Claims (9)
- 正極、負極、および前記正極と前記負極との間に配置されるセパレータを含む電極群と、
前記電極群が内蔵されるケースと、
前記ケースと結合されて、前記ケースを密閉するキャップ組立体と、
前記正極または前記負極に電気的に接続されるとともに、前記正極または前記負極に固定される第1固定部位、および前記ケースに電気的に接続されるとともに、前記ケースに固定される第2固定部位を含む集電板と、
前記第1固定部位と前記第2固定部位との間において前記集電板に力が加えられるときに発生するエネルギーを低減させる緩衝部と、
を有する二次電池。 - 前記第1固定部位と前記第2固定部位とは、互いに離隔するように配置される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極には、無地部が形成され、
前記集電板は、
前記ケースの内側面に取り付けられる突出部と、
前記電極の無地部に取り付けられる接触部とを有し、
前記突出部と前記接触部との間には、前記突出部と前記接触部との間が一部切断された切断部が形成される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記突出部の内側に溝が形成される、請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記溝は、前記集電板の中央に配置され、
前記接触部は、前記溝を中心に放射方向に配置され、
前記切断部は、前記接触部の長手方向に沿って、前記溝に近接して配置される、請求項4に記載の二次電池。 - 前記突出部と前記切断部との間に皺部が形成される、請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電板の厚さdと、前記突出部の先端から前記切断部までの距離Lとは、L>5dの関係を満足する、請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は、円筒形を呈する、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は、モータ駆動用である、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
