Abstract
Description
シリンダと、
前記シリンダ内で往復自在なピストンと、
ピストンに駆動自在に結合された少なくとも1つの励磁巻線を有する往復リニア電気モータと、
前記ピストンの往復時間の測定値を得るための手段と、
前記往復時間の変化を検出する手段と、検出した往復時間の変化に応答して前記励磁巻線への電力入力を調節する手段と、を備えていることを特徴とするフリーピストンガス圧縮機が提供される。
好ましくは、前記圧縮機は、励磁電流が流れていないときに、前記少なくとも1つの励磁巻線中に誘導されるバックEMFをサンプリングするバックEMF検出手段と、前記バックEMF検出手段の出力に接続された零交差検出手段と、前記零交差検出手段からの出力パルス相互間の時間間隔を測定して前記ピストンの各半周期の時間を求める手段とを更に有する。
好ましくは、前記往復時間の変化を検出する前記手段は、濾波又は平滑化された値から前記往復時間を検出して差値を出す手段を含み、前記差値が所定期間について所定の閾値よりも大きいと、電力を調節する前記手段は、前記励磁巻線への電力入力を減少させるよう構成されている。
前記往復部分の往復時間を求める段階と、
前記往復時間の変化を検出する段階と、
往復時間の検出された減少に応答して前記リニアモータへの電力入力を調節する段階とを有していることを特徴とする方法が提供される。
好ましくは、前記往復時間を求める前記段階は、前記リニアモータ中の電流の零交差を検出し、零交差相互の時間間隔から前記往復時間を求める段階を含む。

往復時間の検出された減少に応答して前記リニアモータへの電力入力を調節するよう構成されていることを特徴とする制御装置が提供される。
好ましくは、前記往復時間を求める前記段階は、前記リニアモータ中の電流の零交差を検出し、零交差相互の時間間隔から前記往復時間を求める段階を含む。
本明細書における開示及び説明は、例示に過ぎず、本発明をいかなる意味においても限定するものではない。
本発明は、前記の内容にあり、又、以下の実施形態の構成を含む。次に、本発明の好ましい一形態を添付の図面を参照して説明する。
フリーピストン圧縮機は、圧縮機ピストン−ばね系の固有振動数で駆動された場合に最も効率が高いことが実験でわかった。しかしながら、注意深く設けられた金属ばねと同様、固有のガスばねがあり、その有効ばね定数は、冷凍用圧縮機の場合、蒸発器圧力又は凝縮器圧力の何れかが変化するにつれて変化する。既に説明した電子的に整流される永久磁石モータは、例えば国際公開第WO01/79671号パンフレットに開示されているような電子的に整流される永久磁石モータにおいて本出願人の経験するところから引き出された技術を含む技術を用いて制御される。なお、かかる国際公開パンフレットの開示内容を本明細書の一部を形成するものとして援用する。
Claims (13)
- フリーピストンガス圧縮機であって、
シリンダと、
前記シリンダ内で往復自在なピストンと、
前記ピストンに誘導結合された少なくとも1つの励磁巻線を有する往復リニア電気モータと、
前記ピストンの往復時間の測定値を得るための手段と、
前記往復時間の変化を検出する手段と、
前記検出された往復時間の変化に応答して前記励磁巻線への電力入力を調節する手段と、を備えている、
ことを特徴とするフリーピストンガス圧縮機。 - 前記モータは、電子的に整流される永久磁石DCモータである、
請求項1記載のフリーピストンガス圧縮機。 - 励磁電流が流れていないときに、前記少なくとも1つの励磁巻線中に誘導されるバックEMFをサンプリングするバックEMF検出手段と、
前記バックEMF検出手段の出力端に接続された零交差検出手段と、
前記零交差検出手段からの出力パルス間の時間間隔を測定して前記ピストンの各半周期の時間を求める手段と、を更に有している、
請求項1又は2記載のフリーピストンガス圧縮機。 - 前記ピストン動作の2つの連続した半周期が合計されて前記往復時間が得られる、
請求項3記載のフリーピストンガス圧縮機。 - 前記往復時間の変化を検出する前記手段は、濾波又は平滑化された値から前記往復時間を検出して差値を出す手段を含み、
前記差値が所定期間、所定閾値よりも大きければ、前記電力を調節する手段は、前記励磁巻線への入力を減少させるよう構成されている、
請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一に記載のフリーピストンガス圧縮機。 - リニアモータの往復部分のオーバーシュートを阻止する方法であって、
前記往復部分の往復時間を求める段階と、
前記往復時間の変化を検出する段階と、
往復時間の検出された減少に応答して前記リニアモータへの電力入力を調節する段階と、を有して、
いることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記往復部分は、前記リニアモータのアーマチュアである、
請求項6記載の方法。 - 前記往復時間を求める前記段階は、前記リニアモータ中の電流の零交差を検出し、零交差間の時間間隔から前記往復時間を求める段階を含む、
請求項6又は7記載の方法。 - 前記往復時間の変化を検出する前記段階は、濾波又は平滑化された値から前記往復時間を演繹して差値を出し、前記差値が所定期間について所定の閾値よりも大きければ、前記リニアモータへの電力入力を減少させる段階を含む、
請求項6〜8のうちいずれか一に記載の方法。 - 往復部分を含むリニアモータの制御装置であって、
前記往復部分の往復時間を求め、
前記往復時間の変化を検出し、
検出された往復時間減少に応答して前記リニアモータへの電力入力を調節する、よう構成されている、
ことを特徴とする制御装置。 - 前記往復部分は、前記リニアモータのアーマチュアである、
請求項10記載の制御装置。 - 前記往復時間を求める前記段階は、前記リニアモータの電流の零交差を検出し、零交差の時間間隔から前記往復時間を求める段階を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項10又は11記載の制御装置。 - 前記往復時間の変化を検出する段階は、濾波又は平滑化された値から前記往復時間を演繹して差値を出し、前記差値が所定期間について所定の閾値よりも大きければ、前記リニアモータへの電力入力を減少させる段階を含む、
請求項10〜12のうちいずれか一に記載の制御装置。
