Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a heat exchanger system, and more particularly to a heat exchanger system in which two heat exchangers are connected in series.
Patent Document 1 discloses a heater core and a heat exchanger connected in series. The heater core and the heat exchanger are connected in series to the engine coolant system. The heater core exchanges heat between the cooling water from the water jacket of the engine and the air to generate hot air, and supplies the cooling water after the heat exchange to the heat exchanger.
The heat exchanger performs heat exchange between the cooling water from the heater core and the transmission oil to cool the transmission oil and return the cooling water after the heat exchange to the water jacket of the engine.
However, the flow resistance of the heat exchanger that cools the transmission oil is usually larger than the flow resistance of the heater core, so when the heater core and the heat exchanger are connected in series, the flow rate of the heater core decreases. There is a problem that the heater performance in the heater core is degraded.
In addition, when the heater core and the heat exchanger are connected in series, the amount of water passing through the heat exchanger is increased compared to the case where the heater core and the heat exchanger are connected in parallel. A lot of heat is taken away. As a result, after passing through the heat exchanger, the temperature of the cooling water flowing through the heater core is lowered, so the heater performance in the heater core is degraded.
In view of this, the present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to include a plurality of heat exchangers connected in series, and to suppress heat degradation in the upstream heat exchanger. It is to provide an exchange system.
According to the present invention, the heat exchanger system includes first and second heat exchangers. The first heat exchanger performs a first heat exchange between the first refrigerant and air to generate hot air. The second heat exchanger receives the first refrigerant after the first heat exchange from the first heat exchanger, and performs a second heat exchange between the received first refrigerant and the second refrigerant. To do. And the 2nd heat exchanger contains a heat exchange part and a bypass passage. The heat exchange unit performs second heat exchange. The bypass passage is connected in parallel to the heat exchange unit and allows the first refrigerant to pass therethrough. And the flow volume of the said 1st refrigerant | coolant which flows through a bypass channel is set to a flow volume required in order to suppress the performance fall of a said 1st heat exchanger.
Preferably, the second heat exchanger is connected in parallel between an inlet and an outlet of the first refrigerant, and n (n is a natural number) first passages through which the first refrigerant passes. And m (m is a natural number) second passages that are connected in parallel between the inlet and the outlet of the second refrigerant and each pass the second refrigerant. The n first passages are alternately stacked with the m second passages so that the first passage and the second passage are in contact with each other. The bypass passages are each composed of k first passages (k is a natural number satisfying 1 ≦ k ≦ n−1) each including no fin. The heat exchanging section is composed of nk first passages and m second passages each including fins.
Preferably, the second heat exchanger further includes a case that houses the heat exchange part and the bypass passage. The heat exchange unit is connected in parallel between the inlet and the outlet of the first refrigerant, each having fins, and n (n is a natural number) first through which the first refrigerant passes. And m (m is a natural number) second passages that are connected in parallel between the inlet and the outlet of the second refrigerant, each having fins, and through which the second refrigerant passes. Consists of. The n first passages are alternately stacked with the m second passages so that the first passage and the second passage are in contact with each other. The bypass passage includes a space provided between the heat exchange unit and the case.
Preferably, the first refrigerant is cooling water for an internal combustion engine. The second refrigerant is transmission oil.
In the heat exchanger system according to the present invention, the first refrigerant flows through the first and second heat exchangers connected in series. And the 2nd heat exchanger provided in the downstream is provided with the bypass passage which lets the 1st refrigerant | coolant which consists of a flow volume required in order to suppress the performance fall of a 1st heat exchanger.
Therefore, even if a 2nd heat exchanger is connected in series with a 1st heat exchanger, the performance fall of the 1st heat exchanger can be controlled.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the same or corresponding parts are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof will not be repeated.

FIG. 1 is a schematic block diagram of a heat exchanger system according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 1, a
The
The
The
The
The
The
The
Therefore, the
When the
In addition, when the
The
When the
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the
The other end of the
The
The
The
In this way, the cooling water is supplied from the
Then, even when the
Moreover, although the flow rate of the cooling water flowing through the
Furthermore, in the
As described above, in the first embodiment, in the
Due to this feature, it is possible to prevent a decrease in heater performance in the
In the above description, the number of passages not provided with the
In addition, although it has been described that the number of passages through which cooling water flows and the number of passages through which oil flows are six, in the present invention, the passage through which cooling water flows and the passage through which oil flows are not limited thereto. It is sufficient that at least one is provided, and the number of passages through which cooling water flows may not be equal to the number of passages through which oil flows.
Furthermore, the
[Embodiment 2]
FIG. 3 is a schematic block diagram of a heat exchanger system according to the second embodiment. Referring to FIG. 3,
The
4 is a cross-sectional view of the
The
Since the
FIG. 5 is a plan view of the
Referring to FIG. 4 again, the cooling water is supplied from the
Then, even when the
Further, although the flow rate of the cooling water flowing through the
Further, in the
As described above, in the second embodiment, the heat exchanging unit in which the
With this feature, it is possible to prevent a decrease in heater performance in the
In the above description, the
More generally, the heat exchanger system according to the present invention includes a plurality of heat exchangers connected in series, and the downstream heat exchanger incorporates a bypass passage through which cooling water passes, What is necessary is just to perform heat exchange between this refrigerant and the second refrigerant.
The embodiment disclosed this time should be considered as illustrative in all points and not restrictive.
