Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a dynamic damper, and more particularly to a cylindrical dynamic damper that is used by being inserted into a pipe disposed in an automobile body or the like.
Conventionally, various anti-vibration devices have been used in automobiles, and among them, in order to reduce that various mechanical components attached to the body vibrate due to vibration generated from a power unit or the like. A dynamic damper that absorbs and suppresses the vibration has been suitably used.
As one of such dynamic dampers, a dynamic damper is attached to a drive shaft used in a power transmission system of an automobile to prevent the vehicle body from vibrating due to vibration generated in a power unit system such as an engine. The structure is adopted. For example, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-149386 (Patent Document 1), a damper mass is coaxially disposed in a hollow hole of a drive shaft having a hollow structure with a predetermined gap with respect to an inner peripheral surface thereof. In addition, a structure in which a pair of support rubber elastic bodies are fixed to both axial ends of the damper mass, and the damper mass is connected to the drive shaft by the pair of support rubber elastic bodies to be elastically supported is disclosed. ing.
Furthermore, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-235803 (Patent Document 2), bending resonance is generated in a propulsion shaft (propeller shaft) that constitutes a part of a power transmission system used in an FR vehicle, a 4WD vehicle, or the like. As a dynamic damper that is press-fitted to reduce, an inner pipe is placed inside a resin outer pipe, and these are elastically connected by a mounting rubber inside a resin mounting pipe that is fixed to the propeller shaft. A structure is shown in which an inner weight is press-fitted into the inner pipe so as to be press-fitted into the inner pipe and fixed, and arranged at the axial center of the mounting pipe. Furthermore, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-97633 (Patent Document 3), as in the case of Patent Document 2, as a dynamic damper attached to the propeller shaft, an inner weight is arranged on the axis of the outer pipe, A structure in which the outer pipe and the inner weight are elastically connected by fitting a mount rubber interposed between the outer pipe and the inner weight into an annular recess formed in the body portion of the inner weight. Things have been revealed.
Also, in recent years, in order to achieve a more comfortable ride, vibrations have been absorbed and suppressed using dynamic dampers even for mechanical parts that have not previously been equipped with vibration isolation devices. For example, by pressing a dynamic damper into a pipe attached to a seat (seat), vibrations transmitted from the vehicle body side are absorbed to prevent the seat from resonating. Yes.
However, even when a dynamic damper is attached at such a location, the dynamic damper as disclosed in Patent Documents 1 to 3 described above has various problems.
For example, like the one described in Patent Document 1, the dynamic damper is attached to the pipe by press-fitting into the hollow hole of the pipe via the attachment portions in the supporting rubber elastic body fixed to both ends of the damper mass. When it is carried out by the method of attaching directly, since the positional relationship between the mounting portion of such a support rubber elastic body and the damper mass is not fixed, the force applied at the time of press-fitting into the pipe, Due to the deformation of the support rubber elastic body, the length changes, causing a problem that the damper mass and the support rubber elastic body are not arranged in a predetermined positional relationship. As a result, the damper characteristics of the dynamic damper The problem is that there is a change.
Moreover, in the thing of patent document 2 and patent document 3, even when it reduces in size with the shape, the magnitude | size of the inner weight required in order to acquire sufficient vibration-proof performance, and the thickness of mount rubber are set. There are inherent problems that are difficult to secure. In addition, since the mount rubber that elastically connects the inner weight and the outer pipe is connected only at the substantially central portion in the axial direction, the inner weight is swung around the central portion in the axial direction. In some cases, the inner weight and the outer pipe may collide with each other to cause abnormal noise. Further, in Patent Document 2, an inner weight is press-fitted into a combination of two sets of assemblies in which an inner pipe and an outer pipe are connected by a rubber elastic body, thereby suppressing the movement in the deflection or bending direction. However, in such a case, the structure is complicated and causes problems such as deterioration in productivity and increase in cost.
Here, the present invention has been made in the background of such circumstances, and the problem to be solved is that there is no fear that the shape and the damper characteristics will change even if inserted into a pipe. The object is to provide a cylindrical dynamic damper.
In the present invention, in order to solve such a technical problem, a cylindrical dynamic damper that is inserted and fixed in a pipe to reduce vibration of the pipe is formed into a cylindrical shape at both ends. And a cylindrical holding member having rigidity, which is fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the pipe, and is positioned in the axial direction in the cylindrical holding member. A longitudinal mass member supported at both ends, and corresponding portions of both end portions of the mass member and the cylindrical portions at both ends of the cylindrical holding member are elastically connected to each other, and the mass The gist of the present invention is a cylindrical dynamic damper having rubber elastic bodies at both ends for supporting the member only at both ends thereof.
Further, according to one of desirable aspects of the cylindrical dynamic damper according to the present invention for solving such a problem, the rubber elastic body is positioned at a predetermined distance from a corresponding end of the mass member, and A disk-like support portion fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the corresponding cylindrical portion of the cylindrical holding member, and a connection portion that connects the support portion and the corresponding end portion of the mass member. Will be.
Furthermore, in another aspect according to the present invention, the cylindrical holding member is integrally configured by connecting the cylindrical portions at both ends with the two axisymmetric connecting portions. In addition, a cylindrical dynamic damper formed as a window portion having a large opening between the two connecting portions in the circumferential direction is also characterized.
