Abstract
【解決手段】 水処理システム20用の取替え可能なランプ組立体24であって、入口開口388を備える第一端部及び出口開口228を備える第二端部と、導管80と、導管内を流れる水に放射する電球組立体82と、端部に結合されると共に端部間で延びる外枠と、ランプ組立体24を水処理システムの室内に流体シールするように端部に取付けられる入口シール370及び出口シール202とを具備し、第一端部及び第二端部の少なくともいずれか一方は、導管に解放可能に繋止され、これにより電球組立体にアクセス可能となり、シールの一方は端部の一方の外面周りに延びて水処理システム内の室を画成する壁に対してシールする、ランプ組立体が提供される。

Description
図6A〜Eを参照すると、フィルター組立体26はフィルターブロック組立体88、ドーム状で円筒形状の外側フィルターハウジング96、入口逆止ボール100、出口逆止ボール102、基体内部スリーブ92、フィルターねじリング94、ブロックガスケット104、及びフィルターハウジング把持器98を含んでいる。フィルターハウジング把持器98はエラストマーでありこの典型的な実施態様ではゴムで作られている。フィルターハウジング把持器98は外側フィルターハウジング96の上側ドーム状端部の上に拡げられかつ摩擦によりこれに取付けられる。フィルターブロック組立体88は底部フィルター端部キャップ106と頂部フィルター端部キャップ108との間に保持された環状カーボンブロック90を有する。フィルターブロック組立体88はまたカーボンブロック90の外周面を取巻くカーボンブランケット110を有している。カーボンブランケット110はカーボンブロック90を半径方向内側に向って通過しようとする大きな粒子をろ過し又は捕捉する作用をするナイロン網で構成されている。スマートチップ112が基体内部スリーブ92の基部に保持されている。スマートチッブ112はフィルター使用に関するパラメータを記録するのに用いられる。電子機器組立体66上のセンサーが誘導により電力を供給しスマートチップ112と通信しフィルター使用の詳細を得るようにする。
図8A〜8Cはランプ組立体24を示す。ランプ組立体24は基体部分組立体72、二次コイル74、底部支持部分組立体76、頂部支持組立体78、一対の石英スリーブ80、UV電球組立体82、凝縮Oリング84、及び一対の共働外枠反射器部分組立体86を含んでいる。
図26A〜26Cは底部覆い組立体60を頂面図、底面図及び分解図で示す。底部覆い組立体60は底部覆い32と、入口及び出口エルボー組立体62及び64と、4個の足パッド582と、スピーカースクリーン584と、電話ジャックカバー586と、一対のC−クリップ588とを含んでいる。C−クリップ588は入口及び出口エルボー組立体62及び64を底部覆い32に固定する。入口及び出口エルボー組立体62及び64は入口エルボー590と出口エルボー592とOリング594とコレット596とアダプター598とから構成されている。
基体ユニット22は次のように組立てられる。内部スリーブ50が取付け具(図示しない)の上側に置かれる。カバー52が内部スリーブ50の底部に超音波溶接され内部スリーブ組立体を形成する。出口カップ組立体56が次に組立てられる。出口カップ58はこれに超音波溶接されたカバー726を有する。上側及び下側軸受704及び706と流れ調整器706とが出口カップ58の底部の通路736の内部に配置される。また、明色パイプカップ712が出口カップ58の開口734に取付けられる。出口カップ組立体56が次に内部スリーブ50の底部の内部に置かれ、フランジ724が中央開口814に近接して内部スリーブ50に溶接され溶接接合部830を形成するようにする。次に入口弁組立体54が図29A〜29Cと図37に示されるように内部スリーブ50の導管818に取付けられる。入口弁ハウジング760、入口スプリング762及び入口逆止ボール764が導管818の下側導管部分820の内部に置かれ、Oリング770が入口弁ハウジング760の上側部分と下側導管部分820との間にシールを形成するようにする。入口カップシール768と入口分枝部766が導管818の頸部分824の内部に置かれ、シールリング780が導管818の内部をシールするようにする。

Claims (16)
- 水処理システム用の取替え可能なランプ組立体であって、
入口開口を備える第一端部及び出口開口を備える第二端部と
これら入口開口と出口開口との間に延びる導管と、
上記導管内を上記入口開口から上記出口開口へと流れる水に放射する電球組立体であって、上記導管と非同軸であり、長手軸線を有し、上記入口開口とほぼ平行であって上記導管と平行な電球組立体の長手軸線と整列するソケット内で上記第一端部に取付けられる、電球組立体と、
