【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、浴室排水口用ヌメリ取り器に関し、詳しくは、微生物の発育抑制物質を含有する固形薬剤により、浴室の排水口や排水管内壁に発生するヌメリを簡便に防除することができる、浴室排水口への使用に適したヌメリ取り器に関する。

【従来の技術】
一般に浴室の排水口にあっては髪の毛や湯垢等のゴミを漉すために、メッシュやスリットからなる排水口の蓋(目皿)が設けられているが、目皿の目を透過した毛髪や湯垢等の細かなゴミが排水口や排水管内壁に付着し、これらが細菌の温床となり、異臭の発生やヌメリの原因となっていた。この問題を解決するために、排水の透過・流入を妨げない目の細かいシートやフィルターや網等を排水口の目皿を覆うように取り付けることによって、細かいゴミを補集する様々なゴミ取り具が知られている(例えば、特許文献1、特許文献2、特許文献3、特許文献4、特許文献5参照)。しかし、これらのゴミ取り具では、シートやフィルター等に停留した毛髪、石鹸、人の垢、界面活性剤等が細菌の栄養源となって、それら自体にヌメリが発生するばかりでなく、通水性が悪化するという問題があった。また、台所流し台や浴室の排水口のヌメリの主成分は、食材、界面活性剤、石鹸、人の垢等が細菌の栄養源となり、そのとき細菌から分泌されるポリサッカライドであることが知られている。本発明者らは、このような問題を解決するために、固形薬剤を用いた浴室等の排水口用のヌメリ取り器等を既に数多く開発している。

本発明者らは、微生物の発育抑制物質を含有する固形薬剤と、排水口の入口部又は上部に設置可能な形状をした、該固形薬剤を収納する容器とからなり、該容器が、容器の上面及び/又は側面上部に設けられたゴミの流入を抑制する構造を有する排水流入孔と、容器の底部もしくは側面下部又はこれに加えて側面に設けられた溶解液流出孔と、排水の多くが固形薬剤と接触することなく排水口へ流下する構造とを有する、固形薬剤の溶解液をヌメリ発生壁面に広がらせることができる排水口用ヌメリ取り器を提案している(特許文献6参照)。

本発明者は、微生物の発育抑制物質を含有する固形物と、該固形物を収納する収納容器とからなり、該収納容器が、固形物に排水を接触させるための排水導入開口部と、排水に溶解した薬液の流出開口部と、収納容器を排水口の目皿の表裏いずれかの少なくとも一方の面に固定することができる固定部とを備えた排水口用ヌメリ取り器を提案している(特許文献7参照)。

また、本発明者は、微生物の発育抑制物質を含有する固形薬剤と、排水の流入と溶解液の流出が可能な前記固形薬剤を収納する薬剤容器と、該薬剤容器を挿着することができ、排水口の入口部又は上部に設置可能な形状をした蓋部とからなるヌメリ取り具において、前記蓋部が上蓋部と下蓋部とから構成され、上蓋部には、前記薬剤容器をその中心付近に挿着するための挿入口と、その上面を利用して排水の一部を前記薬剤容器中の固形薬剤と接触させるための導水部と、排水の多くを前記薬剤容器中の固形薬剤と接触させることなく排水するための陥入切開部とが設けられ、下蓋部には、前記上蓋部の挿入口から挿着された薬剤容器を所定の位置に保持するための当接部と、薬剤容器から流出した固形薬剤の溶解液をヌメリ発生面に広がらせるための外周下部に設けられた複数の溶解液排出孔と、前記上蓋部の陥入切開部からの排水を固形薬剤の溶解液と接触させることなく排水するための切欠きを囲む立設部とが設けられている排水口用ヌメリ取り具を提案している(特許文献8参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明者らは、さらに、排水口の目皿の上に目皿を覆うように装着することができ、ゴミが排水管に流入することを阻止することができるシート状の通水性フィルター材と、該フィルター材の上面又は上方に設けられた、微生物の発育抑制物質を含有する固形薬剤を収納する収納部と、微生物の発育抑制物質を含有する固形薬剤とからなり、固形薬剤に排水が接触することにより、排水に溶解した薬液が前記フィルター材により拡散し、該フィルター材並びに排水口の目皿及び排水管壁面に発生するヌメリを防除することができる排水口用ゴミ取り具(特願2001−61083)や、排水口の目皿に容器を着脱自在に装着することができる取付け具であって、一端が容器の底部に固着されており、他端が目皿に設けられたスリットに挿通し易い形状からなり、容器底部側の取付け具胴部の復元力により前記容器を目皿に止着することができる目皿取付け具(特願2001−60841)を開発している。これらの技術はもともと存在していた浴室排水口用目皿を利用するものであるが、本発明者らは、排水口や排水管内壁に発生する異臭やヌメリを簡便に防除しうると共に、毛髪が捕集された浴室排水口用目皿を簡便に処理することができる、使い捨てタイプの目皿一体型浴室排水口用ヌメリ取り器(特願2001−348048、特願2002−88723)も開発している。

