Abstract
【解決手段】上端部の飲み口部3の縦幅を除いて、縦方向の一部或いは全部が水平方向の蛇腹状となっているPET樹脂ボトル本体にあって、反復その縦幅(高さ)を縮小させてなることに耐えうる形状とその製造にもっとも適したテレフタル酸ジメチル又はテレフタル酸とエチレングリコールを反応させて得られるポリエステルを用いる。

Claims (1)
- テレフタル酸ジメチル又はテレフタル酸とエチレングリコールを反応させて得られるポリエステルを用いプリフォームを製造する工程と、
このプリフォームを一対の金型内に誘導し流体を送り膨らませる工程と、
上端部の飲み口部と該飲み口部の高さ方向の幅と、底部の高さ方向の幅とを除いて高さ方向の一部或いは全部が水平方向の蛇腹状となっている樹脂ボトル本体を成型加工する工程と、
よりなりこの成型された樹脂ボトル本体を縦方向に圧縮させ、上記樹脂ボトル本体の蛇腹状部分がその長手方向の一方或いは両方から樹脂ボトル本体の中心方向に押し圧された際、上記蛇腹状部分が重なりあい潰された状態を保つことができるようになしたことを特徴とする高さ方向に伸縮可能な樹脂ボトルの製造方法。
