Abstract
【解決手段】ヨーク1の中央磁極2にボイスコイル3を装着し、ボイスコイル3の外側にマグネット4を配置した外磁型構造のマグネチック型音響変換デバイスであって、ヨーク1及びその中央磁極2は縦長であって、ヨークの両側の短尺辺側端部上にマグネット4を配置し、マグネット配置軸上の各マグネット4の外側に振動板固定部6を配置した。

Claims (10)
- ヨークの中央磁極にボイスコイルを装着し、前記ボイスコイルの外側にマグネットを配置した外磁型構造のマグネチック型音響変換デバイスであって、前記ヨーク及びその中央磁極は縦長であって、前記ヨークの両側の短尺辺側端部上に前記マグネットを配置し、前記マグネット配置軸上の前記各マグネットの外側に振動板固定部を配置したことを特徴とする骨伝導デバイス。
- 前記振動板固定部は、前記ヨークの両側の短尺辺側端部に前記ヨークと一体に形成された段部である請求項1に記載の骨伝導デバイス。
- 前記振動板固定部は、前記ヨークの両側の短尺辺側端部上に設置された非磁性材製スペーサである請求項1に記載の骨伝導デバイス。
- 前記振動板固定部は、前記ヨーク、ボイスコイル及びマグネットを収納するボックスケースの短尺辺側側面である請求項1に記載の骨伝導デバイス。
- 前記振動板は、ほぼ全長に亘って形成された縦長の開口を有する非磁性材製の支持板と、前記開口上に配置されて前記支持板に振動動作を支持される磁性材製の振動部材とから成る請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の骨伝導デバイス。
- 前記振動部材のサイズは前記支持板の開口のサイズよりも少し小さく、前記振動部材にはその両側中間部に、前記開口の長尺辺側端部に固定される固定部が突設されている請求項5に記載の骨伝導デバイス。
- 前記振動板は、その支持板の両側の短尺辺側端部が延長折曲された折曲部を有していて、前記折曲部が前記段部、前記スペーサの外側面又は前記ボックスケースの短尺辺側側面に固定されることにより設置される請求項5又は6に記載の骨伝導デバイス。
- 前記振動板は、その支持板の両側の短尺辺側端部が前記段部、前記スペーサの上面又は前記ボックスケースの短尺辺側側面上に固定されることにより設置される請求項5又は6に記載の骨伝導デバイス。
- 前記支持板は、前記段部、前記スペーサ又は前記ボックスケースの短尺辺側側面に対し、レーザー溶接によって固定される請求項7又は8に記載の骨伝導デバイス。
- ほぼ全長に亘って形成された縦長の開口を有する非磁性材製の支持板と、前記開口上に配置されて前記支持板に振動動作を支持される磁性材製の振動部材とから成り、前記振動部材のサイズは前記支持板の開口のサイズよりも少し小さく、また、前記振動部材にはその両側中間部に、前記開口の長尺辺側縁部に固定される固定部が突設されていることを特徴とする骨伝導デバイスの振動板。
