【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、台所流し台の排水口部分にゴミ収納部を有し、排水と共に流出した料理材料クズ等の生ゴミをゴミ収納部で捕集し、一定量のゴミがたまった際に廃棄するタイプの流し台に設置される台所流し台の排水口用蓋に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、台所流し台の排水口を大型化し、ゴミ取りカゴを設置し、排水とともに流出した料理材料クズ等の生ゴミをゴミ取りカゴで捕集し、一定量のゴミがたまった際に廃棄するタイプの流し台には、排水口に着脱自在に嵌合・載置することができる菊割れゴム蓋が一般的に用いられている。この種の排水口用菊割れゴム蓋は、図6(上面斜視図)、図7(下面斜視図)に示すように、円板形状であって、台所流し台の排水口に嵌合される周縁部1と、円板形状の中心から放射状に設けられる切込み2aにより形成される複数の舌状片2と、周縁部1から舌状片2の先端にかけて先細形状に延設された補強部3とからなり、その中央部分が菊割れ形状に構成されている。この菊割れゴム蓋の舌状片2は長期間使用すると、温水等の影響で、図8に示すように舌状片2の先端部が疲労、変形し、内部のゴミ等が見えるようになってしまった。しかし、かかる舌状片2の厚さを増したり、強度を大きくすると、ゴミがゴミ取り籠内に流入しないという不具合が生じていた。また、舌状片2の変形を防止するために、上記のように、舌状片2の下部に補強部3が設けられているが、かかる従来の補強部3は、周縁部1から舌状片2の先端にかけて先細形状に延設されており、舌状片2の根元が強く先端が弱くなっているため、その先端部が大きく変形し、かつ変形が固定してしまい、内部のゴミが見えてしまうという欠点があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明の課題は、排水口に着脱自在に嵌合・載置することができる台所流し台の円板形状の蓋において、排水機能を保持し、長期間の使用や、熱による変形を防止すると共に、変形に伴うゴミ収納部内のゴミが外部から視覚される状態となることを防止し、しかも運搬時等の取扱いが容易な台所流し台の排水口用蓋を提供することにある。また、本発明の課題は、安全性に優れた固形のヌメリ取り用固形薬剤を適度に排水に溶解させ、溶解液を排水口蓋や排水管壁面等にヌメリ発生面全面に亘って供給し、適切にヌメリの発生を抑制することができる台所流し台の排水口用蓋を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者らは、排水機能を保持した上、舌状片の変形を防止し、収納したゴミを外部から視覚されないようにし、更に、運搬時等の取扱を容易にするという課題を解決するために鋭意検討した結果、円板形状の中央部の一部を略水平に配置される板状の平板部とし、平板部以外の部分を平板部より下方に湾曲し、平板部との間に垂直方向の開口を形成するように湾曲部を設けることにより、排水機能及び、ゴミ収納部へのゴミの流入を保持し、内部のゴミを外部から視覚されないようにでき、更に、湾曲部を着脱自在に設けることにより、運搬時等の取扱を容易にすることができることを見い出し、本発明を完成するに至った。また、周縁部にヌメリ取り用固形薬剤を収納し、ヌメリ発生面の全面に亘って、ヌメリ取り用固形薬剤を溶解した排水を供給できるように適切な排水量の流入、流出を可能としたヌメリ取り用固形薬剤容器を着脱自在に配置することにより、ヌメリ取り用固形薬剤の使用量を最少限としヌメリの発生を抑制し得ることを見い出し、本発明を完成するに至った。

すなわち本発明は、ゴミ収納部が設けられる排水口に嵌合される周縁部と、排水機能を有する中央部とが備えられた円板形状の台所流し台の排水口用蓋であって、前記中央部には、略水平に配置される板状の平板部と、該平板部より下方に湾曲し前記平板部との間に垂直方向の開口を形成する湾曲部とが設けられ、該湾曲部は着脱自在に設けられてなることを特徴とする台所流し台の排水口用蓋(請求項1)や、前記中央部を構成する前記平板部と、前記湾曲部とがそれぞれ円板形状の半面に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の台所流し台の排水口用蓋(請求項2)や、前記周縁部には、ヌメリ取り用の固形薬剤が収納された固形薬剤容器が備えられ、該固形薬剤容器に、ヌメリ発生面の全面に亘って前記固形薬剤を溶解した排水が供給されるように排水の一部を流入出させる排水流入孔及び排水流出孔が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2いずれか記載の台所流し台の排水口用蓋(請求項3)や、前記固形薬剤容器が着脱自在に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項3記載の台所流し台の排水口用蓋(請求項4)に関する。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の台所流し台排水口用蓋は、ゴミ収納部が設けられる排水口に嵌合される周縁部と、排水機能を有する中央部とが備えられる円板形状の台所流し台の排水口用蓋であって、前記中央部には、略水平に配置される板状の平板部と、該平板部より下方に湾曲し前記平板部との間に垂直方向の開口を形成する湾曲部とが設けられ、該湾曲部は着脱自在に設けられてなるものであれば、特に限定されるものではなく、例えば、平板部が中央部の円板形状に占める割合として、1/3〜2/3等、平板部と、湾曲部とで形成される開口を、排水と共にゴミを流出させることができる大きさとすることができる範囲において、適宜選択可能であるが、中央部を構成する平板部と、湾曲部とがそれぞれ円板形状の半面に設けられたものが好ましく、湾曲部は、中央部の中心から放射状に切込みが設けられることにより形成される複数の舌状片が設けられたものであってもよい。

