Description

The present invention relates to a waste liquid trap.

Conventionally, in order to prevent odors generated from waste liquid from entering from the waste liquid discharge path in drains, bathrooms, kitchens, etc. discharged from air conditioners, for example, the waste liquid discharge path is formed in a substantially N-shaped curve. In addition, an appropriate amount of waste liquid was stored at the bottom of the curved portion to prevent odors from entering due to water sealing. However, the stored waste liquid at the bottom of the curved part of the waste liquid discharge path is caused by the natural evaporation of the stored waste liquid that occurs when the usage frequency is low and the suction action due to the extreme pressure difference between the waste liquid inlet and the waste liquid outlet of the waste liquid discharge path. As a result, the stored waste liquid may be remarkably reduced or dehydrated. As a result, the effect of preventing the odor intrusion due to the water sealing action of the stored waste liquid may be reduced or lost.
On the other hand, as a technology that can exhibit the odor prevention effect even if the stored waste liquid in the waste liquid discharge path may be withdrawn, for example, a synthetic resin container that has a flat bottom surface and can be stably placed on the floor surface An approximately U-shaped trap that holds an appropriate amount of waste liquid at the bottom when the waste liquid is not discharged, and a trap that floats a normally closed check valve to discharge the waste liquid into the container when the waste liquid is discharged; There is a waste liquid trap that is internally equipped with a valve device that opens and discharges the waste liquid to the outside of the container when a certain amount or more of the waste liquid is stored in the container due to the outflow of (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 53-6052

The waste liquid trap is used not only in general households but also in medical facilities such as hospitals. In particular, antibacterial treatment is progressing in medical facilities to prevent infectious diseases and the like, and improvement in hygiene is desired. The waste liquid trap described in Patent Document 1 can effectively prevent the odor generated from the waste liquid from entering the room, but can sufficiently remove germs and the like in the air and the waste liquid. It was not a thing. Moreover, since the waste liquid trap used around water is likely to generate dirt and odor due to the growth of microorganisms and the like, a technique for suppressing the growth of microorganisms and the like is desired.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to prevent odors from entering and to treat sanitary bacteria in the air and waste liquid to provide a sanitary excellent waste liquid trap. The point is to provide.

In order to achieve this object, the waste liquid trap according to the present invention has a characteristic configuration in which a bottom surface is flattened and a synthetic resin container that can be stably placed on the floor surface. An appropriate amount of waste liquid is stored and held, and when the waste liquid is discharged, a normally closed check valve is lifted to discharge the waste liquid into the container. The waste liquid trap having a valve device for opening the valve and discharging the waste liquid to the outside of the container when stored, wherein at least one of the trap, the valve device, and the synthetic resin container is antibacterial The processing unit is provided.
That is, according to the above characteristic configuration, since the antibacterial treatment unit is provided, it is possible to prevent invasion of odor generated from the waste liquid through the waste liquid trap, and to sterilize germs in the air in the trap, A waste liquid trap excellent in hygiene can be obtained. In addition, since the trap for waste liquid used around water tends to generate dirt and odor due to the growth of microorganisms, etc., by providing an antibacterial treatment section, the growth of microorganisms can be suppressed, and odor and The occurrence of dirt can be suppressed.

Another characteristic configuration of the waste liquid trap according to the present invention is that the antibacterial treatment portion is formed by a film coated with an antibacterial agent made of an inorganic antibacterial compound.
That is, according to the above characteristic configuration, since the antibacterial treatment part is formed by a film coated with an antibacterial agent, the conventional waste liquid trap is used as it is, and the waste liquid excellent in hygiene is inexpensive and without significant design change. Traps can be made. Here, the antibacterial agent includes a bactericide, a bacteriostatic agent, a rodenticide, an antiviral agent and the like. In addition, as in the above feature configuration, by using a low-toxic inorganic antibacterial compound that is safer than organic antibacterial compounds and excellent in heat resistance as an antibacterial agent, hospitals and the like are particularly safe. It can also be applied to facilities that require consideration.

Further, another feature is that an uneven portion is formed on at least one of a surface that the normally closed check valve of the trap contacts when the waste liquid is not discharged and a surface that the valve of the valve device contacts when the waste liquid does not discharge. The antibacterial treatment part is formed on the surface on which the uneven part is formed, and the surface thereof is smoothed.
That is, according to the above-described characteristic configuration, since the uneven portion is formed in the portion where the members come into contact with each other and the antibacterial agent film is easily peeled off, the antibacterial agent film formed on the surface is hardly peeled off. Furthermore, even if the coating of the antibacterial agent is worn and scraped to the convex part of the concave and convex part formed on the trap and the valve device due to the contact between the members by forming the concave and convex part, the antibacterial agent is applied to the concave part of the concave and convex part. Therefore, the antibacterial effect of the waste liquid trap can be maintained satisfactorily. In addition, since the surface of the antibacterial treatment part is smoothed, the trap and the valve device formed with the concavo-convex part impair the deodorization property without causing a gap between the trap and the normally closed check valve and the valve device. There is nothing.

