前記切断端部を閉塞した後は、前記ガスバッグを管外に撤去して、前記貫通孔周りに設けてある雌ねじ部に螺合した栓部材でその貫通孔を塞ぎ、
前記閉塞した切断端部側に新設管を接続する時は、前記栓部材の螺合を解除して、前記貫通孔を通して管内に装着したガスバッグで前記切断端部側へのガスの流入を遮断し、
前記新設管を接続した後は、前記ガスバッグを管外に撤去して、前記栓部材を前記雌ねじ部に螺合するとともに溶接固定して前記貫通孔を閉塞する配管工法であって、
