gap 14 is formed as small as possible within a range that does not hinder the fitting 5 of the front and rear panels 21 and 22 from being fitted to the projection 3 of the floor panel 10. In addition, as will be described later, the height of the panel holding column 18 is formed to be slightly lower than the height at which the front and rear panels 21 and 22, the side panel 30 and the lid panel 40 are stacked on the floor panel 10 after disassembly. (See FIG. 9).

The front panel 21 and the rear panel 22 each have a pair of rectangular surface plates, that is, an inner surface plate 1 and an outer surface plate 2, and three types of frame members attached between the side portions of the surface plates 1 and 2, that is, On the lower side, on the inner surface of the lower side, there is a lower frame member 23 having a concave strip 5A that can be fitted with the convex strip 3 of the floor panel 10, and on both vertical sides orthogonal to the lower frame member 23, a convex strip 3A on the end surface of the vertical side. A space formed by a pair of vertical frame members 24, an upper frame member 25 having protrusions 3 </ b> B on the upper side of the upper frame, and a surface plate 1, 2 and frame members 23, 24, 25 are filled. For example, the heat insulating material 7 made of polyurethane foam is mainly used.

In this case, the lower frame member 23, the vertical frame member 24, and the upper frame member 25 are formed of a hard synthetic resin material like the first and second frame members 4 and 6 of the floor panel 10. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the lower frame member 23 is formed in a substantially U-shaped cross section having a concave strip 5 </ b> A having an opening taper on one side. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the vertical frame member 24 and the upper frame member 25 are formed in a substantially hat-shaped cross section in which the flange portions 4 a extend at both ends of the narrow taper-shaped protruding strips 3 A and 3 B toward the tip. Has been.

In the front and rear panels 21, 22, the ridges that connect the ridges 3 </ b> A of the vertical frame member 24 and the ridges 3 </ b> B of the upper frame member 25 to the joints between the vertical frame member 24 and the upper frame member 25. A corner frame member (not shown) having a gap is interposed.

The other parts of the front and rear panels 21 and 22 are the same as those of the floor panel 10, so the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted.

The side panel 30 includes a pair of rectangular surface plates, that is, an inner surface plate 1 and an outer surface plate 2, and three types of frame members that are mounted between the side portions of the surface plates 1 and 2, that is, the lower side, A lower frame member 31 having a recess 5B on the inner surface of the lower side, and a vertical line 3A provided on the inner surface of both vertical sides on the vertical side perpendicular to the lower frame member 31 and on the end surfaces of the front and rear panels 21, 22 A pair of vertical frame members 32 having recesses 5C that can be slidably fitted to each other, an upper frame member 33 having protrusions 3C on an end surface of the upper side, upper surface plates 1 and 2, frame members 31, 32, And the heat insulating material 7 made of, for example, foamed polyurethane, which is filled in the space formed by 33.

In this case, the lower frame member 31, the vertical frame member 32, and the upper frame member 33 are formed of a hard synthetic resin material like the first and second frame members 4 and 6 of the floor panel 10. Further, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 5, the lower frame member 31 and the vertical frame member 32 are formed in a substantially U-shaped cross section having recesses 5 </ b> B and 5 </ b> C having an opening taper on one side. In addition, a packing 8A such as a sponge, for example, is fitted to the concave strip 5B of the lower frame member 31 so as to slightly protrude from the concave strip 5B. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the upper frame member 33 is formed in a substantially hat-shaped cross section in which the flange portions 4 a extend at both ends of the narrow taper-shaped protruding strip 3 </ b> C toward the tip.

Further, an angle-shaped reinforcing member 34 made of an aluminum extruded shape is fixed over the entire length of the side panel 30 on the end surface of the vertical frame member 32 of the side panel 30 and the outer surface of the outer surface plate 2 adjacent to the end surface. (See FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3). In this case, the length of the one piece 34 a on the vertical frame member 32 side constituting the reinforcing member 34 is formed to be greater than the thickness of the side panel 30. Thus, by forming the one piece 34a of the reinforcing member 34 to be equal to or greater than the thickness of the side panel 30, when the panels 10, 21, 22, 30, 40 are stacked after disassembly, the panels stacked on the side panel 30, for example, The front and rear panels 21 and 22 can be housed inside the reinforcing member 34, and the side panel 30 and the front and rear panels 21 and 22 can be integrated in a stacked state.

In addition, since the other part in the side panel 30 is the same as the floor panel 10, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same part and description is abbreviate | omitted.

On the other hand, the lid panel 40 is mounted between a pair of surface plates, i.e., the inner surface plate 1, the outer surface plate 2, and the side portions of the surface plates 1 and 2, and the front panel and the rear panel are disposed on the lower surfaces of the four sides. Four frame members 41 having concave strips 5D that can be fitted to the convex strips 3B and 3C provided on the end surfaces of the upper sides of the panels 21 and 22 and the side panel 30; It is mainly comprised with the heat insulating material 7 made from a polyurethane foam etc. with which it fills in the space formed.