なお、最近では、浴室の排水口として、排水口が排水溝の底部に設けられ、通常は排水溝が蓋で覆われているタイプの排水口が増加し、排水口や排水管内壁の他、排水溝の内面、特にヌメリが発生しやすい排水口周辺の排水溝底面に発生するヌメリをも防除することも望まれており、本発明らは、このような要望に対処するために、薬液分散樋を有すドーナツ型平板形状の薬液拡散部を設けた浴室排水口用ヌメリ取り器(特願2002−170719)、毛髪通過部を設けたリング状薬液供給体を有す浴室排水口用ヌメリ取り器(特願2002−180579)をも開発している。

本発明者らによるこのような排水口用ヌメリ取り器は、微生物の発育抑制物質を含有する固形薬剤の利用及び排水流入孔と薬液排出口を設けた薬剤容器の採用等により、浴室排水口周辺に発生するヌメリを効率よく充分に除去できる優れた浴室排水口用ヌメリ取り器であるが、我が国を含め諸外国において種々のタイプが存在する浴室排水口に対応すべく、種々のタイプの浴室排水口用ヌメリ取り器が望まれている。

本発明の課題は、浴室排水口への使用に適したヌメリ取り器において、浴室における排水口や排水管内壁に発生するヌメリを効率よく防除することができ、さらに、浴室排水口の目皿部への浴室排水口用ヌメリ取り器の簡便な取り付けや固形薬剤の簡易な補充又は交換使用を実現できる、浴室排水口への使用に適したヌメリ取り器を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者らは、上記課題を解決するために鋭意検討し、微生物の発育抑制物質を含有する固形薬剤を収納した目皿型ヌメリ取り器において、浴室における排水口や排水管内壁に発生するヌメリを効率よく防除することができ、さらに、浴室排水口の目皿部への浴室排水口用ヌメリ取り器の簡便な取り付けや固形薬剤の簡易な補充又は交換を実現できる、浴室排水口への使用に適したヌメリ取り器を提供するためには、目皿本体の下部に微生物の発育抑制物質を含有する固形薬剤を収納する薬剤収納部を一体的に固定し、さらにその下部に薬液拡散体を一体的に設ければよいことを見い出した。また、目皿本体の中央部に装脱着自在の薬剤取替蓋を設けると固形薬剤の交換又は補充が簡易にできるばかりか、ヌメリ取り器本体を再使用でき、環境に配慮した設計となり得ることを見い出し、本発明を完成するに至った。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の詰替え型浴室排水口用ヌメリ取り器としては、目皿本体と、微生物の発育抑制物質を含有する固形薬剤と、前記目皿本体の下部に一体的に固定され、前記固形薬剤を収納する薬剤収納部と、該薬剤収納部の下部に一体的に固定され、固形薬剤の溶解液である薬液を分散することができる薬液拡散体とを備え、目皿本体の中央部に装脱着自在の薬剤取替用蓋が設けられているヌメリ取り器(以下「固形薬剤取替型ヌメリ取り器」という)、目皿本体と、微生物の発育抑制物質を含有する固形薬剤が収容された薬剤収容カートリッジと、前記目皿本体の下部に一体的に固定され、前記薬剤収容カートリッジを収納するカートリッジ収納部と、該カートリッジ収納部の下部に一体的に固定され、固形薬剤の溶解液である薬液を分散することができる薬液拡散体とからなり、目皿本体の中央部に装脱着自在のカートリッジ取替用蓋が設けられているヌメリ取り器(以下「カートリッジ取替型ヌメリ取り器」という)、又は、目皿本体と、微生物の発育抑制物質を含有する固形薬剤が収容され、上面が目皿の中央部を構成する薬剤保持カートリッジと、前記目皿本体の下部に一体的に固定され、前記薬剤保持カートリッジを収容する薬剤収容部と、該薬剤収容部の下部に一体的に固定され、固形薬剤の溶解液である薬液を分散することができる薬液拡散体とからなり、前記薬剤保持カートリッジが前記目皿本体の中央部に装脱着自在に嵌合保持されているヌメリ取り器(以下「薬剤保持カートリッジ取替型ヌメリ取り器」という)であれば特に制限されるものではないが、以下、図面を適宜参照しながら、本発明の詰替え型浴室排水口用ヌメリ取り器について説明する。なお、図中、1は本発明の詰替え型浴室排水口用ヌメリ取り器、11は本発明の固形薬剤取替型ヌメリ取り器、12は本発明のカートリッジ取替型ヌメリ取り器、13は本発明の薬剤保持カートリッジ取替型ヌメリ取り器、2は目皿本体、21は装脱着自在の薬剤取替用蓋、22は薬剤収容カートリッジ取替用蓋、3は固形薬剤、4は薬剤収納部、41は固形薬剤の載置板、42は下部側周面に薬液流出孔が設けられた側面、43は薬液流出孔、5は薬剤収容カートリッジ、51は薬剤収容カートリッジの上面に設けられた排水流入孔、52は薬剤収容カートリッジの下面及び/又は下部側周面に設けられた薬液流出孔、53は薬剤収容カートリッジの上面に設けられた空気抜き孔、6は薬剤保持カートリッジ、61は薬剤保持カートリッジの上面、62は薬剤保持カートリッジの下面及び/又は下部側周面に設けられた薬液流出孔、7はカートリッジ収納部、71は薬剤収容カートリッジの載置板、72は棒状突起、8は薬剤収容部、81は薬液貯留部、82は棒状突起、9は薬液拡散体、91はスカート形状体、92はスリット、93は凹断面を有する薬液分散樋、94は薬液拡散部を示している。

