Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a safe vinyl chloride resin wrap film for food packaging that does not contain an environmental hormone substance.
Wrapping films made of vinyl chloride resins such as polyvinyl chloride and vinyl chloride copolymers are widely used as stretch films for packaging foods such as fruits and vegetables, marine products, and meat, and wrap films used at home. Vinyl chloride resin films are molded by the T-die extrusion process, but the internal heat generation during extrusion causes the vinyl chloride resin and compounding components to thermally decompose and discolor, or the molded film has low transparency. There was a problem. Therefore, a stabilizer against thermal decomposition has been conventionally blended. In the case of vinyl chloride resin for food packaging, this stabilizer is required to be non-toxic, and conventionally trisnonylphenyl phosphite has been widely used.
A plasticizer is blended in the vinyl chloride resin film, but in the case of a vinyl chloride resin wrap film for food packaging, a non-toxic plasticizer is required. Conventionally, adipic acid esters are generally used as the plasticizer, but there is a tendency to have anxiety in safety. Then, the present inventors tried to use glycerin fatty acid ester and epoxidized vegetable oil having higher safety as a plasticizer. However, when this glycerin fatty acid ester and epoxidized vegetable oil are used as a plasticizer and the composition described in Patent Document 1 is blended as a stabilizer, coloring occurs during processing, and the commercial value of the product wrap film is It was found that there was a problem of a decrease. An object of the present invention is to solve this problem and to provide a vinyl chloride resin wrap film for food packaging that has no coloring and high safety.

That is, the present invention is based on 100 parts by weight of vinyl chloride resin.
(A) As plasticizer, 15-30 parts by mass of glycerin fatty acid ester and 5-15 parts by mass of epoxidized vegetable oil (B) A mixture of calcium salt of oleic acid and ricinoleic acid and / or calcium salt of benzoic acid, oleic acid and 0.05 to 1.5 parts by mass of a heat-dissolved product obtained by adding a zinc salt of ricinoleic acid and further adding epoxidized soybean oil or epoxidized linseed oil to this (C) tridecyl polyoxyethylene (4-10) 0.001 to 1 part by mass of a heated melt obtained by adding phosphoric acid or phosphorous acid to phosphoric acid and heating (D) pentaerythritol or dipentaerythritol, dibasic organic acid and carbon number A food comprising a resin composition containing 0.1 to 1 part by weight of a mixed ester of 8 to 24 fatty acids and 0.1 to 1 part by weight of oleic acid monoglyceride Packaging is a vinyl chloride resin wrap film.
The vinyl chloride resin wrap film for food packaging of the present invention does not contain an environmental hormone substance, is non-toxic and highly safe. Moreover, it is colorless and transparent and has good commercial value.
Examples of the vinyl chloride resin used in the present invention include polyvinyl chloride or vinyl chloride monomer and other monomers such as ethylene, propylene, alkyl vinyl ether, vinylidene chloride, acrylic acid ester, vinyl acetate, methacrylic acid ester, acrylonitrile and the like. A blend of a polymer or polyvinyl chloride and another polymer is exemplified. The polymerization degree of the vinyl chloride resin is preferably 800 to 1150. When the degree of polymerization exceeds 1150, processability is deteriorated, which causes coloring and the like.
As the plasticizer of the component (A) to be blended with the vinyl chloride resin, glycerin fatty acid ester and epoxidized vegetable oil are used in combination. Glycerin fatty acid esters are known as non-toxic plasticizers. Particularly preferred are glycerin acetic acid and fatty acid esters such as glyceryl monolauryl diacetate, glyceryl monostearyl diacetate, glyceryl monooleyl diacetate, glyceryl dilauryl monoacetate, glyceryl distearyl monoacetate, glyceryl dioleyl monoacetate, etc. It is done. Epoxidized vegetable oil is known as a non-toxic and stabilizer-free low volatility and low extractability plasticizer, such as epoxidized soybean oil, epoxidized linseed oil, epoxidized linseed oil fatty acid butyl, etc. .
The blending amount of the plasticizer is 15 to 30 parts by mass, preferably 20 to 25 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the vinyl chloride resin. Epoxidized vegetable oil is 5 to 15 parts by mass. Since epoxidized vegetable oil has a problem in cold resistance and compatibility, 7-12 mass parts is preferable. Moreover, in order to make hardness suitable for a wrap film, the total compounding quantity of a plasticizer is 20-45 mass parts with respect to 100 mass parts of vinyl chloride resin, Preferably it is 25-40 mass parts. When it is 40 parts by mass or less, the cut property is good and it is suitable for a small-sized household wrap film. Moreover, you may use a nontoxic plasticizer together with said plasticizer.
