Claims (10)
- 体内植込可能な電気コネクタにおいて、
孔部を有するハウジングと、ラジアル型ガータースプリングと、ピンとを備え、
前記ハウジングの前記孔部の内周面にV字底溝が形成されており、
前記ガータースプリングは前記V字底溝の中に配設されており、
前記ピンは前記ハウジングの前記孔部に挿入可能な寸法に形成されており、
前記ハウジングを形成する材料、前記ガータースプリングを形成する材料、及び前記ピンを形成する材料を、体内植込に適した材料の組合せとして、該ハウジング、該ガータースプリング、及び該ピンの間の電気抵抗を調節するようにしたことを特徴とする電気コネクタ。 - 前記ピンに外周溝が形成されており、該外周溝に前記ガータースプリングが嵌合することによって、該ピンが前記ハウジングの前記孔部に係脱可能に係合するようにしてある請求項1記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記ハウジングを形成する材料、前記ガータースプリングを形成する材料、及び前記ピンを形成する材料のいずれかがプラチナ・イリジウム合金である請求項1乃至2の何れか1項記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記ハウジングを形成する材料及び前記ピンを形成する材料が「MP35N」合金である請求項3記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記ハウジングを形成する材料及び前記ピンを形成する材料が第5級チタン材料である請求項3記載の電気コネクタ。
- 体内植込可能な電気コネクタにおいて、
孔部を有するハウジングと、アキシャル型ガータースプリングと、ピンとを備え、
前記ハウジングの前記孔部の内周面に平底溝が形成されており、
前記ガータースプリングは前記平底溝の中に配設されており、
前記ピンは前記ハウジングの前記孔部に挿入可能な寸法に形成されており、
前記ハウジングを形成する材料、前記ガータースプリングを形成する材料、及び前記ピンを形成する材料を、体内植込に適した材料の組合せとして、該ハウジング、該ガータースプリング、及び該ピンの間の電気抵抗を調節するようにしたことを特徴とする電気コネクタ。 - 前記ピンに、中央平底部とその両側の傾斜側面部とで画成された溝が形成されている請求項6記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記ハウジングを形成する材料、前記ガータースプリングを形成する材料、及び前記ピンを形成する材料のいずれかがプラチナ・イリジウム合金である請求項6又は7記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記ハウジングを形成する材料及び前記ピンを形成する材料が「MP35N」合金である請求項8記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記ハウジングを形成する材料及び前記ピンを形成する材料が第5級チタン材料である請求項8記載の電気コネクタ。
