Abstract
Description
図5で示す参照番号70はあらゆる地形で使用される乗物用サスペンションシステム70を示している。サスペンションシステム70は複数の液(気)圧式シリンダ60を含んでおり、車輪1,2,3及び4をシャーシ5と相互接続させるようにそれぞれアレンジされている。
Claims (11)
- 乗物の車輪をシャーシに相互接続させる第1通流手段を介して互いに通流状態で接続されている複数の液(気)圧式シリンダを含んでおり、車輪の一つが移動すると、その車輪に実質的に垂直面で接続された液(気)圧式シリンダのピストンは、その車輪に接続されたシリンダと直接的に通流状態である液(気)圧式シリンダのピストンの反対方向の対応移動を生じさせ、これによって、連動する車輪を車体が通過する地面に接触させ、両方のシリンダと、これらを接続する通流手段の内部の液体体積が常に等しくなるようにしており、車輪と地面との接触性を高め、他方の車輪ペアに影響を及ぼすことなく、両シリンダと、これらを接続する他方のペア手段の内部の液体体積を等しく保ち、第2通流手段を介して両車輪の液(気)圧式シリンダを接続するようにアレンジされた一つあるいは複数の液(気)圧式シリンダ通流制御装置をさらに含んだ乗物用サスペンションシステム。
- それぞれの液(気)圧式シリンダは上方チャンバと下方チャンバとを含むことができ、これらのチャンバは該液(気)圧式シリンダと連動するピストンによって分離されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 液(気)圧式シリンダの上方チャンバ内の圧力が流体制御装置内の圧力より大きい時、該流体制御装置のフィードバック回路はさらに等量の流体を両側車輪と連動する反対側の液(気)圧式シリンダの下方チャンバに移動させ、地面と接触する車輪の移動を加速して緩衝性を補助することを特徴とする請求項2記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 流体制御装置はそれぞれの液(気)圧式シリンダ内の流体体積と通流手段内の流体体積を調整する手段を含んでおり、左側シリンダと、これらを接続する通流手段の流体体積が、右側シリンダと、これらを接続する通流手段の流体体積と実質的に等しくなるようにすることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 液(気)圧式シリンダと通流する流体制御装置と連動する高さ調節手段をさらに含んでおり、車輪に対するシャーシの高さを調節することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 高さ調節手段はどのような適切な圧力手段にも接続できることを特徴とする請求項5記載のサスペンションシステム
- 高さ調節手段は車輪の前方ペア及び/又は後方ペア及び/又は両方に提供することができることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 車輪の前方ペア及び後方ペアに提供されている高さ調節手段はそれぞれ連動するようにアレンジされていることを特徴とする請求項7記載のサスペンションシステム。
- 本明細書に記載されている発明によるサスペンションシステム。
- 添付の図面に図示され、詳細に説明されたサスペンションシステム。
- 本明細書に実質的に説明されているあらゆる改良又は組み合わせを含んだサスペンションシステム。
