Claims (16)

  1. 患者を処置するための、取り外し可能なデバイスアセンブリであって、以下:
    電気応答性エレメント(100,230)を備える、取り外し可能なデバイス(30、330、430、430’)であって、該電気応答性エレメントは、電気応答性エレメントを介する第1の電流が通過することによって起動可能である、取り外し可能なデバイス;
    患者内の標的位置に該取り外し可能なデバイス(30、330、430、430’)を送達するための送達デバイス(20、220、220’、320、420、420’、420”);および
    該取り外し可能なデバイスを該送達デバイスに接合し、かつ該送達デバイスから該取り外し可能なデバイスを展開するように適合される、接合部(40、240)、
    を備え、
    該電気応答性エレメントが、該第1の電流が該電気応答性エレメントを通過する場合に形状を変化させるか、または移動し、該電気応答性エレメント(100、230)は、該第1の電流の通過に伴って該取り外し可能なデバイス(30、330、430、430’)に熱を送達する熱抵抗性エレメント(100)を備え、該取り外し可能なデバイスは、その加熱の結果として所定の形状を取るように構成されていることを特徴とする、取り外し可能なデバイスアセンブリ。
  2. 前記送達デバイスがカテーテル(321、321”、421、421’、421”)を備える、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
  3. 前記送達デバイスがプッシュワイヤ(50)を備える、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
  4. 請求項1に記載のアセンブリであって、ここで前記取り外し可能なデバイス(30、330、430、430’)が、前記熱抵抗性エレメント(110)により加熱される場合に所定の形状を取る、熱感受性の形状記憶物質(120)を備える、アセンブリ。
  5. 請求項1に記載のアセンブリであって、ここで前記取り外し可能なデバイス(30、330、430、430’)、熱抵抗性の形状記憶エレメントおよびポリマー(120)を含み、該ポリマーは、コンパクトな配置で該取り外し可能なデバイスを保持し、そして、該熱抵抗性の形状記憶エレメントにより加熱される場合に変形するように適合される、アセンブリ。
  6. 前記熱抵抗性エレメント(110)が白金タングステン(PtW)合金から作られる、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
  7. 前記熱抵抗性エレメント(110)が熱抵抗性ワイヤを備える、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
  8. 前記熱抵抗性エレメント(110)が薄膜を備える、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
  9. 前記熱抵抗性エレメント(110)が放射線不透過性である、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
  10. 請求項1に記載のアセンブリであって、ここで前記接合部(24、240)が、前記取り外し可能なデバイス(30、330、430、430’)と前記送達デバイス(20、220、220’、320、420、420’、420”)とを接合し、かつ第2の電流の通過によって分離して、前記標的位置に該取り外し可能なデバイスを展開するように適合される、電解質の犠牲的接合部(24)を備える、アセンブリ。
  11. 請求項10に記載のアセンブリであって、ここで前記電解質の犠牲的接合部(24)は、第1の導電性ワイヤ(70)および第2の導電性ワイヤ(80)を、それらの間の電解質の経路と共に備え、該電解質の経路は電気抵抗性を有し、そして前記取り外し可能なデバイス(30、330、430、430’)の前記熱抵抗性エレメントは、該電解質の経路の該電気抵抗性より低い電気抵抗性を有する、アセンブリ。
  12. 請求項1に記載のアセンブリであって、ここで前記接合部(24、240)が、前記取り外し可能な血管内デバイスおよび前記送達デバイス(20、220、220’、320、420、420’、420”)および前記取り外し可能なデバイス(30、330、430、430’)の少なくとも一方の上に機械的コネクタ備える、アセンブリ。
  13. 請求項1に記載のアセンブリであって、ここで前記接合部(24、240)が、前記取り外し可能なデバイス(30、330、430、430’)および前記送達デバイス(220、220’、320、420、420’、420”)のうちの一方の上に外部コネクタ(222)、ならびに該取り外し可能なデバイスおよび該送達デバイスのうちの他の一方の上に内部コネクタ(242)を含み、該外部コネクタおよび該内部コネクタの少なくとも1つが、該送達デバイスから該取り外し可能なデバイスを放出するために、形状を変化させるように構成されている、アセンブリ。
  14. 前記外部コネクタ(222)が、該外部コネクタから前記内部コネクタ(242)を放出するように展開可能である、請求項13に記載のアセンブリ。
  15. 前記内部コネクタ(242)が、前記外部コネクタ(222)から該内部コネクタを放出するように圧縮性である、請求項13に記載のアセンブリ。
  16. 前記標的位置は動脈瘤を含む、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
