The color of the decorative material containing layer 3 can be appropriately selected in consideration of the appearance of the decorative agent 4 and the like.

The decorative material 4 includes natural products (crushed stone, pebbles, mica, silica sand, glass, etc.), colored aggregates, ceramic chips (chromium oxide, titanium oxide, zirconium oxide, aluminum oxide, tungsten carbide, chromium carbide, etc.) and metal powder. Further, it may be a material having both texture and decoration, made of an artificial stone made of a hard synthetic resin chip, a soft synthetic resin chip or the like. As the water-repellent dust adhesion preventing layer 5, the antifouling property can be improved with a material having a self-cleaning function. In this case, the weather resistance can also be improved by the decorative material-enveloping layer 3, and it is excellent in anti-staining and weather resistance over a long period of time with a synergistic effect, and the appearance can be maintained.

The water-repellent dust adhesion prevention layer 5 is a clear layer (transparent coating film), and for example, a compound having photocatalytic properties (such as titanium oxide or zinc oxide) is added to a silicone resin, or a fluorine resin or silicon. Containing curable resins are preferred.
When the water repellent dust adhesion preventing layer 5 needs a texture on its appearance, it is possible to add a granular inorganic material such as silica to the resin to lower the glossiness.
Although the outer surface of the decorative material containing layer 3 may be a flat surface, it may have gentle irregularities as a whole in consideration of decorativeness and the like.

The decorative material 4 may be flush with the outer surface of the decorative material containing layer 3, but can be protruded from the outer surface of the decorative material containing layer 3 by an appropriate amount, for example, about 0.3 to 3 mm. The amount of protrusion for each decorative material 4 can be the same or different.
The arrangement of the decoration material 4 may be a distribution that occurs by chance, for example, by spreading on the outer surface of the decoration material containing layer 3 as appropriate, and intentionally so as to form an artificial pattern based on the design. It can also be arranged.
In view of the fixing property of the decorative material 4, it is possible to heat and soften the outer surface of the decorative material containing layer 3 or the entire surface of the decorative material containing layer 3 so that the decorative material 4 is partially embedded in the surface of the decorative material containing layer 3.
