Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a tank container obtained by containerizing a tank truck.
In the case of a tank lorry that fills and transports gasoline, LPG, powder, etc. in the tank, the tank mounting part is durable and has a long life with respect to the car chassis part. Construction (transfer) to reinstall the tank part was done. Thus, the tank of the tank truck has been conventionally used after replacing the automobile part. Normally, the automobile part is exchanged 3 to 4 times during the life cycle of the tank. Therefore, recently, a detachable tank container of a type that detachably supports a tank with respect to a traveling vehicle body of an automobile part has attracted attention. As such a tank container, for example, there is a tank container as disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2003-137019.
However, in such a removable tank container that does not require transfer work, the
For this reason, under the circumstances where the tank transfer has to be carried out for the tank lorry as before, special work including welding is necessary, and if the car is remodeled, more modifications are required. Therefore, the burden on the owner has become a big problem. Furthermore, since the tank lorry cannot be used during the construction period, securing alternative transportation means has also been a problem.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a tank container in which a tank lorry tank that has been used so far is used as a container.
The tank container of the present invention is a tank in which a cylindrical barrel portion and a saddle for stably supporting the tank at the barrel portion are integrally fixed. It has a transfer frame which is integrated with a tank and can be mounted on a chassis of an automobile part and provided with a fastening member connectable to the chassis side.
Further, in the tank container according to the present invention, the transfer frame has the two vertical beam members on which the saddle is mounted and the horizontal beam members located at both ends thereof fixed, and the vertical beam member and the horizontal beam member are inclined. It is desirable to be reinforced by a material and to be provided with twist lock tightening members at both ends of the cross beam material.
In the tank container according to the present invention, it is preferable that the transfer frame has a fork pocket formed so that a fork portion of a forklift can be inserted in a width direction.
Therefore, according to the tank container of the present invention, the transfer frame is further integrated into the tank of the tank truck that has been used so far, that is, the tank in which the saddle for stable support by the cylindrical body is integrally fixed. It became possible to make it a tank container. As a result, the vehicle can be easily fixed by a fastening member made of, for example, a twist lock, and the tank can be easily replaced.
Next, an embodiment of a tank container according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. First, a tank truck equipped with a tank to be containerized in this embodiment will be briefly described. FIG. 6 is a side view showing the tank lorry in a simplified manner, and FIG. 7 is a view showing the rear of the tank lorry. The
In the present embodiment, the
That is, in the
Further, the two
The containerization of the
In the automobile part of the
Therefore, according to the tank container of this embodiment, the
Therefore, since the
Further, since the
In addition, since the
Furthermore, there is no longer a period when the tank lorry cannot be used due to the replacement, and it is no longer necessary to secure alternative transportation means.