図1には、本発明の固形薬剤取替型ヌメリ取り器11の分解斜視図が示されている。目皿本体2と薬剤収納部4と薬液拡散体9とが一体的に固定され、前記目皿本体2の中央部には、薬剤取替用蓋21が設けられている。薬剤取替用蓋21は装脱着自在であるので、固形薬剤3が使用後1ヶ月ないし数ヶ月たって消費しつくされれば、該薬剤取替用蓋21を取り外して新たな固形薬剤を薬剤収納部4に装填し、薬剤取替用蓋21を装着するだけで、ヌメリの防除を継続的に実施することができる。なお、薬剤取替用蓋21の装脱着をスムーズに行うために、ヒモや突片等により構成される取手部を設けたり、一部を凹ませて指でつかみやすい形状とすることもできる。

前記薬剤取替用蓋21は、通常、合成樹脂などにより形成され、固形薬剤3を装填しうるものであればその大きさや形状は特に制限されないが、目皿の中央部を構成することから、通常の目皿と同様に、メッシュやスリットを有する形状であることが好ましい。かかるメッシュやスリットは、通水性を有し、毛髪等の異物を捕集することができるものであればどのような形状のものでもよく、例えば多孔網目状平板構造を好適に挙げることができる。また、前記目皿取替用蓋21は、嵌め落としにより目皿本体2に装着することができるが、周縁に螺子溝あるいは嵌合突起又は嵌合溝等を設けて装着することもできる。

本発明の固形薬剤取替型ヌメリ取り器11の薬剤収納部4は、通常、合成樹脂などにより作製され、円筒状、角筒状等その形状は特に制限されないが、上蓋は設けなくてよい。薬剤収納部4としては、径方向の大きさが目皿本体2の径より小さくなるように構成されており、固形薬剤3の載置板41と下部側周面に薬液流出孔43が設けられた側面42から構成されている薬剤収納部を具体的に例示することができる。そして、この薬剤収納部4における薬液流出孔43は、収納されている固形薬剤3の溶解液(薬液)を比較的高濃度で持続的に流出させるための薬液の流出孔であって、通常、複数個設けられ、その形状は特に制限されるものではないが、スリット状の開口とすることが好ましく、その場合のスリットの幅は、0.5〜4mm、さらに0.5〜3mm、特に1〜2mmが好ましい。また、薬液流出孔43の面積の和を、排水が流入する開口部の面積より小さくすることが比較的高濃度の薬剤溶解液を持続的に流出させる上で好ましい。なお、薬剤収納部4に固形薬剤3に加えて、さらに香料や脱臭剤を収納させれば、浴室に芳香を漂わせ悪臭を除去することができる。

図2には、本発明のカートリッジ取替型ヌメリ取り器12の分解斜視図が示されている。目皿本体2とカートリッジ収納部7と薬液拡散体9とが一体的に固定され、前記目皿本体2の中央部には、薬剤収容カートリッジ取替用蓋22が設けられている。薬剤収容カートリッジ取替用蓋22は装脱着自在であるので、薬剤収容カートリッジ5内の固形薬剤3が使用後1ヶ月ないし数ヶ月たって消費しつくされれば、該薬剤収容カートリッジ取替用蓋22を取り外して使用済みのカートリッジを取り出し、新たな薬剤収容カートリッジをカートリッジ収納部7に載置して取替用蓋22を装着するだけで、ヌメリの防除を継続的に実施することができる。かかる薬剤収容カートリッジを使用すると、固形薬剤の交換時に直接薬剤に触る必要がないことから便利である。なお、薬剤取替用蓋22の装脱着や薬剤収容カートリッジ5の出し入れをスムーズに行うために、ヒモや突片等により構成される取手部を設けたり、一部を凹ませて指でつかみやすい形状とすることもできる。

