Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the stain accompanied by scribbling by providing a primer layer based on an acrylic resin on the outer surface of a nonmetal base panel and providing a reinforcing layer based on an acrylic resin and a urethane resin on the outer surface thereof and further providing an antistaining layer based on an acrylic resin and water glass thereon. CONSTITUTION: A primer layer 2 composed of an acrylic resin is applied to one outer surface of a base panel 1 composed of a nonmetal material and a reinforcing layer 3 composed of a coating material based on an acrylic resin and a urethane resin is applied to the outer surface thereof. The reinforcing layer 3 forms a coating film tough against the pressure damage or stain caused by a ballpoint pen or pencil having high hardness at the time of scribbling and, in order to homogenously apply the reinforcing layer 3, a compsn. consisting of a polyacrylate resin, aliphatic isocyanate, ethyl acetate, glycol and pigment is used. An antistaining layer based on an acrylic resin and water glass is applied to the outer surface of the reinforcing layer 3 to hold peelability or non-adhesiveness against a sign pen or a crayon.

By the way, the inner and outer wall surfaces and ceiling surfaces of these facilities are made of concrete, mortar, gypsum board, wood board, or the like, or the outer surface of which is paint-painted or plywood board or board board material. However, concrete, mortar, gypsum board, wood board, etc. are soft and have a roughened outer surface, so that they can absorb and absorb water, solvents, oils and fats, etc. Because it is expensive, it is impossible to remove stains by washing when scribbling with water-based or oil-based felt-tip pens, crayons, or spray paint.Furthermore, when scribbling with hard writing instruments such as pencils and ballpoint pens, its outer surface is damaged along with stains. Further, even when paint is applied to the outer surface, the paint coating film is not thin and is not particularly tough, and the paint coating film is compatible with solvents and oils and fats. In many cases, not only stains due to graffiti but also stains are caused, and it is very difficult to clean the stains, and there is no choice but to deal with the damage by repainting. Even if plywood and board are laminated together, the plywood is made by laminating wood boards, and the board is also made by solidifying paper pieces, wood pieces, etc. into a plate shape, and the outer coat layer is also made of synthetic resin. Since the material is applied thinly, it is not possible to deal with stains caused by graffiti and stains at all.

Under these circumstances, in recent years, a self-cleaning is possible by mixing a so-called anti-sticking paint with a polyurethane resin coating containing a slick agent (special wax), or anatase-type titanium white into an acrylic resin. It has been attempted to solve the problem by using so-called self-cleaning paints, but although these can be expected to have considerable results in terms of preventing fouling, they not only have a difficulty in durability but also damage to so-called stains during graffiti. I still can't handle it. On the other hand, it has been attempted to use a panel material coated with a fluororesin, which has excellent releasability, water repellency and smoothness, but since the fluororesin is extremely expensive and non-adhesive, it is applied using high temperature coating. In addition, since the substrate is limited to a metal plate material and it cannot be colored freely, there is no effective means to prevent the graffiti on the inner and outer wall surfaces and ceiling surfaces of various facilities including station facilities. It remains a solution.

[Operation] The present invention using the technical means as described above has the following actions. That is, when a non-metal plate material is used for the substrate, since a primer layer made of an acrylic resin is formed by coating on one outer surface of the substrate, the acrylic resin component sufficiently penetrates into the substrate and a strong coating is achieved. In addition, a smooth primer layer is formed by penetrating and filling even the fine recesses that are exposed on the outer surface of the substrate, and the formation of a reinforcing layer that is formed by coating on the outer surface of the substrate is prevented from permeating and adsorbing the coating material onto the substrate to form a uniform layer. It is possible to form a reinforcing layer.

On the other hand, when a metal plate material such as iron, aluminum or stainless steel is used for the substrate, the metal plate itself has poor water-adhesiveness and adsorptivity as well as poor adhesiveness and a smooth outer surface. The phosphoric acid is dispersed and mixed in the coating film to form the layer, so that the surface of the metal plate material is oxidized, and the adhesion and toughness of the vinyl butyral resin and the phenol resin are combined, and a strong coating is formed. Is done.

A primer layer 2 made of acrylic resin is formed by coating on one outer surface of the substrate 1 thus selected. This primer layer 2 is formed by uniformly and firmly applying a strong and hard reinforcing layer 3 on the outer surface of the primer layer 2, so that the primer layer 2 is sufficiently penetrated or adsorbed on the substrate 1 and further the rough surface of the outer surface of the substrate 1 is formed. In order to form a smooth primer layer 2 by penetrating and filling in a large number of minute recesses related to the formation of a strong acrylic resin material, more specifically a polyacrylic acid ester. And polymethacrylic acid ester resin material is selected,
It is convenient to use an emulsion solution or a solvent solution of the acrylic resin for forming the coating of the primer layer 2, and the composition of the coating material in such a case varies depending on the material of the substrate 1. It is preferable that the content of water is 50% and the content of water or solvent is about 50 to 70%.

