Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の目的は、短期間(年2回の収穫)で100%再生できる天然の原料、茎であるという点、原料の入手が容易であるという画期的な点において、所望される要件を満たす上で必要な性能特性を兼ね備えた新規の部品であって、また簡単な製法、取り扱い技術、および天井、壁、床の敷石、テラス、屋根、柱で使用可能であることから様々種類の建築で利用・適用できる新規の部品を使用して建築産業に貢献することである。
Description
体積の50%が長さ約2.5cmのケナフのわら。
体積の5%が水に溶かしたセメント。
体積の5%が石灰。
−製造に使用される原料が、ケナフ、キング・グラス、モロコシ、トウモロコシ、ヒマワリ、竹などの茎の束で構成される天然のものであり、より軽量の構造にはアシを好んで使用するが、類似の特性を有する天然の茎であれば、どのような種類を使用してもよい。
−モジュールの本質的部品と同じくモジュールに塗る推奨モルタルも、モルタルの生物学的価値をより強調する、やはり生分解性である天然成分から作られている。
−研究所で行われた試験では、壁、天井、ボールトなどを構成する部品として天然の茎で作られたプレハブの軽量化されたモジュール(プレハブ軽量モジュール)の性能特性が以下の結果をもって解明された。
モジュールが満たす空間の近似値 1.0m2〜6.0m2
最低圧縮抵抗 150Kg/cm2
最低引っ張り抵抗 150Kg/cm2
モルタルの浸透性 0.0%
図1は天然の茎を使用したプレハブの軽量化されたモジュール(プレハブ軽量モジュール)の3つの異なるモデル(図1−A、1−B、1−C)を遠近法で見たものであり、その構造が茎(1)で形成され、中央部と端部が針金、または薄板あるいはプラスチックのベルト(2)で縛られて、希望する形状に仕上がっていることがわかる。モジュールを互いに合わせるには、同じ直径の針金を使用し、天然の外観を持つモジュールを使用する場合には、機械的な接合が行われる。
上記で説明した図を考慮した上で、次にモジュールの製造方法を説明する。
b)それらの茎(図2−1)を縛って希望する形状(図2−2)にするため、それらを支え、固定する複数の留め具(図2−3)の間に配置する。
c)茎を針金またはベルトで縛る(図1−2)。
d)モルタルで茎を覆い隠し、モジュールに均一な外観を持たせる、または事前に定められた仕上がり状態にしたいのであれば、モジュールを型(図3)に入れる。この型には2つの穴が用意され、そのひとつ(図3−1)は、注入されるモルタルを供給する穴であり、もうひとつ(図3−2)は、空気を排出するための穴である。
e)天然の茎で作られたプレハブの軽量化されたモジュール(プレハブ軽量モジュール)を型から出して乾燥したら、壁や天井などに配置するため図4に示されるように、希望するのであれば、実矧継ぎの方法で組み合わせる。
Claims (2)
- 本発明の本質は、ケナフ、アシ、竹、キング・グラス、ヒマワリ、モロコシ、トウモロコシなど、主に様々な植物の茎として天然界に存在する植物繊維からなる部品の束にあり、それらの束が茎の直径と長さで同じ特徴を有し、同じ幅、厚さ、重量の束に茎をユニット化することが可能で、かつ、モルタルを注入して束を覆い、束に一体性を持たせることで建築部品として使用できるように、茎がまとめられている。
- さらに、注入されたモルタルに覆われ、型またはコンテナで仕上げ(滑らかな仕上げ、粗野な仕上げ、織物の風合いを持つ仕上げ、しわのある仕上げなど)が決定されるモジュールは、希望するのであれば、あらゆる種類のわら、切り株、おがくず、ボール紙、サボテンなど、他のあらゆる種類の植物繊維の全体または断片で構成することが可能で、モルタルを注入する方法で束に一体性を持たせることで、様々な建築の必要性を満たすために求められる形状と寸法を取る。
