Claims (30)
- 集積回路(IC)チップ上に形成されるバンドパスフィルタであって、該バンドパスフィルタは、

前記入力信号を受信して変圧器のインダクタンスと共にローパスフィルタリングを提供することができるキャパシタと、を備え、
前記バンドパスフィルタは、ハイパスフィルタリングとローパスフィルタリングとをカスケード接続することによってバンドパスフィルタリングを提供することを特徴とするバンドパスフィルタ。 - 複数のバンドパスフィルタステージをさらに備え、各該バンドパスフィルタステージはキャパシタおよび変圧器を備え、該変圧器はICチップ上に形成された1組の金属スパイラルを備え、該バンドパスフィルタステージは、カスケード接続されてバンドパスフィルタを形成する請求項1に記載のバンドパスフィルタ。
- 前記金属スパイラルは銅スパイラルを備える請求項1に記載のバンドパスフィルタ。
- 前記変圧器は、直列に配列された1組の変圧器を備え、各前記変圧器は、1組の金属スパイラルを備える請求項1に記載のバンドパスフィルタ。
- 前記金属スパイラルの相互が同一平面上で交互に巻かれることによって、前記ICチップ上に変圧器を形成する請求項1に記載のバンドパスフィルタ。
- 前記金属スパイラルは、一方がもう一方の上に積み重ねられることによって、前記ICチップ上に変圧器を形成する請求項1に記載のバンドパスフィルタ。
- 各前記金属スパイラルは、それらの間に誘電体物質が配置されることによって分離される請求項6に記載のバンドパスフィルタ。

前記バンドパスフィルタは、ハイパスフィルタリングとローパスフィルタリングとをカスケード接続することによってバンドパスフィルタリングを提供することを特徴とする通信システムオンチップ(SOC)。 - 前記バンドパスフィルタは複数のバンドパスフィルタステージをさらに備え、各該バンドパスフィルタステージはキャパシタおよび変圧器を備え、該変圧器はICチップ上に形成された1組の金属スパイラルを備え、該バンドパスフィルタステージは、カスケード接続されてバンドパスフィルタを形成する請求項13に記載の通信SOC。
