本発明の例1
図面に示される蒸留装置を使用した。蒸留装置は3つのカラム(1)、(2)および(3)からなり、このうちカラム(1)は48個の理論的板を有し、カラム(3)は45個の理論的板を有し、両方とも絶対圧力1.3バールで運転する。カラム(2)は8バールの高い圧力で運転し、43個の理論的板を有する。
ドイツ特許第3726805号に記載された方法に比較して、前記の本発明の例1による第2カラム(2)上の側流取り出し(9)はきわめて純粋なTHF中の二次成分の減少における明らかな改良を生じる。これらの2つの方法の分離結果は表1で比較される。
Claims (1)
- 粗製テトラヒドロフランを3つの蒸留カラムを通過させ、第1カラムの底部から水を取り出し、水を含有するテトラヒドロフランを第2カラムの頭部から第1カラムに戻し、第1カラムの側流を第2カラムに導入し、第3カラムの底部生成物を第1カラムに戻し、第1カラムの頭部で蒸留液を取り出すことにより、粗製含水テトラヒドロフランを蒸留により精製する方法において、第2カラムの側流を第3カラムに導入し、第3カラムの頭部生成物として純粋テトラヒドロフランを取得することを特徴とする、粗製含水テトラヒドロフランを蒸留により精製する方法。
