Abstract
【解決手段】不整地走行用の鞍乗り型車両に装備され、インボード側およびアウトボード側の等速自在継手を介して駆動力を車輪に伝達するドライブシャフトにおいて、インボード側にダブルオフセット型等速自在継手を、アウトボード側にアンダーカットフリー型等速自在継手を使用し、前記ダブルオフセット型等速自在継手のPCDとボール径の比(PCD/d=r1)を3.0<r1<3.2の範囲とした。

Claims (3)
- 不整地走行用の鞍乗り型車両に装備され、インボード側およびアウトボード側の等速自在継手を介して駆動力を車輪に伝達するドライブシャフトにおいて、インボード側にダブルオフセット型等速自在継手を、アウトボード側にアンダーカットフリー型等速自在継手を使用し、前記ダブルオフセット型等速自在継手のPCDとボール径の比(PCD/d=r1)を3.0<r1<3.2の範囲としたことを特徴とするATV用ドライブシャフト。
- 前記ダブルオフセット型等速自在継手における外輪外径と内輪セレーションPCD寸法の比(Douter/PCDserr=r2)を3.2<r2<3.4としたことを特徴とする請求項1のATV用ドライブシャフト。
- 前記ダブルオフセット型等速自在継手におけるケージオフセットとPCRの比を0.152〜0.153の範囲としたことを特徴とする請求項1のATV用ドライブシャフト。