Component (B) and component (C) used in the present invention are stabilizers. Component (B) is a metal soap obtained by adding oleic acid and / or zinc of ricinoleic acid to a mixture of calcium salt of oleic acid and calcium salt of ricinoleic acid and / or benzoic acid, and further epoxidized soybean oil or epoxidized It is a heated melt obtained by adding linseed oil and heating. These metal soaps may be acidic salts or neutral salts. The heating temperature is preferably in the temperature range of 50 to 120 ° C. Component (B) is blended in an amount of 0.05 to 1.5 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the vinyl chloride resin. If the amount is less than 0.05 parts by mass, the thermal stability effect is not sufficient, and if it exceeds 1.5 parts by mass, blate-out and eye-cracking are likely to occur, and the transparency of the formed film tends to deteriorate. Component (C) is a heated melt obtained by adding phosphoric acid or phosphorous acid to tridecyl polyoxyethylene (4-10) phosphoric acid and heating. Component (C) is blended in an amount of 0.001 to 1 part by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the vinyl chloride resin. If it is less than 0.001 part by mass, the transparency, thermal stability and anti-coloring property are not sufficient, and if it exceeds 1 part by mass, it is not preferred because it tends to cause eye stains.
Moreover, you may mix | blend the synthetic hydrotalcite of a component (E) with a component (B) and a component (C). The synthetic hydrotalcite has the general formula: Mg 1-x · Al x (OH) 2 · (CO 3 ) x / 2 · mH 2 O (wherein x is 0.1 <x ≦ 0.33 And m represents a number of 0.1 to 0.3, for example, Mg 0.67 Al 0.33 (OH) 2 (CO 3 ) 0.165 · 0.1H 2 O, Mg 0.67 Al What is represented by 0.33 (OH) 2 (CO 3 ) 0.165 · 0.3H 2 O is preferable. As its properties, the decrystallization water starting temperature is about 230 ° C., the specific surface area is 20 m 2 / g, and the particle size distribution is 92% with 1 μm or less. Component (E) is blended in an amount of 0.4 to 1 part by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the vinyl chloride resin. If the amount is less than 0.4 parts by mass, the thermal stability and anti-coloring property are not sufficient, and if it exceeds 1 part by mass, the film becomes cloudy and the transparency is deteriorated. In addition to the above stabilizer, calcium carboxylate and zinc carboxylate may be used in combination. A stabilizing composition containing these components (B), (C) or (E) is commercially available from Akishima Chemical Co., Ltd.
In the present invention, the glycerin fatty acid ester of component (A) and epoxidized vegetable oil are used as the plasticizer. The above component (B), component (C) or a composition in which the component (E) is blended does not contain an environmental hormone substance, and is an excellent stabilizer for vinyl chloride resins. When glycerin fatty acid ester is used, it is colored during processing, and the commercial value of the wrap film is inferior. However, by blending a mixed ester of component (D) pentaerythritol or dipentaerythritol, a dibasic organic acid, and a fatty acid having 8 to 24 carbon atoms, coloring during this processing can be prevented.
Component (D) pentaerythritol or dipentaerythritol, a mixed ester of a dibasic organic acid and a fatty acid having 8 to 24 carbon atoms is a lubricant. When the melting point exceeds −5 ° C., the film bleeds and causes the film to become cloudy. Therefore, the melting point is preferably −5 ° C. or less, more preferably −15 ° C. or less. From the viewpoint of lowering the melting point, pentaerythritol is preferable to dipentaerythritol. Examples of the dibasic organic acid include maleic acid, adipic acid, sebacic acid, and phthalic acid. Examples of the fatty acid having 8 to 24 carbon atoms include stearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, and lauric acid, and unsaturated fatty acids are preferable from the viewpoint of lowering the melting point.
The compounding amount of the component (D) may be 0.1 to 1 part by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the vinyl chloride resin. However, when an oleic acid compound is blended as an antifogging agent, etc., the total blending amount of the mixed ester of the component (D) pentaerythritol, a dibasic organic acid and a fatty acid having 8 to 24 carbon atoms and the oleic acid compound is 2% by mass or less. If this total amount exceeds 2% by mass, the film becomes cloudy and the transparency is lowered.
It is preferable to add an antifogging agent to the vinyl chloride resin wrap film for food packaging of the present invention. As the antifogging agent, monoglycerin fatty acid ester, diglycerin fatty acid ester, polyglycerin fatty acid ester, sorbitan fatty acid ester, sucrose fatty acid ester, or these ethylene oxide adducts are used. Specifically, for example, glycerin mono-behenate, glycerin mono-dihenate, glycerin mono-oleate, glycerin mono-stearate, glycerin mono-dilysinolate, diglycerin mono-oleate, diglycerin mono-oleate Examples thereof include laurate, polyglycerol oleate, and polyglycerol stearate. The antifogging agent is added in an amount of 1 to 5% by weight, preferably 1 to 2% by weight. If the blending amount is less than 1% by weight, the antifogging effect is insufficient, and if it exceeds 5% by weight, the antifogging agent bleeds to the surface and the self-adhesiveness decreases.
In addition, coloring agents, antioxidants, antistatic agents, ultraviolet absorbers, lubricants and the like are optionally blended in the resin film as necessary. Examples of the lubricant include aliphatic acid lubricants such as isostearic acid, stearic acid and palmitic acid, fatty acid amide lubricants such as stearic acid amide and methylene bisstearamide, ester lubricants such as butyl stearate, polyethylene wax, liquid paraffin And higher alcohols.
The vinyl chloride resin wrap film for food packaging of the present invention can be produced by blending each of the aforementioned blends with a vinyl chloride resin and extruding from a T-die using an extruder in a conventional manner.
