Claims (6)
- SNCR法により処理された燃焼排ガス中のアンモニア性成分を除去する方法であって、SNCR法の処理温度より少なくとも150℃低い温度で少なくとも0.2m2/gのBET法による比表面積を有する鉄(II)酸化物触媒と燃焼排ガスを接触させることを特徴とする燃焼排ガスのアンモニア性成分の除去方法。
- 触媒が、燃焼排ガスチャネル内の温度700〜400℃の燃焼排ガスに添加される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 触媒が、圧縮空気、乾燥蒸気または再循環燃焼排ガスから成るキャリアー媒体によって噴射される請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 鉄(II)酸化物触媒の比表面積が、0.2〜200m2/gの範囲である請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の方法。
- 鉄(II)酸化物触媒のリン含有量が0.02重量%未満、イオウ含有量が0.6重量%未満およびナトリウム含有量が0.5重量%未満である請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の方法。
- 800℃で15分間空気と加熱・接触した2.8×10−4モルの触媒が、パルス接触反応器内で不活性雰囲気中、温度250℃、空間速度42,400h−1の条件下、6.1×10−7モルの一酸化炭素と瞬時に接触した際、少なくとも15%の一酸化炭素を二酸化炭素に変換する請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の方法。
