Abstract
【解決手段】 主巻線、補助巻線、運転コンデンサおよび起動補助装置を含んで構成された単相誘導電動機であって、前記電動機の効率および起動性能を向上するために、前記補助巻線は、電動機の運転状態に応じて電流が通過する補助巻線の巻線数を変化して単相誘導電動機を構成する。

Claims (15)
- 主巻線、補助巻線、運転コンデンサおよび起動補助装置を含んで構成される単相誘導電動機であって、
前記電動機の効率および起動性能を向上するために、前記補助巻線は、電動機の運転状態に応じて電流が通過する補助巻線の巻線数が変化するように構成されることを特徴とする単相誘導電動機。 - 前記補助巻線は、電動機の初期起動時に起動性能を向上するために、電流が通過する補助巻線の巻線数を少なくし、前記電動機の正常運転時に効率性能を向上するために、電流が通過する補助巻線の巻線数を多くするように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の単相誘導電動機。
- 前記補助巻線は、第1補助巻線と、前記第1補助巻線の端に追加的に巻線される第2補助巻線と、から構成されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の単相誘導電動機。
- 前記運転コンデンサは、前記補助巻線に直列連結され、前記起動補助装置は、前記運転コンデンサおよび第2補助巻線に並列連結されて構成されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の単相誘導電動機。
- 前記起動補助装置は、前記電動機の初期起動時に低い等価抵抗値を有し、正常運転時に高い等価抵抗値を有する可変等価抵抗素子により構成されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の単相誘導電動機。
- 前記起動補助装置は、PTCサーミスタであることを特徴とする請求項5記載の単相誘導電動機。
- 前記起動補助装置は、遠心スイッチであることを特徴とする請求項5記載の単相誘導電動機。
- 前記起動補助装置は、リレーであることを特徴とする請求項5記載の単相誘導電動機の起動装置。
- 回転子と、多数のスロットが形成されて主巻線および補助巻線が装着される固定子と、を含んで構成される単相誘導電動機であって、
前記補助巻線は、第1補助巻線と、前記第1補助巻線の端に追加的に巻線される第2補助巻線と、から構成され、前記第1および第2補助巻線は、それぞれ並列接続された二つのコイルからなることを特徴とする単相誘導電動機。 - 前記補助巻線は、第1補助巻線と第2補助巻線とがタップにより連結されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の単相誘導電動機。
- 前記単相誘導電動機は、前記補助巻線に直列接続される運転コンデンサと、前記運転コンデンサおよび第2補助巻線に並列接続される起動補助装置と、を含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の単相誘導電動機。
- 前記起動補助装置は、前記電動機の初期起動時に低い等価抵抗値を有し、正常運転時に高い等価抵抗値を有する可変等価抵抗素子により構成されることを特徴とする請求項11記載の単相誘導電動機。
- 前記起動補助装置は、PTCサーミスタであることを特徴とする請求項12記載の単相誘導電動機。
- 前記起動補助装置は、遠心スイッチであることを特徴とする請求項12記載の単相誘導電動機。
- 前記起動補助装置は、リレーであることを特徴とする請求項12記載の単相誘導電動機。
