Abstract
【解決手段】分散媒とともに流動する粒子群又は分散媒中を自己運動する粒子群に光を照射する光照射部4と、光を照射された粒子群から発される散乱光Sを受光し、その光子数に応じたパルス信号を出力する受光部5と、前記パルス信号を受信し、ゲートが開いている状態において受け付けたパルス数をカウントする並列配置した複数のマルチビットカウンタ6と、各カウンタ6のゲートが開いている時間をそれぞれ等しく設定するとともに、ゲートの開くタイミングを各カウンタ6で異ならセル2制御部7と、前記各カウンタ6から順次得られるパルス数の時系列データから自己相関データを得るコリレータ8と、コリレータ8から得られる自己相関データに基づいて前記粒子群の粒径分布を算出する算出部9とを備えるようにした。

Claims (3)
- 分散媒とともに流動する粒子群又は分散媒中を自己運動する粒子群に光を照射する光照射部と、
光を照射された粒子群から発される散乱光を受光し、その光子数に応じたパルス信号を出力する受光部と、
前記パルス信号を受信し、ゲートが開いている状態において受け付けたパルス数をカウントする並列配置した複数のマルチビットカウンタと、
各カウンタのゲートが開いている時間をそれぞれ等しく設定するとともに、ゲートの開くタイミングを各カウンタで異ならせる制御部と、
前記各カウンタから順次得られるパルス数の時系列データから自己相関データを得るコリレータと、
コリレータから得られる自己相関データに基づいて前記粒子群の粒径分布を算出する算出部とを備えている粒径分布測定装置。 - ゲートの開いている時間が、粒子群の流動速度をパラメータとして設定されるように構成している請求項1記載の粒径分布測定装置。
- 請求項1又は2記載の粒径分布測定装置を利用した粒径分布測定方法であって、
前記光照射部による光照射領域に粒径に応じた時間分布をもって到達する粒子群に対し、所定の時間間隔で複数回に亘って粒径分布を算出し、算出した各粒径分布を足し合わせて前記粒子群の総粒径分布を算出することを特徴とする粒径分布測定方法。
