Claims (8)
- カメラ手段および制御可能な切断装置を使用することにより、シート状断片を1つまたは幾つかのより小さい断片に切断する方法で、それらの座標系の方向および値が、相互に対応するよう校正される方法であって、
− 切断すべき断片を、カメラ手段の記録区域内に配置した切断表面に配置する措置と、
− 断片をカメラで撮影し、それに基づいて断片の輪郭を決定する措置と、
− 断片の輪郭に関する情報を位置決めシステムに入力する措置とを執り、ここで切断経路が確立されて、切断機の制御システムへと入力され、これが切断に必要なパラメータを決定し、これに基づいて与えられた命令に従い部品への断片の切断を制御することを特徴とする方法。 - 輪郭および寸法が決定されたら、少なくとも1つのタイプの小型部品を選択し、この少なくとも1つのタイプの小型部品を所望の数だけ、輪郭内の輪郭像に加えることにより、位置決めデータを生成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 切断の開始ポイントおよび切断経路も自動的に、またはオペレータが補助した手段によって決定され、位置決めデータを切断装置の制御システムに入力することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- シート上の自動位置決めにおいて、切断経路、開始ポイントおよびボリューム、さらに材料の使用を最適化することを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の方法。
- 切断装置の作動が、ゼロ・ポイントに比例した増分座標系、つまりシート状素材に特定の座標系から、絶対座標系へ、つまり作業ステーション全体を網羅する座標系へと変化することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 切断装置として、数値制御した熱切断機、マニピュレータまたはロボットを使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 物体を撮影する際の補助機器として、反射すべき光源、最も好ましくはレーザ・バーを使用して、検出可能性を促進かつ/または追加の情報を提供することを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 切断すべき断片が、金属構造の部品、例えば船舶、船または別の船用機器、橋、抄紙機、建物、列車、ローリー、鉱業用車両またはタンクなどの車両、またはプラットホーム構造の部品を構成することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
