Description

The present invention relates to a detergent composition containing a phosphate ester-based surfactant at a high concentration. Specifically, it does not cause an increase in viscosity or gelation, has an excellent detergency, and is irritating to skin and hair. The present invention relates to a low cleansing composition useful as a personal cleansing agent.

Detergent compositions that come into direct contact with the skin, such as shampoos and whole body cleansers, are required to have low irritation to the skin in addition to detergency, foam performance, and feeling of use. Sulfate-type surfactants widely used as a cleaning component have high foam performance, but may be squeezed during shampooing or may cause rough skin on hands and skin when used for a long time. In addition, when a so-called hypoallergenic surfactant such as an acetate-type surfactant, an amphoteric surfactant, or a surfactant having a sugar skeleton is used as a main component, the cleaning effect and foaming power are poor and sufficient. It is difficult to obtain a cleaning agent. Furthermore, the phosphate ester type surfactant has a problem that it is poor in foaming power although it is satisfactory in low skin irritation and cleanability.

Also, when preparing detergents such as hair shampoos and body shampoos, usually prepare a concentrated surfactant solution, and then add a moisturizer, oily component, rinse component, powder and other components, water, etc. A means for obtaining a desired concentration is employed. However, neutralization of phosphate ester surfactants with triethanolamine salt or alkali metal salt causes a sudden increase in viscosity or gelation at a concentration of 50% by weight or more as a phosphate ester salt, making handling difficult. . Therefore, conventionally, when neutralizing a high concentration phosphate ester surfactant, there was no method other than by reducing the viscosity by adding a large amount of solvent or the like or neutralizing at a low concentration. Addition of a large amount of solvent, etc. causes deterioration in performance as a cleaning agent in terms of foaming properties and feel. On the other hand, neutralization with a low concentration of phosphate ester is naturally a large amount when a neutralized product is added to the final formulation. In this case, there is a problem that the amount of the third component is limited.

Cleaning compositions having the compositions shown in Tables 1 and 2 were prepared according to conventional methods, and foaming power, irritation and fluidity were evaluated by the following methods. These measurements and evaluations were all performed at a solution pH of 7.
<Foaming power> An aqueous solution obtained by diluting each detergent composition to a total active agent concentration of 1% by weight is prepared, and 100 mL of this solution (liquid temperature 40 ° C.) is poured into a 1000 mL measuring cylinder. Next, after adding lanolin to a concentration of 0.5% by weight, four stirring blades with a diameter of 5 cm were installed, stirred for 5 minutes at 1000 r / min, and the foam volume (mL) after 30 seconds was measured. The amount of foaming was evaluated based on the following criteria. The stirring blades were inverted every 5 seconds.
A: Foaming amount of 200 mL or more O: Foaming amount of 150 mL or more, less than 200 mL Δ: Foaming amount of less than 150 mL <Irritation> 10 mL was taken in a glass cup having a diameter of 3.5 cm placed on the forearm of 10 professional panelists and brought into contact with the skin for 30 minutes a day. After performing this continuously for 3 days, the skin condition was evaluated according to the following criteria.
○: No more than 5 people are found to be dropped Δ: No less than 6 people are seen to drop, but no erythema is seen x: Drops and erythema are seen in more than 6 people <fluidity> 80 g of each detergent composition is placed in a 100 mL glass bottle (No. 11 standard bottle / manufactured by ASONE Co., Ltd.) and heated to 30 ° C. When the container was tilted at 90 ° C., the time until each cleaning composition came out of the bottle was measured and evaluated according to the following criteria.
○: Flows out of the bottle within 5 seconds Δ: Flows out of the bottle within 6 to 29 seconds ×: Does not flow out of the bottle even after 30 seconds
