装飾材包容層3の外側表面または装飾材包容層3の全面を加熱軟化させて装飾材4を装飾材包容層3表面に一部埋め込むようにすることが、装飾材4の固着性の面で好ましいが、表面に接合・接着されるものであっても良い。
