Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a head-up display.
Conventionally, as a head-up display (hereinafter referred to as HUD), there is a configuration in which a display and a reflecting mirror are housed in a casing (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
In the HUD having such a configuration, the display image (light) projected from the display device is reflected by the reflecting mirror and incident on the combiner, so that the driver can see the display image superimposed on the scenery in front of the vehicle. Can be made. The combiner is usually provided on the windshield or provided separately from the windshield.
However, in recent years, along with the tendency of the engine room to expand and the upper surface of the vehicle instrument panel to decrease, it is becoming difficult to secure a space that can be mounted inside the instrument panel.
When the space in which the HUD can be mounted is small, the size of the HUD (housing) must be reduced to be smaller than the originally planned size. However, in such a case, even if the display image can be installed in the vehicle, the display image is closer to the front than the target position because the optical path from the display unit to the combiner is shortened. There are problems such as positioning and the display image becoming smaller than the initial target size.
In view of the above points, the present invention has an object to provide a HUD in which a HUD casing can be mounted on a vehicle regardless of the type of vehicle, and a display image having a desired position and size can be obtained. To do.
In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the casing (1) is connected to the ducts (21, 22) of the air conditioner, and wind flowing through the ducts (21, 22) of the air conditioner is At least one inlet (13a, 13b) for entering the inside of 1) and one outlet (14a, 11a) for discharging wind from the inside of the housing (1) are provided. And it is characterized by the wind which flows through the ducts (21, 22) of an air conditioner passing the inside of a housing | casing (1).
Thus, the HUD of the present invention has a function as a duct for an air conditioner. Thereby, HUD can be mounted in the place where the duct of the air-conditioner inside an instrument panel is located. That is, according to the present invention, it is possible to secure a place for mounting the HUD inside the instrument panel. As a result, it is not necessary to reduce the size of the housing of the HUD. Therefore, according to the HUD of the present invention, an image having a desired position and size can be obtained.
Specifically, as shown in
Moreover, as shown in
The invention described in
Further, as shown in
In addition, the code | symbol in the bracket | parenthesis of each said means is an example which shows a corresponding relationship with the specific means as described in embodiment mentioned later.
(First embodiment)
The HUD of the present embodiment uses the space inside the housing, which conventionally allows only light, as a part of the air conditioner duct. Details of the HUD will be described below.
1 to 3 show a HUD in the first embodiment of the present invention. 1 is a transparent perspective view when the HUD is mounted inside the instrument panel, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA ′ in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a partially exploded view of the HUD. FIG. Note that front, rear, left, and right in the figure indicate the direction of the vehicle. In addition, the hatched area in the figure indicates an opening.
The HUD has a configuration including a
The
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the
The
The
Further, the
The
As shown in FIG. 1, a
The
The
The
The reflecting
The
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the magnifying
Thereby, inside the
Further, as shown in FIG. 2, a partition plate (guide) 4 a is disposed on the back side of the
When the HUD is used, as shown in FIG. 4, the light projected from the
Further, when the defroster is used, as shown by an arrow in FIG. 1, the wind passing through the
At this time, most of the wind that has entered the inside of the
On the other hand, the wind passing through the
As described above, in the HUD of this embodiment, the
A
Thus, in the HUD of the present embodiment, the
Further, according to the HUD of the present embodiment, the
(Second Embodiment)
In the first embodiment, the case where the HUD has an ejection port continuously connected to the ejection port of the
5 and 6 show the HUD in the second embodiment. FIG. 5 is a transparent perspective view when the HUD is mounted inside the instrument panel, and FIG. 6 is a transparent perspective view when the HUD is partially disassembled.
The HUD of the present embodiment is such that an
The
As shown in FIG. 5, the
Thus, the
Also in this embodiment, since HUD functions as a duct of a defroster, it has the same effect as 1st Embodiment. Further, in this embodiment, the
(Third embodiment)
In the second embodiment, the case where the
7 and 8 show the HUD in the second embodiment. FIG. 7 is a transparent perspective view when the HUD is mounted inside the instrument panel, and FIG. 8 is a transparent perspective view when the HUD is partially disassembled.
The HUD of this embodiment is configured such that the
In the present embodiment, when wind enters the inside of the

(4) In each of the above-described embodiments, the case where the
(5) In each of the above-described embodiments, the case where the HUD casing is made to function as a defroster duct has been described as an example. However, the embodiment is not limited to the defroster, and may be made to function as an air conditioner duct.
For example, the side face air-conditioning duct for sending air to the side face openings located at both ends of the instrument panel can be connected to the housing of the HUD so that the HUD can function as the side face air-conditioning duct. .