本発明の台所流し台排水口用蓋によれば、排水機能を有する中央部の円板形状の一部には、板状の平板部を略水平に設け、他の部分には、平板部より下方に湾曲した湾曲部を設けることにより、平板部と、湾曲部との間に垂直方向に開口が形成される。この開口により、排水機能を確保し、この開口からゴミの収納部へのゴミの流入を可能とする一方で、開口が垂直方向に形成されるため、ゴミ収納部の内部のゴミが上方向から視覚されないようにできる。更に、周縁部に、ヌメリ取り用の固形薬剤を収納する固形薬剤容器を配置し、ヌメリ発生面にヌメリ取り用固形薬剤を溶解した排水を供給できるように、固形薬剤容器内へ適切な量の排水の流入、流出を可能としたことにより、固形薬剤の使用量を軽減し長期に亘ってヌメリの発生を防止することができ、更に、ヌメリ取り用の固形薬剤が消費された場合、固形薬剤容器を交換するか、あるいは、ヌメリ取り用の固形薬剤を充填することにより、環境保護を図りヌメリ防除効果を長時間継続して得ることができる。

【実施例】
本発明の台所流し台排水口用蓋の好ましい実施の態様を、図面を参照して説明する。但し、本発明の技術的範囲はこれらに限定されるものではない。
図1に示すように、本発明の台所流し台排水口用蓋は、台所流し台Sに設けられる排水口Pの円板形状を有する蓋であり、排水口Pに配設される凹部P1に係止され、排水口Pに嵌合される周縁部11と、凹部P1に懸架されるゴミ収納部10上に配置され、排水機能を有する中央部12とで構成される。

本発明の台所流し台排水口用蓋の中央部12には、一部に、例えば半面に設けられる半円の板状の平板部13と、残りの部分には平板部13より下方へ湾曲した湾曲部14とが設けられる。平板部13は略水平に配置され、中央部12の円板形状に占める割合として1/3〜2/3等適宜選択して設けられるが、中央部12を構成する平板部13と、湾曲部14とがそれぞれ円板形状の半面に設けられたものが、その間に形成される開口の大きさを確保できる観点から好ましく、排水口用蓋の全面に亘って舌状片を設けたものと比較して、熱、疲労等による下方への変形を著しく防止することができる。

本発明の台所流し台排水口用蓋の湾曲部14は中央部12に平板部13が設けられる部分の他の部分に設けられ、平板部13より下方に湾曲した形状を有し、平板部13との間に垂直方向の開口15が形成され、排水と共にゴミをゴミ収納部10へ排出可能とし、この開口15を通過したゴミはゴミ収納部10に捕集され、排水はゴミ収納部10に設けられる多数の孔10aから図示しない配水管へ流出されるようになっている。ゴミ収納部10に収納されたゴミは開口15が垂直方向に形成されているため、上方から視覚されにくいようになっている。開口15は、台所流し台排水口用蓋の一部が排水機能やゴミの通過機能を有しない平板部13が設けられたものであっても、充分な排水機能、及びゴミ通過機能を奏するように、湾曲部14の最下部の部分と平板部13間で15〜50mmの範囲であればよく、20〜40mm程度が好ましい。
尚、湾曲部14には、多量の排水を可能とし、大きいゴミを通過させるため、中央部12の中央から放射状に複数の切込みを設け、複数の、例えば3〜6の舌状片(図示せず)が形成されたものであってもよい。舌状片は、中央部12の中央へ向かって下方へ傾斜した構造となるため、変形が生じにくく、変形が生じた場合であっても、ゴミ収納部10内のゴミが視覚されにくくすることができる。

