Abstract
Description
創傷治癒用途のための酸素生成装置は、薄く可撓性のあるものでなければならない。そのような装置に使用されることが多い厚い端プレート(電気接続および空気および酸素送出用)は、この要件を満たさない。
創傷治癒用途のために、酸素生成装置は、接着剤テープで固定され、数種類の不純物に露出され、これは、酸素還元および/または生成用の触媒の作用を阻害する。
多くの創傷場所、たとえば、足、踵、下部踝等は、靴および歩行可能患者の一部であるようなアウターウェアの邪魔をしないように、非常に薄い装置を必要とする。
本発明は、一定の部品および部品の配列に、物理的な形態を取ってもよく、その好適な実施の形態は、本明細書に詳細に述べられ、その一部をなす添付の図面に例示される。
陰極側:O2+4H++4e−→2H2O
陽極側:2H2O→O2+4H++4e−
であり、正味反応は、膜の一方の側における気体状酸素(大気から)の消耗、および、他方の側における酸素濃度の増加である。
Claims (22)
- 創傷または状態を治療するために患者に酸素を供給するための装置であって、
酸素で治療可能な創傷または負傷上に受け取られるように適合された創傷ドレッシングと、
酸素を皮膚創傷へ供給するための前記創傷ドレッシングから離れた携帯用酸素生成装置であって、陽極と、陰極と、電源と、酸素を電気化学的に製造するためのリン酸処理されたイオン伝導性膜と、を具備する携帯用酸素生成装置と、
前記酸素生成装置を前記創傷ドレッシングに流体的に接続するコンジットと、
を具備する装置。 - 前記コンジットは、可撓性のあるチュービングである請求項1に記載の酸素供給装置。
- 前記創傷ドレッシングは、静脈性潰瘍を治療するための、組み入れられた4部分圧縮ドレッシングである請求項2に記載の酸素供給装置。
- 前記チュービングは、前記圧縮ドレッシングの個別の層の間に組み入れられる請求項2に記載の酸素供給装置。
- 前記酸素は皮下に送出される請求項2に記載の酸素供給装置。
- 酸素の皮下送出のために前記チュービングの端に流体的に接続された注射器をさらに具備する請求項2に記載の酸素供給装置。
- 微生物が前記酸素製造装置内に逆流するのを防止するために半透膜をさらに含む請求項2に記載の酸素供給装置。
- 前記酸素製造は、4電極過程にしたがって発生する請求項2に記載の酸素供給装置。
- 前記イオン伝導性膜は、過フッ素アイオノマー膜である請求項2に記載の酸素供給装置。
- 前記電源は、前記陰極および陽極を横切って電流を加える請求項2に記載の酸素供給装置。
- 前記陰極および陽極の少なくとも一方に触媒をさらに含む請求項2に記載の酸素供給装置。
- 前記触媒は、Pt−Irを含む請求項11に記載の酸素供給装置。
- 前記装置は、標準温度および圧力下で、約1から約50ml酸素/時の間で生成する請求項2に記載の酸素供給装置。
- 前記装置は、前記装置に水を加えることなく、数週間の間、酸素を製造することができる請求項2に記載の酸素供給装置。
- 前記チュービングは、生体治療のために複数の穴が開けられている請求項2に記載の酸素供給装置。
- 前記酸素生成装置は、患者に装着される請求項2に記載の酸素供給装置。
- 創傷または状態を治療するために患者に酸素を供給するための装置であって、
酸素で治療可能な創傷または負傷上に受け取られるように適合された創傷ドレッシングと、
酸素を皮膚創傷へ供給するための携帯用酸素生成装置であって、陽極と、陰極と、電源と、酸素を電気化学的に製造するためのリン酸処理されたイオン伝導性膜と、を具備する携帯用酸素生成装置と、
を具備する装置。 - 前記装置は、標準温度および圧力下で、約1から約10ml酸素/時の間で生成する請求項17に記載の酸素供給装置。
- 電気化学セルを使用して創傷または状態を治療するための方法であって、
ハウジングに装着された多孔性陰極に大気を接触させるステップと、
空気内に存在する酸素を陰極で還元して中性の種にするステップと、
イオン伝導性膜を通って前記ハウジングに装着されたリン酸処理された多孔性陽極へ前記中性の種を拡散するステップと、
前記陽極で前記中性の種を酸素に酸化するステップと、
前記陽極からドレッシングおよび下にある創傷または負傷へ酸素の供給を与えるステップと、
を含む方法。 - 創傷または状態を治療するために患者に酸素を供給するための装置であって、
酸素で治療可能な創傷または負傷上に受け取られるように適合された創傷ドレッシングと、
酸素を皮膚創傷へ供給するための携帯用酸素生成装置であって、陽極と、陰極と、電源と、酸素を電気化学的に製造するためのイオン伝導性膜と、前記陽極と前記陰極との少なくとも一方に連結した少なくとも1つの触媒と、を具備する携帯用酸素生成装置と、
を具備する装置。 - 前記触媒は、前記陽極に連結され、Pt−Ir、Pt−Snおよびそれらの三重結合からなる群から選択される請求項20に記載の装置。
- 前記触媒は、前記陰極に連結され、Pt−Ir、Pt−Sn、Pt−Ru/C、Pt−Cおよびそれらの三重結合からなる群から選択される請求項20に記載の装置。