In this case, the frame member 41 is formed of a hard synthetic resin material, like the first and second frame members 4 and 6 of the floor panel 10. Further, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the frame member 41 is formed in a substantially U-shaped cross section having a concave strip 5 </ b> D having an opening taper on one side of the lower surface side.

Further, a corner reinforcing member 42 made of a synthetic resin that covers the adjacent end face and the outer surface plate 2 is fixed to the even angle portion of the lid panel 40. The corner reinforcing member 42 includes a fixed piece 43 fixed to the upper surface of the lid panel 40, that is, the outer surface plate 2, and a hanging piece 44 hanging from two adjacent sides of the fixed piece 43. Is longer than the thickness of the lid panel 40. Thus, by forming the length of the hanging piece 44 to be equal to or greater than the thickness of the lid panel 40, when the panels 10, 21, 22, 30 and 40 are stacked after disassembly, A panel, for example, the rear panel 22 stacked in the lower stage by the corner reinforcing member 42 can be accommodated on the inner side of the corner reinforcing member 42, and the lid panel 40 and the rear panel 22 can be integrated in a stacked state. For example, a packing 45 made of synthetic rubber is fixed to the inner peripheral side of the adjacent portion between the fixed piece 43 and the hanging piece 44 (see FIGS. 4 and 5).

In addition, since the other part in the cover panel 40 is the same as the floor panel 10, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same part and description is abbreviate | omitted.

The heat insulation container is assembled by assembling the floor panel 10 configured as described above, the front and rear panels 21 and 22, and the pair of side panels 30 and the lid panel 40. At this time, a joint portion formed by fitting the protrusions 3A of the front and rear panels 21 and 22 and the recess 5C of the side panel 30, and the protrusions 3B of the front and rear panels 21 and 22 and the protrusions 3C of the side panel 30 An airtight packing 50 made of a synthetic resin is interposed in each joint portion of the lid panel 40 formed by fitting the concave strip 5C to maintain airtightness and heat insulation.

The hermetic packing 50 will be described with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8, with a joint portion between the front panel 21 and the side panel 30 as a representative example. The hermetic packing 50 is formed in a substantially hat-like cross-section having a cross-sectional substantially hat-like shape composed of the ridges 3A of the vertical frame member 24 and flange portions 4a extending at both ends of the ridges 3A. The flange portion 51 sandwiched between the flange portion 4a of the vertical frame member 24 of the panel 21 and the flange portion 4a of the vertical frame member 32 of the side panel 30 is formed soft, and the convexity of the vertical frame member 24 of the front panel 21 is formed. The concave strip portion 52 sandwiched between the strip 3A and the concave strip 5C of the vertical frame member 32 of the side panel 30 is formed rigid. Thus, by forming the flange part 51 softly and forming the concave streak part 52 hard, it is possible to improve the airtightness and heat insulation of the panel joint part.

Moreover, the assembled heat insulation container is being fixed by the hook-and-loop fastener 60. FIG. In this case, as the surface fastener 60, a first surface fastener 61 that fixes the front and rear panels 21 and 22 and the side panel 30, and a second surface fastener 62 that fixes the front and rear panels 21 and 22 and the lid panel 40. Is used (see FIGS. 1 and 2). The first hook-and-loop fastener 61 includes a flexible hook-and-loop fastener locking body 63 having one end fixed to two portions of the outer surface plate 2 on the side of the side panel 30, and the front and rear panels 21. , 22, 22, and 22, and are configured by hard surface fastener locking receiving bodies 64 that are respectively attached to the surface fastener 2 of the outer surface plate 2 and detachably engage with the surface fastener locking body 63. The second hook-and-loop fastener 62 includes a flexible hook-and-loop fastener engaging body 65 having one end fixed to two portions of the outer surface plate 2 on the side of the lid panel 40, and front and rear. The outer surface plate 2 on the side of the panels 21 and 22 is mounted at two locations on the outer surface plate 2 and is configured by a rigid surface fastener locking receiving body 66 that removably engages with the surface fastener locking body 65.

Next, the procedure for assembling the heat insulation container will be described with reference to the flowcharts of FIGS. 9 to 13 and FIG. First, the floor panel 10 is placed and fixed on the upper surface of the pallet 15, and the lower base pallet 15 is assembled and installed (step 14-1). In this step, the floor panel 10 is fixed to the pallet 15 in advance with a screw or the like. The pallet 15 and the floor panel 10 are integrated with the pallet 15 once after the manufacture. It is not disassembled except when 15 or the floor panel 10 is damaged.

