Abstract
【解決手段】 この発明の赤外線検出器は、入射赤外線を透過する窓を有する外筒及び、前記外筒と一体化され、冷却手段を挿入する空間を形成する内筒からなる真空断熱構造を有するデュワと、前記デュワの内筒先端部のデュワ熱伝導部に配置され、前記冷却手段により冷却される赤外線検出素子と、を備えた赤外線検出器において、前記デュワ熱伝導部は、炭素含有量0.06〜0.1%のインバー合金(36%Ni−Fe)であるものである。

Description
以上のように本発明の赤外線検出器は、デュワ熱伝導部を炭素含有量0.06〜0.1%のインバー合金(36%Ni−Fe)とすることにより、熱膨張係数を従来のインバーとほとんど変えることなく、冷却時のマルテンサイト変態を抑制することができる。

Claims (3)
- 入射赤外線を透過する窓を有する外筒及び、前記外筒と一体化され、冷却手段を挿入する空間を形成する内筒からなる真空断熱構造を有するデュワと、
前記デュワ内のデュワ熱伝導部に配置され、前記冷却手段により冷却さる赤外線検出素子と、を備えた赤外線検出器において、
前記デュワ熱伝導部は、炭素含有のインバー合金(Ni−Fe)である赤外線検出器。 - 前記炭素含有量は、0.06〜0.1%である請求項1に記載の赤外線検出器。
- 前記インバー合金は、Niが32%以上である請求項2に記載の赤外線検出器。
