Claims (7)
- ケーシング(2,14,19)、円筒形の作業室(15,21)、円筒形の押しのけ装置(9,17)、ケーシングと押しのけ装置との間に位置するギャップ(36,38)、押しのけ装置内に位置する熱交換器及び作業室に高圧及び低圧作業ガスを択一的に供給するための装置を備えた冷凍機(1)において、
ギャップ(36,38)に別の熱交換器(ギャップガス熱交換器43)が対応配置されていることを特徴とする、熱交換器を備えた冷凍機。 - 2段式で形成されており、第2段にギャップガス熱交換器(43)が装備されている、請求項1記載の冷凍機。
- ギャップガス熱交換器(43)が、軸方向で見て単層の線材コイルであり、該線材コイルが押しのけ装置のケーシング壁(22,23)のギャップ側且つ/又は冷凍機ケーシングのケーシング壁(14,19)のギャップ側に配置されている、請求項1又は2記載の冷凍機。
- ギャップガス熱交換器(43)が、押しのけ装置(9,17)のケーシング(22,23)内に位置する中空室(44)に収納されている、請求項1又は2記載の冷凍機。
- 中空室(44)が、軸方向で隔てられた半径方向孔(45,46)を介してギャップ(36,38)と接続されており、前記半径方向孔(45,46)の開口間でギャップ(36,38)内にシール部材(47)が位置しており、該シール部材(47)を介した圧力低下が、熱交換器(43)を介した圧力低下よりも大である、請求項4記載の冷凍機。
- ギャップガス熱交換器(43)のための中空室(44)が、第2段の押しのけ装置の高温端部(18)の領域内に位置している、請求項2,4,5のいずれか1項記載の冷凍機。
- 前記シール部材(47)の位置に関して押しのけ装置の高温端部(18)に位置する別のシール部材(48)が設けられている、請求項6記載の冷凍機。