Furthermore, according to another desirable aspect of the cylindrical dynamic damper according to the present invention, the cylindrical holding member has a rubber elastic body layer having a predetermined thickness on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion at both ends thereof. Are integrally formed.
Thus, according to the cylindrical dynamic damper according to the present invention, the longitudinal mass member is elastically connected and supported via the rubber elastic body in the rigid cylindrical holding member. The rubber elastic body is not deformed by the pressure applied when the cylindrical dynamic damper is inserted into the pipe. Therefore, the distance between the mass member and the rubber elastic body changes, and the mass members are changed. Since there is no possibility that the positional relationship between the rubber elastic body and the rubber elastic body changes, the damper characteristic by the cylindrical dynamic damper is stably exhibited.
In addition, in such a cylindrical dynamic damper, the mass member is connected to and supported by the opposite end portions of the cylindrical holding member at both ends thereof, thereby providing damper characteristics. In addition to easily reducing the size of the cylindrical dynamic damper without taking into account the change of the mass, and when vibration is applied in the run-out or twisting direction centering on the central portion of the mass member in the axial direction. However, there is a possibility that the mass member does not move or bend in the above-described direction, the end of the mass member may collide with the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical holding member, and the generation of abnormal noise associated therewith. The problem will be resolved effectively.
According to one of desirable aspects of the cylindrical dynamic damper according to the present invention, the rubber elastic body that connects the mass member and the cylindrical holding member is fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion of the cylindrical holding member. The cylindrical holding member shaft is formed with respect to the cylindrical dynamic damper having such a structure from the disk-shaped support portion and the connecting portion that connects the end portion of the mass member to the cylindrical support portion. When vibration is input in the perpendicular direction, in other words, in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the mass member, the rubber elastic body is deformed in the shearing direction at the above-described connecting portion, so that a soft spring characteristic can be exhibited. Thus, it is possible to exhibit an effective damper characteristic against low frequency vibration. In addition, by increasing the diameter of the disk-shaped support part, the distance between the outer peripheral surface of the mass member and the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical holding member is increased without affecting the spring characteristics of the rubber elastic body. Therefore, the possibility that the mass member and the inner surface of the cylindrical holding member collide can be effectively avoided.
Furthermore, in another preferable aspect of the cylindrical dynamic damper according to the present invention, the cylindrical holding members are provided with two axially symmetric connecting portions provided on the cylindrical portions provided at both axial ends thereof. Since the two window portions are formed so as to open greatly between the circumferential directions of the two connecting portions, the weight of the cylindrical holding member is reduced while securing the strength in the axial direction. A vulcanizing mold having a molding cavity that forms an outer shape of a rubber elastic body that connects the cylindrical holding member and the mass member through such a large opening window portion can be formed into a cylindrical shape. The rubber material that forms the rubber elastic body is molded into a mold after being inserted into the holding member and set in a predetermined position of the mold so that the cylindrical holding member and the mass member are in predetermined positions, respectively. Fill the cavity and cylinder By performing integral vulcanization molding the holding member and the mass member, it is a predetermined shape, it become possible to form a rubber elastic body integrally connected to the tubular holding member and the mass member.
Furthermore, according to another preferable aspect of the cylindrical dynamic damper according to the present invention, the rubber elastic body layer having a predetermined thickness is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical holding member. When the cylindrical dynamic damper is inserted into the pipe, it comes into contact with the pipe via the rubber elastic layer, and is elastically pressed and fixed to the inner surface of the pipe at the contact portion. The force required for insertion into the inside is only a small force that can compress and deform such a rubber elastic layer and oppose the frictional force generated between the rubber elastic layer and the inner peripheral surface of the pipe. Therefore, it is not necessary to press the rigid cylindrical holding member with an excessive pressure that compresses and deforms to a size that can be inserted into the inner diameter of the pipe to be inserted. With the pressure when press-fitting into It is possible to effectively avoid the risk of form.
Hereinafter, in order to clarify the present invention more specifically, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
First, FIG. 1 shows a cylindrical
More specifically, the outer cylinder fitting 12 is formed from a rigid metal cylinder, and has a substantially cylindrical shape as a whole, in which a part of the cylindrical wall of the outer cylinder fitting 12 is formed. However, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the
On the other hand, in such an outer cylinder fitting 12, the mass fitting 14 arranged in the axial direction is a solid long cylindrical shape formed of a metal material or the like, and the size thereof is the outer cylinder fitting. The outer diameter of the outer cylinder fitting 12 is shorter than the entire length of the outer cylinder fitting 12 so as to be displaceable within the
And the rubber
By the way, such a cylindrical
When the cylindrical
As described above, in the cylindrical
In addition, the
Further, a rubber
Further, the outer

As mentioned above, although one typical embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail, it is merely an example, and the present invention is interpreted in a limited manner by a specific description in such an embodiment. It should be understood that this is not the case.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, by deforming the rubber
In addition, the
In addition, in the embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 4, the outer diameter of the
In addition, although not listed one by one, the present invention can be implemented in a mode with various changes, modifications, improvements, and the like based on the knowledge of those skilled in the art. It goes without saying that any one of them falls within the scope of the present invention without departing from the spirit of the invention.