Still another characteristic configuration of the waste liquid trap according to the present invention is that the antibacterial treatment section is formed of a mixing member.
That is, according to the above characteristic configuration, since the antibacterial treatment part is formed using the mixed member, the antibacterial treatment part is not damaged by use, and a trap for waste liquid that can sustain the antibacterial effect well is obtained. Can do.

A first embodiment of a waste liquid trap according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.
FIG. 1 is a sectional view in a side view direction of a waste liquid trap 1 according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view in a plan view direction. The waste liquid trap 1 is a synthetic resin container comprising a container body 1A that has a flat bottom surface and can be stably placed on the floor surface, and an inspection lid 1B that is detachably fitted to the upper end of the container body 1A. The trap 3 and the valve device 4 are installed inside the container main body 1A. The container main body 1A, the trap 3 and the valve device 4 are formed with antibacterial treatment parts 1c, 3c and 4c, respectively.

The trap 3 includes a waste liquid inlet 3a projecting and opening on the outer surface of the side wall 1a of the container main body 1A, a curved flow path 3A formed in a substantially U shape, and a substantially spherical normally closed float valve type provided near the downstream end. The check valve 2 and a plurality of waste liquid outlets 3b provided on the upper peripheral surface in the vicinity of the normally closed check valve 2 are configured. When the waste liquid is not discharged, an appropriate amount of waste liquid is stored and retained at the bottom of the curved flow path 3A to prevent odor from entering the waste liquid inlet 3a from the waste liquid outlet 3b. When the waste liquid is discharged, the normally closed check valve 2 is lifted by the inflow of the waste liquid from the waste liquid inlet 3a, and the waste liquid flows out into the container body 1A through the waste liquid outlet 3b. The waste liquid that has flowed out into the container body 1A flows into the valve device 4 through the in-container flow path 4C.

The valve device 4 has a cylindrical member 4A having a waste liquid inlet 4a for taking in the waste liquid from the in-container channel 4C, and a waste liquid discharge port 4b projecting and opening on the outer surface of the side wall 1a 'facing the side wall 1a of the container body 1A. And a substantially disc-shaped deodorizing valve 4B in the form of a float valve provided at the upper part inside the waste liquid inlet 4a formed at the bottom 4D of the cylindrical member 4A. When a certain amount or more of waste liquid is stored in the container body 1A due to the outflow of waste liquid from the trap 3, the valve device 4 opens the deodorization valve 4B by the pushing-up pressure of the waste liquid, and the waste liquid is discharged from the waste liquid discharge port 4b. It is comprised so that it may discharge | emit outside the container main body 1A. The deodorizing valve 4B is provided at substantially the same height as the lower part of the waste liquid discharge port 4b.

The antibacterial treatment parts 1c, 3c, 4c of the present embodiment are formed by a film coated with an antibacterial agent made of an inorganic antibacterial compound. The antibacterial agent here is an inorganic antibacterial compound, in particular, a silver-based inorganic antibacterial compound containing silver. This silver-based inorganic antibacterial compound is highly safe and has a reduced antibacterial effect due to water or heat. In addition, it has the advantage that it is excellent in sustainability and hardly causes resistant bacteria. Further, in order to improve sustainability and chlorine resistance, a combination with an antibacterial improvement aid such as a carrier may be used.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the antibacterial treatment sections 1 c, 3 c, and 4 c are formed on the entire surface of the container main body 1 </ b> A, the inspection lid 1 </ b> B, the trap 3, and the valve device 4 that contacts the waste liquid. Specifically, the antibacterial treatment part 1c of the container body 1A is formed in the entire interior of the container body 1A, and the antibacterial treatment part 3c of the trap 3 includes the curved flow path 3A of the trap 3, the normally closed check valve support part 3D, and It is formed on both the inside and outside of the waste liquid outlet 3b. The antibacterial treatment part 4c of the valve device 4 is formed on both surfaces of the cylindrical member 4A, the waste liquid inlet 4a, and the waste liquid outlet 4b. Also, the normally closed check valve 2 and the deodorizing valve 4B are also a preferred embodiment in which an antibacterial agent is applied to the whole to provide an antibacterial treatment part.

