Claims (10)
- タービンベーン(32)用カラーシール(34)であって、
前記ベーン(32)の翼形輪郭に適合する円周方向の翼形輪郭を有する環状の剛性リテーナ(36)と、
前記リテーナ(36)の翼形輪郭の周りに積層されかつ該翼形輪郭に固定接合された可撓性金属薄板リーフプライ(48)と、
前記リーフプライ(48)を包込みかつ前記リテーナ(36)に固定接合されたウーブンシース(50)と、
を含むシール。 - 前記リテーナ(36)が、ランド部(66)から横方向に間隔を置いて配置された該リテーナの周囲に沿って延びる円弧形ビード(64)を含み、前記リーフプライ(48)及びシース(50)が、前記ランド部(66)に溶接されかつ前記ビードと重なるように曲げられている、請求項1記載のシール。
- 前記シース(50)が、前記リーフプライ(48)の周りを包みかつ前記リテーナ(36)の翼形輪郭の周りで該リーフプライに適合し、また前記リーフプライの近位端部と共に前記リテーナに共通に接合されている、請求項2記載のシール。
- 前記リーフプライ(48)が、その可撓性を高めるためのスリット(56)を含み、前記スリットが、前記リーフプライ間でオフセットされている、請求項3記載のシール。

前記ベーン(32)の翼形輪郭に適合する円周方向の翼形輪郭を有する環状の剛性リテーナ(36)と、
前記リテーナ(36)の翼形輪郭の周りに積層されかつ該翼形輪郭に固定接合された可撓性金属薄板リーフプライ(48)と、
前記リーフプライ(48)を包込みかつ前記リテーナ(36)に固定接合されたウーブンシース(50)と、を含む、
タービンノズル(22)。 - 前記リテーナ(36)が、ランド部(66)から横方向に間隔を置いて配置された該リテーナの周囲に沿って延びる円弧形ビード(64)を含み、前記リーフプライ(48)及びシース(50)が、前記ランド部(66)に溶接されかつ前記ビードと重なるように曲げられている、請求項7記載のノズル。
