Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a waterproof sheet in which an adhesive material layer is coated with a soluble protective layer and a waterproof construction method using the waterproof sheet. Specifically, the soluble protective layer is dissolved in a predetermined liquid or paste to easily expose the adhesive material layer surface. The present invention relates to a waterproof sheet that can quickly adhere to various construction surfaces including an underlayer of an adhesive material layer and a waterproof construction method using the waterproof sheet.
As a waterproof layer used for waterproofing construction of buildings, a waterproof sheet such as a synthetic resin type, a rubber type, an asphalt type, or a urethane type waterproof coating material is used. In this waterproofing work, a solvent-based adhesive is used for bonding to a base such as concrete or mortar, and in the case of asphalt, an affixing operation is performed while applying asphalt melted at a high temperature.
Among these, the formation of the waterproof layer by sticking a waterproof sheet has seen many examples of construction from the viewpoint of the reliability of waterproof performance and good workability. The application of the waterproof sheet on the construction surface is roughly classified into a bonding method using an adhesive, a bonding method using an adhesive, and a bonding method using a mechanical fixing means. Among these, the bonding method using an adhesive and the bonding method using an adhesive are superior to the bonding method using a mechanical fixing means in terms of simplicity and speed in construction.
However, the bonding method using an adhesive takes time to develop adhesive force, and many use a large amount of solvent containing toluene, which may adversely affect the human body and the environment. It is considered that the bonding method using an adhesive becomes the mainstream.

In the figure,
Related art is disclosed in the following documents.
However, in the above-described conventional waterproof sheet and a waterproof method using the same, it is necessary to press the waterproof sheet to the base after exposing the adhesive layer by peeling off the protective film when the waterproof sheet is applied. . For this reason, there is an inconvenience that a large amount of film, release paper, and the like peeled off at the enforcement site are generated, and a large amount of work and cost are required for the processing.
The present invention provides a waterproof sheet, comprising a main body portion and a joint portion formed on both surfaces of the main body portion or one of the main body portions, and the joint portion covers the adhesive material layer and the surface of the adhesive material layer to prevent adhesion. It is intended to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems by comprising a soluble protective layer.
In the above waterproof sheet, an insulating portion for forming an air passage between the joint portion and the enforcement surface may be provided.
Furthermore, in any one of the above waterproof sheets, the soluble protective layer may be constituted by being dissolved by applying or spraying a predetermined liquid or paste-like material so that the adhesive layer can be easily exposed and activated.
Still further, in any of the above waterproof sheets, the soluble protective layer is made of any polymer such as polystyrene, styrene butadiene rubber, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl acetate, acrylic resin, or a mixture thereof, There are cases where the adhesive material layer surface is easily exposed by dissolving with a paste-like material, and can be quickly applied to various construction surfaces such as an undersurface of the adhesive material layer.
Furthermore, in any of the above waterproof sheets, the soluble protective layer may have any form of a film, a nonwoven fabric, or a powdery body.
In the above waterproof sheet, the film-like soluble protective layer may be formed by applying and drying the solution of the polymer or the emulsion containing the polymer on the surface of the adhesive layer.
Furthermore, in the waterproof sheet, the powdery body constituting the soluble protective layer may be made of a foamed foamed resin material.
In any of the above waterproof sheets, the predetermined liquid or paste-like material for dissolving the soluble protective layer and exposing the adhesive layer may be a C9 solvent, limonene, mineral oil, or a mixture thereof. is there.
In any of the above waterproof sheets, the main body portion may be made of an asphalt roofing material obtained by impregnating and coating a predetermined base material with asphalt.

