Abstract
【解決手段】 水力発電装置1は、一端に1次側給水管接続口21を有し他端に2次側給水管接続口22を有するハウジング2内に、両接続口21,22に通じる主流路31と、主流路31を流れる水の圧力を利用して発電を行う発電ユニット4と、1次側給水管接続口21から流入した水の一部を主流路31を迂回して2次側給水管接続口22に導くバイパス流路32A,32Bと、バイパス流路32A,32Bを1次側圧力の増減に応じて開閉する開閉弁5A,5Bとを設けたものである。

Description
また、開閉弁として、弁体をスプリングの弾性力によって2次側から弁座に当接させる構成のものを用いた場合、複数の開閉弁が同時に開弁するように設定しておくと、弁体がチャタリングを起こしてノイズが発生するおそれがあるが、例えばテンションが異なるスプリングを用いることによって各開閉弁の開弁時作動圧力を変えておけば、そのようなノイズの発生を回避することができる。

Claims (9)
- 一端に1次側給水管接続口(21)を有しかつ他端に2次側給水管接続口(22)を有するハウジング(2)内に、両接続口(21)(22)に通じる主流路(31)と、主流路(31)を流れる水の圧力を利用して発電を行う発電ユニット(4)と、1次側給水管接続口(21)から流入した水の一部を主流路(31)を迂回して2次側給水管接続口(22)に導く少なくとも1つのバイパス流路(32A)(32B)と、各バイパス流路(32A)(32B)を1次側圧力の増減に応じて開閉する開閉弁(5A)(5B)とが設けられていることを特徴とする、水力発電装置。
- 複数のバイパス流路(32A)(32B)が1次側圧力の増大に伴って順次開くように、各バイパス流路(32A)(32B)の開閉弁(5A)(5B)の開弁時作動圧力が異なる値に設定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の水力発電装置。
- 電動ユニットを備えた給水システムにおいて、給水管の途中に請求項1または2記載の水力発電装置(1)が設けられ、該水力発電装置(1)から供給された電力によって電動ユニットが駆動されるようになっていることを特徴とする、給水システム。
- さらに、水力発電装置(1)を迂回するように該装置(1)の1次側の給水管(P11)と2次側の給水管(P12)とを接続する少なくとも1つのバイパス管(P13)と、各バイパス管(P13)を1次側圧力の増減に応じて開閉する開閉弁(7)とが設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の給水システム。
- さらに、水力発電装置(1)を迂回するように該装置(1)の1次側の給水管(P11)と2次側の給水管(P12)とを接続する少なくとも1つのバイパス管(P13)と、各バイパス管(P13)を流れる水の量を調節する流量調節弁(8)とが設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の給水システム。
- 電動ユニットを備えた給水システムにおいて、給水管の途中に水力発電装置が設けられ、該水力発電装置から供給された電力によって電動ユニットが駆動されるようになっており、さらに、水力発電装置を迂回するように該装置の1次側の給水管と2次側の給水管とを接続する少なくとも1つのバイパス管と、各バイパス管を1次側圧力の増減に応じて開閉する開閉弁とが設けられていることを特徴とする、給水システム。
- 電動ユニットを備えた給水システムにおいて、給水管の途中に水力発電装置が設けられ、該水力発電装置から供給された電力によって電動ユニットが駆動されるようになっており、さらに、水力発電装置を迂回するように該装置の1次側の給水管と2次側の給水管とを接続する少なくとも1つのバイパス管と、各バイパス管を流れる水の量を調節する流量調節弁とが設けられていることを特徴とする、給水システム。
- 電動ユニットが灌水制御ユニットである、請求項3〜7のいずれか1つに記載の給水システム。
- 電動ユニットが給水栓用発光ユニットである、請求項3〜7のいずれか1つに記載の給水システム。