On the outer surface of the primer layer 2, a reinforcing layer 3 having an appropriate thickness is formed by coating with a coating material containing acrylic resin and urethane resin as main components. The reinforcing layer 3 is formed by a ballpoint pen, pencil or the like having a high hardness during graffiti so that the reinforcing layer 3 as well as the substrate 1 is sufficiently tough and has a high hardness so as not to suffer pressure damage or stain. Since it is necessary to uniformly apply and form the reinforcing layer 3, it is desired to form a coating film such as an emulsion solution or a solvent solution which does not cause thinning due to coating and drying. It is convenient to form a film, and an example of the coating material in such a case is polyacrylic acid ester resin 30% by weight,
A composition of 40% by weight of aliphatic isocyanate, 3% by weight of ethyl acetate and 27% by weight of pigment content is used.
Of course, other urethane resins include tolylene diisocyanate, triisocyanate, diphenylmethane-4,
4'-diisocyanate and the like can also be used. Further, the thickness of the reinforcing layer 3 is preferably at least about 50 to 60 μm to 200 to 300 μm in order to maintain the toughness against pressure damage during graffiti.

An antifouling layer 4 formed by coating on the outer surface of the reinforcing layer 3.
Is a releasable, non-adhesive, and water-repellent material that can be easily washed against stains such as felt-tip pens, crayons, and spray paint during graffiti or adhesion of oils and dust, and pressure damage caused by ballpoint pens and pencils. In order to maintain hardness and surface lubricity capable of preventing fouling and to form a strong coating with the reinforcing layer 3, it is formed of a coating material containing acrylic resin and water glass as main components. Since this water glass is a concentrated aqueous solution of alkali silicate, the glass-like antifouling layer 4 can be easily formed only by mixing it with an emulsion of acrylic acid ester in an appropriate ratio and then coating and drying it. The formation of the antifouling layer 4'can be accomplished in an extremely short time if the material is involved. The antifouling layer 4 is also preferably formed to have a thickness of 50 to 60 μm or more in order to maintain the toughness against pressure damage during graffiti. Further, the composition of the coating material forming the antifouling layer 4 is such that, when the hardness of the substrate 1 used is low, the ratio of water glass to the total amount of the coating material is about 50 to 70% by weight. It is convenient.

On the other hand, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional explanatory view when a metal plate material is used for the substrate 10. When the substrate 10 is a metal plate material such as an iron plate, an aluminum plate, a stainless plate, etc., water absorbency such as water, solvent or oils and fats. Since it is a material that has no adsorptive property and has a relatively smooth outer surface and poor adhesiveness, the substrate 10
In order to firmly and integrally form the reinforcing layer 3 and the antifouling layer 4 on the substrate, special consideration is required in the coating with the substrate 10. That is, since the substrate 10 is a tough and strong metal plate material, a phenol resin having relatively high adhesiveness (coating property) to the metal plate material and particularly heat resistance capable of adopting high temperature coating having excellent adhesiveness, And vinyl butyral resin that retains toughness comparable to metal plate materials even with thin coating film as the main component,
Moreover, a coating material containing 0.1 to 1% by weight of phosphoric acid dispersed and mixed therein is used as an oxidizing agent for further increasing the adhesiveness (coating property) by oxidizing the surface of the metal plate material as uniformly as possible. The purpose is to form the oxidation primer layer 20 firmly adhered to the plate material.

Thus, the oxidation primer layer 20 is formed by coating on the substrate 10 made of a metal plate, and the coating material containing acrylic resin and urethane resin as the main components is formed on the outer surface of the substrate 10 as in the case of using the non-metal plate as the substrate 1. Thus, the reinforcing layer 30 is formed to have an appropriate thickness, and the antifouling layer 40 may be formed to have an appropriate thickness on the outer surface thereof with a coating material containing acrylic resin and water glass as main components.

As described above, according to the present invention, when a non-metal plate material that retains water absorbency or adsorptivity is used for the substrate, the coating material containing an acrylic resin as a main component sufficiently penetrates into the substrate and becomes strong. A coated primer layer is formed, and also penetrates and fills a large number of fine recesses on the outer surface of the substrate to form a smooth primer layer. Furthermore, even a metal plate material that does not retain water absorbency and adsorptivity and has high surface slipperiness and poor adhesiveness is a high temperature coating that retains a relatively high adhesiveness to the metal plate material, has a large coating strength, and enhances coatability. To apply a coating material that contains phenolic resin and vinyl butyral resin that retain heat resistance that can withstand wearing and baking coating, and that has phosphoric acid dispersed and mixed to oxidize the surface of the metal plate material and enhance adhesiveness A strongly applied oxidation primer layer is formed. Then, on the outer surface of the primer layer or the oxidation primer layer, a reinforcing layer is formed by coating to a suitable thickness with a coating material containing acrylic resin and urethane resin as main components, which maintains compatibility and adhesiveness with the primer layer and the like. As a result, a uniform reinforcing layer having extremely high toughness is firmly applied to the primer layer and the like, and pressure damage during so-called graffiti, so-called stain, and damage to the substrate are prevented.

Furthermore, since an antifouling layer having an appropriate thickness is formed on the outer surface of the reinforcing layer by a coating material containing acrylic resin and water glass as a main component, the antifouling layer has high hardness and slipperiness. In addition, it retains non-adhesiveness and water repellency, and even when felt-tip pens, crayons, pencils, spray paint, etc. adhered during graffiti, it can be easily removed by washing with water, solvent, etc., and the surface has excellent lubricity. Therefore, even dust and the like can be easily wiped off and purified. Moreover, since the present invention has weather resistance, heat resistance, wear resistance, etc., it can prevent buildings and facilities from being stained or damaged by graffiti over a long period of time. In addition, the present invention can be prepared by simply coating or hardening the primer forming coating material, the reinforcing layer forming coating material and the antifouling layer forming coating material on the substrate.
It is excellent in productivity and can be provided at extremely low cost.