In addition, although the silver-type inorganic antibacterial compound was used for the antibacterial agent of this embodiment, a suitable antibacterial agent is selected and used according to the installation place and use of the waste liquid trap 1. Furthermore, since light does not enter the waste liquid trap 1, an antibacterial agent that is not a photocatalyst is used, or an antibacterial agent that contains a metal such as silver or copper and can exhibit an antibacterial effect even with a small amount of light.

Next, a second embodiment of the waste liquid trap 1 according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In this embodiment, the uneven portion 3d is formed on the surface of the trap 3 where the normally closed check valve 2 contacts when the waste liquid is not discharged, and the uneven portion is formed on the surface where the deodorizing valve 4B of the valve device 4 contacts when the waste liquid is not discharged. 4d is formed.

As shown in FIG. 3, the uneven portion 3 d of the trap 3 is formed in a normally closed check valve support portion 3 </ b> D that supports the normally closed check valve 2. The normally closed check valve support portion 3D is formed in an annular shape, and an inner side surface in contact with the normally closed check valve 2 is formed in accordance with the shape of the normally closed check valve 2, and a plurality of formed on this surface. The circular groove constitutes the uneven portion 3d. An antibacterial agent coating is formed as the antibacterial treatment part 3c on the entire normally closed check valve support part 3D including the uneven part 3d. The surface of the antibacterial agent coating is smoothed and formed so as to be in contact with the normally closed check valve 2 without a gap. As a result, the antibacterial treatment part 3c formed on the trap 3 is not easily peeled off from the normally closed check valve support part 3D by the uneven part 3d, and the surface of the antibacterial treatment part 3c is temporarily opened and closed by the normally closed check valve 2. Even if the groove portion of the concavo-convex portion 3d is worn, the antibacterial treatment portion 3c remains in the trough portion of the groove of the concavo-convex portion 3d, and the antibacterial effect can be maintained for a longer period.

As shown in FIG. 4, the uneven portion 4d of the valve device 4 is provided on the inner bottom portion 4D of the cylindrical member 4A that supports the deodorizing valve 4B, and has a plurality of circular grooves formed around the waste liquid inlet 4a. It is composed of Similarly to the antibacterial treatment part 3c of the trap 3, an antibacterial agent film is formed as the antibacterial treatment part 4c on the entire bottom part 4D including the concavo-convex part 4d, and the surface thereof is smoothed. It is formed so as to be in contact with the stop valve 2 without a gap. As a result, the antibacterial treatment part 4c formed in the valve device 4 is unlikely to be peeled off from the inner bottom part 4D by the concavo-convex part 4d like the antibacterial treatment part 3c of the trap 3, and is resistant to opening and closing of the deodorizing valve 4B. Since it is high, the antibacterial effect can be maintained for a longer period of time.

In the present embodiment, the concave and convex portions 3d and 4d are provided in both the trap 3 and the valve device 4, but a configuration in which only one side is provided may be employed. Further, the shape of the groove need not be limited to a circle, and the groove should have a shape that can hold the antibacterial agent well.

Next, another embodiment of the waste liquid trap 1 according to the present invention will be described.
In the first and second embodiments, the antibacterial treatment parts 1c, 3c, and 4c are formed by a film coated with an antibacterial agent. However, in this embodiment, the antibacterial treatment parts 1c, 3c, and 4c are made of antibacterial compounds. It is formed by the mixed member mixed. As the antibacterial compound to be mixed into the mixing member, for example, a silver-based inorganic antibacterial compound having high heat resistance is used. Specifically, for example, members such as the container main body 1A, the curved flow path 3A of the trap 3 and the normally closed check valve support portion 3D, and the cylindrical member 4A and the bottom portion 4D of the valve device 4 are formed of mixed members. In this case, the whole member becomes an antibacterial treatment part. For this reason, if the container main body 1A, the trap 3 and the valve device 4 are produced using the mixed member, even if each member of the container main body 1A, the trap 3 and the valve device 4 is worn by use, the antibacterial property is impaired. Therefore, the waste liquid trap 1 having excellent antibacterial effect can be produced.

In the first and second embodiments, the antibacterial treatment sections 1c, 3c, and 4c are provided in the container main body 1A, the inspection lid 1B, the trap 3, and the valve device 4, but are provided in any one of them. Alternatively, it is also a preferred embodiment that the antibacterial treatment part is partially provided on the surface in contact with the waste liquid.