このような本発明の台所流し台排水口用蓋の湾曲部14は、図3に示すように、台所流し台排水口用蓋に着脱自在に設けられる。着脱自在とするため、中央部12の周囲に凹部12aが設けられ、湾曲部14の外周部に中央部12の凹部12aに係合される凸部14aが設けられ、この凸部14aを凹部12aに係合させ、湾曲部14を台所流し台排水口用蓋に装着することができるようになっている。これらの凸部14a、凹部12aは湾曲部14が中央部12に装着される全周に亘ってそれぞれ線状に設けられるものであってもよいが、複数箇所に設けられる突起と、この突起を係合する孔としたものであってもよい。

更に、本発明の台所流し台排水口用蓋の周縁部11には、ヌメリ取り用固形薬剤16aが収納される円環形状の固形薬剤容器16が備えられる。固形薬剤容器16には、一定間隔で複数箇所、例えば、6箇所に、周縁部11の上面及び側面に亘って設けられる排水流入窓17に一致した位置に排水の一部を取り入れる排水流入孔18が設けられる。排水流入孔18は、固形薬剤容器16内へのゴミの流入を防止するため、幅0.5〜4mm、好ましくは、0.5〜3mm、特に、1〜2mmの幅を有するものが好ましく、長さは幅に合わせて、その幅より長く適宜設定すればよいが、上面、側面あわせて全長2mm以上、好ましくは5mm以上あることが望ましく、排水の流入量を確保するため、1箇所に複数、例えば4〜6個を設けることができる。尚、固形薬剤容器16内へゴミの流入を防止するためには、排水流入孔の幅を狭くし複数を設ける他、排水流入孔が親水性の不織布で形成されたものや、網目構造を有するものであってもよい。

本発明の固形薬剤容器16の側面及び底面には、一定間隔で排水流出孔19が設けられ、排水流入孔18から流入しヌメリ取り用固形薬剤16aを溶解した排水が、ヌメリ発生面全面に亘って適切な量が供給されるように、その大きさ、数は適宜選択され、液量が調製されて排出されるようになっている。

更に、本発明の台所流し台排水口用蓋には、固形薬剤容器16を周縁部11に装着する装着手段が設けられる。装着手段としては、周縁部11の下部に延設してゴム等の弾性体で形成される弾性片(図示せず)等を設け、ゴムの弾性力を利用して、固形薬剤容器16を嵌入させるもの等、いずれのものであってもよいが、固形薬剤容器16の内側側面に、一定間隔で設けられる複数の突起20を、周縁部11に設けられる係止孔21に挿入させることにより、周縁部11に設けられる排水流入窓17と固形薬剤容器16に設けられる排水流入孔18との位置合わせ機構を兼備したものであるものが好ましい。更に、固形薬剤容器16は、位置合わせ機構が設けられたものであってもよく、位置合わせ機構として、図5に示すように、固形薬剤容器16の一部に凸又は凹部22が設けられ、周縁部11の一部にこれと対応する凹又は凸部23が設けられたものであってもよい。

また、本発明の台所流し台排水口用蓋には、使用する台所流し台の機種に応じて排水口に嵌合させる嵌合手段が設けられる。嵌合手段としては、排水口Pの径に合わせて切り離し可能に鍔状部24が周縁部11の外周に設けられ、必要に応じて切り離すことにより、各種大きさの排水口に対応させることができる。更に、切り離しを容易とするため、切り離し可能な同心円状の複数のV字型溝(図示せず)が設けられ、手で引き裂くことにより容易に切り離すことができる構造とすることもできる。また、周縁部11にリング状のアタッチメントを装着して大口径の排水口に周縁部の径の大きさを一致させることも可能である。

このような本発明の台所流し台排水口用蓋の材質は特に制限されるものではなく、ゴム製、プラスチック製等いずれの材質であってもよく、ゴム製、プラスチック製の場合は、一体成型とできるため好適であり、また、変形が生じやすい舌状体を設けない構造を有するため、疲労、変形を回避することができ、加工が容易な軟質のプラスチックも好適に適用することができる。また、固形薬剤容器には抗菌処理が施されたものを用いることもでき、2−ピリジンチオール−1−オキシド亜鉛等の抗菌剤を材質の一部として含有させたり、表面をコーティング処理したものも適用することができる。更に、固形薬剤容器や台所流し台排水口用蓋の材質や形状に応じて、固形薬剤容器に親水処理や撥水処理を施すこともできる。親水処理や撥水処理は、例えば、固形薬剤容器に親水性又は撥水性の樹脂材料を用いたり、固形薬剤容器の樹脂に親水性又は撥水性の界面活性剤を練り込んだ材料を用いたり、あるいは固形薬剤容器の表面に親水性又は撥水性のコーティング剤、塗料を塗布することにより行うことができる。