(B) A step of applying a primer to the lower ground as required,
(B) It has an insulating part and a joint part on the back surface of the main body part, and the joint part is formed of a predetermined liquid or paste-like material in the waterproof protective sheet composed of an adhesive material layer and a soluble protective layer covering the adhesive material layer. A step of dissolving the adhesive layer by application or the like to expose the adhesive layer;
(C) A step of pasting the waterproof sheet with the adhesive layer exposed on the back surface in the step (b).
The present invention is intended to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems by providing a waterproof construction method comprising the following steps.
(A) An insulating portion and a joint portion are provided on the back surface of the main body, and the joint portion dissolves the soluble protective layer when a waterproof sheet comprising a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a soluble protective layer covering the adhesive layer is applied to the base. Applying a predetermined liquid or paste-like material as a primer to the construction surface;
(B) a step of dissolving the soluble protective layer while bonding the soluble protective layer of the waterproof sheet to the primer application surface before drying the primer applied in the previous step;
(C) A step of pressing and fixing the waterproof sheet to the base surface in accordance with the adhesion layer being exposed by dissolution of the soluble protective layer.
In the waterproof method, the soluble protective layer is made of any one of polystyrene, styrene butadiene rubber, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl acetate, acrylic resin, or a mixture thereof. In some cases, the adhesive material layer surface is easily exposed by the dissolution means, and the adhesive material layer surface can be easily exposed to various construction surfaces such as the lower ground of the adhesive material layer.
Furthermore, in the waterproof method described above, the soluble protective layer may be configured to have any form of a film, a nonwoven fabric, or a powdery body.
And in said waterproofing construction method, the main part of the waterproof sheet is an asphalt roofing material, the powdery body constituting the soluble protective layer is a powdered foamed resin material, and the soluble protective layer is dissolved to form an adhesive layer The predetermined liquid or paste-like material to be exposed may be composed of a C9 solvent, limonene, mineral oil, or a mixture thereof.
In any one of the waterproofing methods described above, a heat-resistant sheet is applied to the melting means of the soluble protective layer, and heat is applied when a further waterproofing layer is formed thereon by a thermal asphalt method and / or a torch method. Thus, the initial adhesive force may be increased.
In the present invention, since the protective layer for preventing the adhesion of the adhesive layer is formed of resins having solubility in a predetermined liquid or pasty predetermined material, the protective layer can be simply applied or sprayed in the minimum amount necessary for construction. Since the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer that can express the bonding force immediately after being dissolved is exposed and activated, the waterproof sheet can be pasted quickly and easily. As in the past, protective films, release papers, etc. are not generated as waste.
Since the soluble protective layer formed on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer needs to be dissolved as quickly as possible by contacting a predetermined liquid or paste-like material, the resins forming the soluble protective layer have a surface area. It is important to make it as large as possible. For this reason, it is desirable to form the soluble protective layer with a thin film-like resin layer or a small granular resin. Formation of a thin film-like resin layer is desirable from the viewpoint of production efficiency and the like by applying and drying a target resin solution or an emulsion containing a predetermined amount of the resin.
Moreover, as resin which has a small granular form, foamed resin or its fragment is suitable, for example. Foamed resin has an infinite number of small air chambers, and a large number of holes or recesses are present in the fragments, so that the surface area is extremely large.
When the solvent comes into contact with such fragments, dissolution immediately proceeds and the protective layer covering the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is rapidly removed, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is exposed, and the waterproof sheet can be immediately bonded to the ground surface or the like. . The soluble protective layer can be composed of a film made of a resin dissolved in a predetermined solvent, a nonwoven fabric, or the like. However, as described above, it is possible to form the granular body by attaching it to the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. It is also optimal from a viewpoint. The resins forming the soluble protective layer are polystyrene, styrene butadiene rubber, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl acetate, acrylic resin, or a mixture thereof. As the predetermined liquid or paste-like material in which these resins are dissolved, a C9 solvent, limonene, various mineral oils, or a mixture thereof is used.
Next, the present invention will be further described with reference to examples. FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway sectional view showing an embodiment of a waterproof sheet according to the present invention. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and demonstrated to the same location as a prior art example.
In the figure,

That is, in FIG. 3 (a),

FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram illustrating a manufacturing process of a waterproof sheet according to another embodiment. An emulsion containing 50% or more of styrene resin is sprayed from the direction of the arrow B on the surface of the
In addition, as the liquid or paste-like predetermined material for dissolving the protective layer in this embodiment, since the styrene resin has a high SP value, a C9 solvent, limonene, and an aromatic oil as a mineral oil are used. This embodiment has an advantage that no waste is generated in the process of forming the soluble
In addition, after attaching an asphalt roofing waterproof sheet to the base, a waterproof layer may be further formed by a thermal method, and in this construction, the dissolving means of the soluble protective layer of the asphalt roofing waterproof sheet is the C9 The initial adhesive force can be increased by using heat from the heat method in addition to the system solvent, limonene, various mineral oils (various aroma oils) or a mixture thereof.

FIG. 5 is a table showing the measurement results of the interface temperature between the slate plate substrate and the adhesive material in the above example. Table 1 shows the case where the outside air temperature during construction is 0 degrees Celsius, and Table 2 shows the case where the outside air temperature during construction is 25 degrees Celsius. Is shown.
As is apparent from Tables 1 and 2, due to the heat during the thermal asphalt construction, the temperature of the slate plate substrate and the adhesive interface rises to 30 degrees Celsius at an outside air temperature of 0 degrees Celsius, and the outside air temperature is 25 degrees Celsius. Rises to 40 degrees Celsius. As the temperature of the interface between the substrate and the adhesive increases, the protective layer covering the waterproof sheet can be instantly dissolved with a solvent such as limonene, and the initial adhesive strength and the subsequent adhesive strength are increased. The experimental results are shown in the graph of FIG.
Contents of the experiment related to the graph of FIG. 6 Purpose: To confirm the effect on the adhesive strength due to the residual heat of the thermal asphalt.
Evaluation method: Strength transition test condition in 180 degree Celsius peel test:
Fixed condition
Thermal asphalt construction temperature: 240 degrees Celsius
Limonene coating amount: 50g / square meter
Time from limonene construction to thermal asphalt construction
Variable conditions
Construction temperature: 0 degrees Celsius, 25 degrees Celsius
From the results of each experiment, the strength immediately after attaching the waterproof sheet is sufficient to temporarily fix the waterproof sheet even when it is attached with limonene alone. It turns out that higher strength can be expected.
Similar results are also obtained with C9 solvents, C9 solvents, limonene, various mineral oils (various aroma oils), or mixtures thereof.
Up to now, the present invention has been limited to asphalt waterproofing. However, the present invention can be applied to a method of dissolving and bonding a waterproof sheet body or a part thereof with a solvent or the like. That is, as is well known, there is a method of attaching a vinyl chloride waterproof sheet as one of the waterproof methods, but in this vinyl chloride waterproof sheet, a vinyl chloride foam layer is formed on the affixed surface, and the conventional foam layer is applied to this foam layer at the time of enforcement. Applying adhesive such as THF (tetra-hydrofuran) will quickly dissolve the foamed layer, so it will not take time to develop adhesive strength like conventional vinyl chloride waterproof sheets. The waterproof sheet can be immediately fixed to the working surface.
