Claims (8)
- 等電点電気泳動ゲルの容器であって、
第1及び第2の細長い半鋳型を備え、各半鋳型は半円の外形形状と平坦な接触表面とを有し、前記半鋳型は前記平坦な接触表面に沿って接触された時に円形断面のチューブ状の鋳型容器を形成し、
各半鋳型は、前記平坦な接触表面内にへこみを有すると共に長さ方向に伸びており、
当該容器は、
前記各半鋳型の1つの中の前記へこみを満たすような大きさの不活性固体支持材料の柔軟性のある帯と、
前記半鋳型を一緒に取り外し可能に取り付ける手段とを備える等電点電気泳動ゲルの容器。 - 前記へこみは、長方形の断面である請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記へこみは、長方形の断面で、異なる深さである請求項2に記載の容器。
- 前記へこみは、約0.01cmから約0.10cmの深さである請求項2に記載の容器。
- 前記柔軟性のある帯は、該帯の一方の側に接着され、アクリルアミド又はアガロースのゲルに結合する樹脂を有する請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記柔軟性のある帯に接着される前記樹脂は、ポリアクリルアミドのゲルを形成するように前記容器内でアクリルアミドモノマーと該アクリルアミドモノマーの重合中に結合するエチレン的に不飽和であるグループを持つ請求項5に記載の容器。
- 前記円形断面は、前記チューブ状の鋳型容器の端部の長さ方向に伸び、各半鋳型は長方形の形状を有する部分を更に備え、それにより前記チューブ状の鋳型容器の前記端部に隣接して長方形の断面を形成し、前記半鋳型を取り外し可能に一体に取り付ける取り付け手段は前記長方形の断面部分に存在する請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記端部は、長さが約2.0cmから約5.0cmであり、前記長方形の断面部分は、長さが約5.0cmから約20cmである請求項7に記載の容器。
