Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は、二次電池の外面に電池の温度によって色が変わる熱感応性手段を備えることを特徴とし、前記熱感応性手段は電池の温度が80℃以上の場合、色が変わることが好ましく、電池の温度変化によって連続的に色が変わることができる。

従って、二次電池は、充電された状態で、あるいは、充電する過程での、電池自体の異常による発火や爆発を防止するために、色々な安全装置を備える。これら安全装置は、電池の温度上昇や過度な充放電等により、電池の電圧が急上昇する等の場合に、電流を遮断して、電池の破裂、発火等の危険を防止する。前記安全装置としては、異常電流や電圧を感知して電流を抑制する保護回路、異常電流による過熱により作動するPTC(positive temperature coefficient)素子、バイメタルなどがある。

- 二次電池の外面に電池の温度によって変色する熱感応性手段を備えることを特徴とする二次電池。
- 前記熱感応性手段は、電池の温度が80℃以上の場合に変色することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記熱感応性手段は、電池の温度変化によって温度間隔を置いて連続的に色が変わることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 電池の温度によって、前記熱感応性手段の一部、または、全部の色が変わることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 電池の温度によって、前記熱感応性手段の熱変色部の色が変わることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記熱感応性手段に複数個の前記熱変色部が備えられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記熱変色部の変色温度を互いに同一に、または、異なるように構成することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池。

- 前記1,2,3−トリアゾ−ル化合物は、1,2,3−ベンゾトリアゾ−ル、4−(5)−ヒドロキシ−1,2,3−トリアゾ−ル、4−(7)−ニトロ−1,2,3−ベンゾトリアゾ−ル、5−メトキシ−7−ニトロ−1,2,3−ベンゾトリアゾ−ル及び4−アミノ−1,2,3−ベンゾトリアゾ−ルからなる群から選択される一種以上であることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の二次電池。
- 前記アゾメチンは、ベンジリデン−p−アニシジン、p−メトキシベンジリデン−p−エトキシ−アニリン及びp−メトキシベンジリデン−o−アニシジンから選択される一種以上であることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の二次電池。
- 前記カルボン酸一次アミン塩は、ステアリン酸ステアリルアミン塩、ステアリン酸ミリスチルアミン塩、ベヘン酸ステアリルアミン塩、ベヘン酸ミリスチルアミン塩、ミリスチン酸ステアリルアミン塩及びミリスチン酸ミリスチルアミン塩からなる群から選択される一種以上であることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の二次電池。
- 前記アルコ−ルは、ステアリルアルコ−ル、ミリスチルアルコ−ル、または、セチルアルコ−ルであることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の二次電池。