上記薬剤収容カートリッジ取替用蓋22は、通常、合成樹脂などにより形成され、薬剤収容カートリッジを出し入れできるものであればその大きさや形状は特に制限されないが、目皿の中央部を構成することから、通常の目皿と同様に、メッシュやスリットを有する形状であることが好ましい。かかるメッシュやスリットは、通水性を有し、毛髪等の異物を捕集することができるものであればどのような形状のものでもよく、例えば多孔網目状平板構造を好適に挙げることができる。また、前記薬剤収容カートリッジ取替用蓋22は、嵌め落としにより目皿本体2に装着することができるが、周縁に螺子溝あるいは嵌合突起又は嵌合溝等を設けて装着することもできる。

上記薬剤収容カートリッジ5には、上面に排水流入孔51、下面及び又は下部側周面に薬液流出孔52を設けることが好ましい。かかる排水流入孔51は、収容されている固形薬剤3を溶解させるための排水の流入孔であり、薬液流出孔52は、固形薬剤溶解液(薬液)を比較的高濃度で持続的に流出させるための薬液の流出孔であって、通常、それぞれ複数個設けられ、その形状は特に制限されるものではないが、スリット状の開口とすることが好ましく、その場合のスリットの幅は、0.5〜4mm、さらに0.5〜3mm、特に1〜2mmが好ましい。スリット幅が0.5mm以上であると水の表面張力の均衡が破れ、排水や薬液を容易に流出入させることができ、スリット幅が4mm以下好ましくは3mm以下であると毛髪等の異物の流入を極力防止することができる。また、薬液流出孔52の面積の和を、排水流入孔51の面積の和より小さくすることが比較的高濃度の薬剤溶解液を持続的に流出させる上で好ましく、さらに上面に空気抜き孔53を設ければ、排水流入孔51への排水の流入が滑らかになる。なお、薬剤収容カートリッジ5に固形薬剤3に加えて、さらに香料や脱臭剤を収納させれば、浴室に芳香を漂わせ悪臭を除去することができる。

本発明のカートリッジ取替型ヌメリ取り器12のカートリッジ収納部7は、通常、合成樹脂などにより作製され、薬剤収容カートリッジ5を収納・保持しうる構造を有するものであれば、円筒状、角筒状等その形状は特に制限されないが、上蓋は設けなくてよい。カートリッジ収納部7としては、径方向の大きさが目皿本体2の径より小さくなるように構成されており、薬剤収容カートリッジの載置板71と棒状突起72から構成されているカートリッジ収納部7を具体的に例示することができる。かかる棒状突起72はカートリッジ保持用であり、複数本立設させ、一端を薬剤収容カートリッジの載置板71に、他端を目皿本体2に埋設固着する構造とすることが好ましい。

図3には、本発明の薬剤保持カートリッジ取替型ヌメリ取り器13の分解斜視図が示されている。目皿本体2と薬剤収容部8と薬液拡散体9とが一体的に固定され、前記目皿本体2の中央部は、薬剤保持カートリッジ6が自在に装脱着できる構造となっている。したがって、薬剤保持カートリッジ6内の固形薬剤3が使用後1ヶ月ないし数ヶ月たって消費しつくされれば、該薬剤保持カートリッジ6を取り出し、新たな薬剤保持カートリッジ6を挿着するだけで、ヌメリの防除を継続的に実施することができる。かかる薬剤保持カートリッジ6を使用すると、固形薬剤3の交換時に直接薬剤に触る必要がなく、また、ワンタッチで薬剤を補給しうることから便利である。さらに、このタイプのヌメリ取り器は、目皿中央部を構成する目皿ごと取替えるので、目皿に発生するヌメリの除去作業も必要としない。なお、薬剤保持カートリッジ6は、装脱着をスムーズにするために、ヒモや突片等により構成される取手部を設けたり、一部を凹ませて指で挟持しやすい形状とすることもできる。

上記薬剤保持カートリッジ6の上面61は、目皿の中央部を構成しうる形状となっていればその形状は特に制限されないが、通常の目皿と同様に、メッシュやスリットを有する形状であることが好ましく、例えば、通水性を有し、毛髪等の異物を捕集することができる多孔網目状平板構造を好適に挙げることができる。また、薬剤保持カートリッジ6は目皿本体2に嵌合保持されるが、その手段は特に制限されず、嵌め落としや、薬剤保持カートリッジ6の周縁に螺子溝あるいは嵌合突起又は嵌合溝等を設けることによって嵌合保持してもよい。