本発明の台所流し台排水口用蓋に使用されるヌメリ取り用固形薬剤としては、殺菌剤、抗菌剤、防黴剤を含むものであり、殺菌剤、抗菌剤、防黴剤としては、塩素系酸化剤、過酸化物、ヨウ素系殺菌剤、亜硫酸塩抗菌剤等いずれのものであってもよいが、刺激性のガスを発生せず人体に安全であり、殺菌力があり充分なヌメリ取り効果が得られ、皮膚刺激性がなく、水に容易に溶解して薬用効果が持続されるものが好ましい。このような殺菌剤、抗菌剤、防黴剤としては、例えば、塩素系酸化剤としては、ジクロロジメチルヒダントイン、ブロモクロルジメチルヒダントイン、ジクロルイソシアヌル酸ナトリウム及びトリクロルイソシアヌル酸、次亜塩素酸カルシウム等を例示することができ、また、塩素系酸化剤以外の薬剤としては、過炭素ナトリウム、過硫酸カリウム、過ほう酸ナトリウム、オルトフェニルフェノール、ジフェニル、2−イソプロピル−5−メチルフェノール、パラクロロメタキシレノール、パラヒドロキシ安息香酸n−ブチル、塩化ベンザルコニウム、塩化ベンゼトニウム、塩酸クロルへキシジン、グルコン酸クロルヘキシジン、メチレンビスチオシアネート、2−ピリジンチオール−1−オキシド、2−ピリジンチオール−1−オキシド亜鉛、2−ピリジンチオール−1−オキシドナトリウム、N,N′−ヘキサメチレンビス(4−カルバモイル−1−デシルピリジニウムブロマイド)、4,4′−(テトラメチレンジアミノ)ビス(1−デシルピリジニウムブロマイド)、2−ブロモ−2−ニトロプロパン−1,3−ジオール等を例示することができる。また、2,3,3−トリヨードアリルアルコール類、2,3,3−トリヨードアリルエーテル類等の有機ヨード系抗菌剤も抗菌スペクトルが広く、人体に安全な点で好適である。

本発明の固形薬剤には、これらの抗菌剤、防黴剤、抗菌剤が排水と接触した際必要以上に薬剤が溶解されて流出することを防止し、適度な速度で接触した排水に溶解させるため、配合物と混合して加圧成形、加熱溶融混合、混練り押し出し成形等の公知の方法により適当な大きさに成形することができる。配合物としては、各種公知の賦形剤、溶解調整剤、結合剤、滑沢剤、界面活性剤、腐食防止剤等を例示することができる。特に界面活性剤は溶解液がヌメリ発生壁面に拡散され、かつ蓋や容器が油で汚れることを防止するのに有効である。界面活性剤としては、アルキルアルカノールアミド類、ジアルキルスルホコハク酸ナトリウム、ラウリル硫酸ナトリウム等を例示することができ、これら界面活性剤は全固形薬剤重量に対して0.5〜10重量%の割合で使用することができる。

このような本発明の台所流し台排水口用蓋は、ヌメリ取り用の固形薬剤16aを収納した固形薬剤容器16を、内側側面に設けられる突起20を周縁部11の係止孔21に挿入して位置決めをして周縁部11に装着し、台所流し台Sの排水口Pに配設される凹部P1に周縁部11を係合させ、排水口Pに嵌合させる。ゴミが混入した排水が流されると、平板部13と、湾曲部14により形成される開口15からゴミはゴミ収納部10に捕集され、排水の大部分は配管へ排水され、一部が排水流入孔18から固形薬剤容器16に流入される。固形薬剤容器16に流入された排水はヌメリ取り用の固形薬剤16aを溶解し、排水流出孔19から排出される。固形薬剤16aを溶解した排水はヌメリ発生面に均等に接触して排出されるため、ヌメリの発生を抑制することができる。平板部13、湾曲部14は耐久性を有し、熱、疲労による変形が生じにくく、また、開口が垂直方向であるため、ゴミ収納部10に捕集されたゴミは視覚されにくい。また、固形薬剤16aが消費された場合は、固形薬剤容器16を周縁部11から取り外し、固形薬剤16aを充填するか、あるいは固形薬剤16aが充填された固形薬剤容器16と交換して装着することにより、ヌメリ防除効果を継続して得ることができる。