上記端部に結合されると共に上記端部間で延びる外枠とを具備し、
上記導管は放射が行われた全ての水が上記外枠と接触するのを防止し、
上記ランプ組立体を水処理システムに対して取替えることができるように上記ランプ組立体を上記水処理システムの室内に流体シールするように上記端部に取付けられる入口シール及び出口シールを更に具備し、
上記第一端部及び第二端部の少なくともいずれか一方は、上記導管に解放可能に繋止され、これにより上記電球組立体にアクセス可能となり、
上記シールの一方は上記端部の一方の外面周りに延びて上記水処理システム内の室を画成する壁に対してシールする、ランプ組立体。 - 上記第二端部は、当該ランプ組立体が上記水処理システム内に組み付けられていないときに上記第二端部を介して水が漏れ出すのを防止する出口弁を更に有する、請求項1に記載のランプ組立体。
- 上記出口弁が逆止ボール弁である、請求項2に記載のランプ組立体。
- 上記入口開口、上記出口開口及び上記導管は共通の軸線に沿って整列せしめられる、請求項1に記載のランプ組立体。
- 上記ランプ組立体の内部からの光線が上記外枠外に通過できるようにする明色パイプを更に有する、請求項4に記載のランプ組立体。
- 上記ランプ組立体に電力を供給するコイルを更に有する、請求項4に記載のランプ組立体。
- 上記コイルが上記第二の端部に近接して取付けられる、請求項6に記載のランプ組立体。
- 上記電球組立体と非同軸に上記入口開口と出口開口との間で延びる少なくとも付加的な導管を更に具備し、
上記電球組立体が上記付加的な導管に放射して該導管を通過する流体を殺菌する、請求項4に記載のランプ組立体。 - 上記外枠内に取付けられると共に上記電球組立体からの放射線を反射して導管上に焦点を集める反射器を更に有する、請求項4に記載のランプ組立体。
- 上記外枠は細長い第一の外枠と細長い第二の外枠とを有し、これら第一の外枠及び第二の外枠は第一の端部及び第二の端部に対して繋止され、少なくとも部分的に閉じた容器を形成する、請求項4に記載のランプ組立体。
- 上記第二の端部は、当該ランプ組立体を上記水処理システムに解放可能に取付けることができる取付け部を有する、請求項4に記載のランプ組立体。
- 上記取付け部が上記水処理システムに差込み式に取付けるための少なくとも一つの差込み部材を有する、請求項11に記載のランプ組立体。
- 水処理システム用のランプ組立体カートリッジであって、該水処理システムが少なくとも室の一部を画成する室壁を有する別個の水処理装置を有する、ランプ組立体カートリッジにおいて、
第一の端部と、
上記第一の端部から離れている第二の端部と、
上記第一の端部及び第二の端部と結合されたハウジングと、
上記ハウジングを通って延びると共に流体を搬送する導管であって、上記ハウジングと非同軸であり、流体が上記ハウジングと接触することがないように流体と該ハウジングとの間で仕切りを形成する導管と、
上記導管と流体的に接続される出口弁と、
上記ハウジング内に配置されると共に上記導管内の流体に放射する電球と、
上記第一の端部に対して取付けられる第一のシール及び上記第二の端部に対して取付けられる第二のシールであって、上記第一のシールが室壁と係合するように上記第一の端部の外面周りで延びて当該ランプ組立体カートリッジと室壁との間に液密シールを形成し、上記第二のシールが第二の端部と係合して上記出口弁に対して第二の端部をシールする、第一のシール及び第二のシールとを具備する、ランプ組立体カートリッジ。 - 上記電球は上記ハウジング内に解放可能に取付けられる、請求項13に記載のランプ組立体カートリッジ。
- 上記電球は上記導管と非同軸である、請求項13に記載のランプ組立体カートリッジ。
- 水処理システムで使用するためのランプ組立体であって、該水処理システムが別個の水処理装置を有し、該別個の水処理装置が室の少なくとも一部を画成する壁を有する、ランプ組立体において、
第一の端部と、
上記第一の端部から離れている第二の端部と、
上記第一の端部及び第二の端部に結合されたハウジングと、
上記第一の端部及び第二の端部に結合されると共にこれら端部間で延びる導管と、
長手軸線を有する電球であって、上記導管と非同軸であり、上記第一の端部及び第二の端部のうちの少なくともいずれか一方に取付けられた電球端部を有し、上記導管を通って流れる流体に放射する、電球と、
上記第一の端部に対して取付けられる第一のシール及び上記第二の端部に対して取付けられる第二のシールとを具備し、
上記第一のシール、上記第一の端部の少なくとも一部、上記導管の少なくとも一部、及び上記電球の少なくとも一部は、上記別個の水処理装置の室内に配置され、上記第一のシールは室壁と係合して液密シールを形成する、ランプ組立体。
