A housing defining an interior adapted to rotatably support a rolled sheet material and having a dispensing opening sized to dispense the sheet material, each housing comprising a peripheral edge A first housing section and a second housing section, wherein the first housing section is at least partially removably attached to the second housing section, and at least one slot is provided in the first housing section.
