Claims (12)
- −ダイを出つつある押し出し物の下端を検出し且つ該下端の検出時に連続的デジタル信号を発生する1本の垂直に移動するレーザーまたは数本の垂直に並べられたレーザーを準備し、
−垂直に移動するレーザーからまたは数本の垂直に並べられたレーザーからの連続的デジタル信号を受容するマイクロコントローラーを準備し、
−マイクロコントローラーにより作動させられるフラッシュを準備し、
−マイクロコントローラーにより作動させられ且つフラッシュに同調されるCCDセンサーを装備したカメラを準備し、
−各段階における時間を記録し、
−各段階におけるデジタル情報を記録し、
−押し出し物の組み合わせ膨張および下垂曲線に関する式を即時に計算し且つ下垂および膨張部分を即時に分離するソフトウエアを準備する
段階を含んでなる、ダイ設備の下を流動する押し出し物を同定する方法。 - CCDセンサーが透明電極を有する二相電荷−結合センサーである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 1本の垂直に移動するレーザーが2m/sまでの速度でmmの水準の精度で操作される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- フラッシュ期間が多くとも1/9100秒である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ダイデザイン、温度および剪断速度の製造パラメーターを調節するためのフィードバックソフトウエアを準備する段階をさらに含んでなる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 押し出し物がポリエチレンまたはポリプロピレンである、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 押し出し物がポリエチレンである、請求項6に記載の方法。
- ダイの出口における押し出し物の性質をそれぞれ二または三次元で同定するための、電荷−結合デバイス(CCD)センサーおよびレーザー検出器を装備した1個もしくは3個のカメラであって該CCDカメラがレーザー検出器によりフラッシュに同調されるカメラの、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 押し出し物の膨張曲線および下垂曲線を別個に計算するための請求項8に記載の使用。
- 押し出し物中の初期メルトフラクチャーを検出するための請求項8に記載の使用。
- 押し出し物の緩和時間を計算するための請求項8に記載の使用。
- 押し出し物がポリエチレンである、請求項8〜11のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