Next, the front and rear panels 21 and 22 are assembled by fitting the concave strips 5A of the front and rear panels 21 and 22 from the side to the convex strip 3 of the floor panel 10 (step 14-2: see FIG. 9). . Next, the one side panel 30 is assembled by slidingly fitting the concave strip C of the one side panel 30 to the convex strip 3A on one side of the front and rear panels 21 and 22. At this time, the packing 8 of the floor panel 10 and the packing 8A of the side panel 30 are elastically deformed and brought into close contact with the sliding of the side panel 30 (step 14-3: see FIG. 10). After assembling the front and rear panels 21 and 22 and the one side panel 30, the article 80 is carried from the opening 70 before the other side panel 30 is assembled (step 14-4: see FIG. 11). Next, the other side panel 30 is assembled by slidingly fitting the concave strip C of the other side panel 30 to the convex strip 3A on the other side of the front and rear panels 21 and 22. At this time, the packing 8 of the floor panel 10 and the packing 8A of the side panel 30 are elastically deformed and brought into close contact with the sliding of the side panel 30 (step 14-5: see FIG. 12). After assembling the front and rear panels 21, 22 and the both side panels 30, the four rounds of the lid panel 40 are formed on the convex strips 3 B on the upper side of the front and rear panels 21, 22 and the convex strips 3 C on the upper side of the side panel 30. The concave strip 5D provided on the lower surface is fitted to close the lid panel 40 (step 14-6: see FIG. 13). Then, the front and rear panels 21 and 22 and the side panel 30 are fixed by engaging the surface fastener engaging body 63 and the surface fastener engaging receiving body 64 of the first surface fastener 61, and the second surface fastener. The surface fastener locking body 65 and the surface fastener locking receiving body 66 of 62 are engaged to fix the lid panel 40 and the front and rear panels 21 and 22 (step 14-7: see FIG. 2). Before closing the lid panel 40, the front and rear panels 21, 22 and the side panel 30 are fixed by engaging the surface fastener engaging body 63 and the surface fastener engaging receiving body 64 of the first surface fastener 61. You may do (refer FIG. 13).

According to the heat insulating container assembled as described above, the ridges 3, 3A, 3B, 3C provided on the floor panel 10, the front and rear panels 21, 22, the side panel 30, and the lid panel 40 having heat insulating properties, respectively. And the concave strips 5, 5A, 5B, 5C, 5D are assembled and assembled, so that they can be easily assembled and the heat insulation can be improved. Further, after the article 80 is transported, it can be disassembled by performing the reverse operation of the above assembling procedure. The disassembled floor panel 10 (the pallet 15 remains fixed integrally), the front and rear panels 21, 22, the side panel 30 and the lid panel 40 can be stacked and transported or stored.

Next, the stacking procedure of the floor panel 10, the front and rear panels 21, 22 after being disassembled, the side panel 30, and the lid panel 40 will be described with reference to the flowchart shown in FIG. 15 and FIG. First, the inner surface plate 1 of one side panel 30 is placed on the floor panel 10 (the pallet 15 remains fixed integrally) (step 15-1). Next, the inner surface plate 1 of the front panel 21 is placed on the side panel 30 (step 15-2). Next, the inner surface plate 1 of the other side panel 30 is placed on the front panel 21 (step 15-3). Next, the inner surface plate 1 of the rear panel 22 is placed on the side panel 30 (step 15-4). Finally, the outer surface plate 2 of the lid panel 40 is placed on the rear panel 22 (step 15-5). At this time, the plate-like packing 90 is interposed on the four peripheral sides between the rear panel 22 and the lid panel 40 (see FIG. 16). In this way, by interposing the plate-like packing 90 on the four peripheral sides between the rear panel 22 and the lid panel 40, the “adhesion” caused by the contact between the inner surface plates 1 formed of galvalume steel plates having smooth surfaces. Therefore, it is possible to prevent damage due to a situation that is difficult to be fixed and separated, such as “displacement” and “rubbing”.

As described above, the front panel 21, the one side panel 30, the rear panel 22, the other side panel 30, and the lid panel 40 are stacked in this order on the floor panel 10, so that the reinforcing member 34 provided on the side panel 30 becomes an obstacle. It can be stacked without becoming. Further, the front and rear panels 21, 22, the side panel 30 and the lid panel 40 are accommodated inside the panel holding pillars 18 arranged upright at the four corners of the floor panel 10 and are stacked on the top panel. Since the provided corner reinforcing member 42 covers the outer side of the upper end of the panel holding column 18, the stacked floor panel 10, front and rear panels 21, 22, side panel 30 and lid panel 40 are connected to the reinforcing member 34. Protected by the corner reinforcement member 42, there is no risk of damage even if it collides with an obstacle during transportation.

In the above description, the front panel 21, the one side panel 30, the rear panel 22, the other side panel 30, and the lid panel 40 are stacked on the floor panel 10 in this order. Instead, the order of the front and rear panels 21 and 22 may be reversed as long as the front and rear panels 21 and 22 and the inner surface plate 1 of the side panel 30 are placed on top.
