Abstract
【解決手段】 一体成形された測定用セグメント13を翼模型に設け、測定用セグメント13の表面にコード方向に所定間隔で形成した複数の薄膜部34の裏面に固定した歪みゲージ35が出力する電気信号を圧力換算手段で圧力に変換することで、前記所定のコードラインに沿う圧力分布を測定するので、測定用セグメント13の表面に気流の流れに影響を与える段差や隙間が発生するのを防止して圧力分布の測定精度を高めることができる。特に、測定用セグメント13を光造形法により一体成形すれば、複雑な形状の測定用セグメント13を高精度かつ安価に成形することができる。また複数の測定用セグメント13をスパン方向に離間して配置すれば、スパン方向の異なる位置での圧力分布を同時に測定することができる。

Claims (4)
- 流体に対して相対移動する物体(W)の表面の所定の流れ方向に沿う圧力分布を測定するための圧力分布測定装置において、
前記物体(W)は、前記流れ方向に対して略垂直方向に所定幅を有するように一体成形された測定用セグメント(13)を備えており、この測定用セグメント(13)の表面に複数の薄膜部(34)を前記流れ方向に所定間隔で形成し、前記複数の薄膜部(34)の裏面に固定した歪みゲージ(35)が出力する電気信号を圧力換算手段(38)で圧力に変換することで、前記流れ方向に沿う圧力分布を測定することを特徴とする圧力分布測定装置。 - 前記測定用セグメント(13)は、前記流れ方向に延びる縦フレーム(31)と、それに対して直交する方向に延びる横フレーム(32)とを結合したフレーム(33)を有しており、前記薄膜部(34)の外周を前記縦フレーム(31)および横フレーム(32)に接続したことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の圧力分布測定装置。
- 前記測定用セグメント(13)を光造形法により一体成形したことを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の圧力分布測定装置。
- 前記物体(W)は前記流れ方向に対して略垂直方向に離間して配置された複数の測定用セグメント(13)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の圧力分布測定装置。
