Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a script that can be used repeatedly.
In the case of a blackboard, by using chalk as a writing instrument, written characters and the like can be erased and can be used repeatedly.
In the case of a whiteboard, it can be used repeatedly by writing with a dedicated whiteboard marker. As the white board, a synthetic resin, a plywood made of wood, or a relatively hard plate such as a corrugated cardboard is used as a core, and the surface thereof is coated with a synthetic resin such as polypropylene, polyethylene, or polyester (for example, , See Patent Document 1).
However, blackboards and whiteboards have the following problems.
In the case of a blackboard, there is a problem that the chalk powder adheres to the hand or the like during writing, and the chalk powder is scattered. Also, the writing instrument is limited to chalk, and the color of the blackboard itself is uniform, so the texture of drawing is unique to the blackboard, for example, the texture like when drawing on ordinary white paper is completely I can't get it. Therefore, its use is extremely limited, and for example, it is not widely used in general households.
In the case of a whiteboard, it is necessary to use a dedicated whiteboard marker, and written characters and drawings are limited to those written with so-called markers. ing.
On blackboards and whiteboards, if you use a writing part other than a dedicated writing instrument, you may not be able to erase it, or it will be difficult to erase it. Therefore, for example, it cannot be used as a drawing board for drawing using an oil pastel that can be drawn easily by children such as infants.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and can be used repeatedly, and can be easily erased even when a writing instrument such as oil pastel or aqueous crayon is used. The purpose is to provide.
The writing body of the present invention is a writing body having a writing surface that can be repeatedly written and erased, and a coating film is formed on the surface of the writing surface by a paint for preventing graffiti. It is characterized by.
The present inventor has intensively studied a writing body that can achieve the above-mentioned object.Unexpectedly, by using a paint known as a graffiti-preventing paint, it was written with oil pastel or water-based crayon. However, it has been found that it is possible to obtain a writing body that is well-positioned and can be erased very easily.
The graffiti-preventing paint was developed so that graffiti by lacquer spray, paint, etc. can be easily removed, and is exclusively intended to remove graffiti. Accordingly, the graffiti prevention paint is a paint that can not be used for writing graffiti as much as possible, and was developed with the intention of making the writing instrument wear as bad as possible. Therefore, conventionally, it has never been considered that the graffiti-preventing paint is used for the purpose of actively writing such as a drawing board. And even if writing on the paint for preventing graffiti with oil pastel or the like, it was assumed that the drawn line would be faint or frayed and the arrival was extremely bad. However, surprisingly, when writing on the graffiti-preventing paint with an oil pastel or the like, it was found that it was very easy to wear and erased very easily.
It is preferable that the above-mentioned to-be-written object shall be provided with the said coating film by the graffiti prevention coating material on the main-body part which is a plate-shaped member. In this case, the writing body is hardly deformed even by the writing pressure, and it can be used without requiring an underlay or a support.
The writing instrument set of the present invention comprises the above-mentioned writing object and oil pastel or aqueous crayon as a writing instrument. It has been found that oil pastels and aqueous crayons are particularly preferred as the writing instrument for the writing body of the present invention using the graffiti-preventing paint. That is, it was found that when oil pastels or aqueous crayons were used as the writing instrument for the writing body of the present invention, it was easy to wear and erased.
Further, when an aqueous crayon is used, the aqueous crayon attached to the eraser can be easily removed by washing the eraser such as a wiping cloth used for erasing with water, and the eraser can be easily cleaned.
An oil pastel (also referred to as a pass) is typically a Crepas (registered trademark) commercially available from Sakura Crepas Co., Ltd., but is different from a crayon. Common components of crayons are oils and fats such as wax (paraffin, beef tallow oil, stearic acid derivatives, etc.) 63-86%, extender pigments (calcium carbonate, talc, etc.) 5-24%, pigments 5-31 %. On the other hand, the general components of oil pastels are 32-60% fat such as wax (paraffin, beef tallow oil, stearic acid derivatives, etc.) and liquid oil, 37-57% extender pigment (calcium carbonate, etc.), pigments It contains 3 to 25%. Oil pastels are softer than crayons, are easier to write with lower writing pressure, and are more suitable for surface coating than crayons.
On the other hand, an aqueous crayon that can be wiped off with water uses a surfactant in place of oil and fat such as wax.
According to the present invention, by using a graffiti-preventing paint on the surface of the writing surface, even when a writing instrument having a large number of colors such as oil pastels and aqueous crayon is used, it is easy to wear and can be easily erased. A script that can be used repeatedly can be provided.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a writing board 1 as a writing body according to an embodiment of the present invention. The writing board 1 has a rectangular shape as a whole, and has a frame portion 2 provided along the four sides thereof and a

Further, a ruled line may be provided on the
In this embodiment, although the coating film on the main-
