Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an article conveyance method and an article conveyance system, and in particular, includes an article conveyance machine that conveys an article in response to an operation instruction based on a conveyance request, and is efficient when there are a plurality of operation instructions for the article conveyance machine. The present invention relates to an article conveyance method and article conveyance system that realizes the conveyance of various articles.
As a general article transport system, for example, a transport system for an automatic warehouse is widely known.
An article transport system related to an automatic warehouse usually includes a storage shelf having a plurality of storage units for storing articles, a stacker crane as an article transporter for loading / unloading articles to / from the storage shelf, and a warehouse request or a warehouse request. A control panel is provided for instructing operation to the stacker crane.
The stacker crane is reciprocated along the storage shelf, and the stacker crane is provided with a slide fork that can move up and down with respect to the storage shelf.
For this reason, the stacker crane can move the slide fork forward and backward to transfer the article to the storage shelf storage unit or to take out the article stored in the storage shelf storage unit.
In addition, a control panel is provided as an operation instruction means for the stacker crane. However, such a control panel may be provided separately from the storage shelf and the stacker crane, and the stacker crane operates based on an article entry request or an exit request. An instruction is received from this control panel.
By the way, in this kind of article conveyance system, a plurality of operation instructions may be received together in a relatively short time.
For example, for the
In this case, when the first operation instruction and the second operation instruction are executed in order from a state where the slide fork of the stacker crane faces a specific housing part (in FIG. 10, row I, 4th stage), the stacker crane The trajectory of the carriage is indicated by arrows a, b, c, and d in FIG.
For this reason, in the operation route of the stacker crane operated based on each operation instruction, the idle travel distance (arrows i and c in FIG. 10) of the stacker crane that does not convey the article Wx or the article Wy is relative to the total distance of the operation route. The share is relatively high.
The stacker crane that runs idle without conveying the article Wx or the article Wy is simply a preparation process for conveying the article Wx or the article Wy, and the ratio of the idle running distance to the entire distance of the operation route is high. It can be said that the operation efficiency of the stacker crane is poor.
Therefore, in order to increase the operation efficiency of the stacker crane, it is required to shorten the idle travel distance of the stacker crane that does not transport the article Wx or the article Wy as much as possible.
Therefore, in the first prior art disclosed in
In this article transport method, when there is an operation instruction based on a warehousing request and an operation instruction based on a warehousing request, and one warehousing port is provided at the end of the storage shelf, The warehousing is instructed as one unit.
For this reason, if the warehousing is continued after the warehousing, the stacker crane will not run idle between the operation route in the operation instruction based on the warehousing request and the operation route in the operation instruction based on the warehousing request.
This article transport method searches for an empty storage section when an operation instruction based on an emergency exit request is issued while the stacker crane is being transported by an operation instruction based on an entry request. Calculate the total travel time by calculating the travel time from the current location to this empty containment unit and the travel time from the empty containment unit to the origination containment unit, while accommodating the storage destination from the current location of the stacker crane. When the total travel time is less than the travel time, the goods are received using the empty storage part as a temporary storage destination, and the temporary storage Later, it is assumed that the stacker crane is transported in accordance with an operation instruction based on the exit request.
For this reason, it is said that a stacker crane can be operated efficiently when goods are loaded and unloaded.
However, in the first conventional technique, the warehousing position and the warehousing position are common, and only a plurality of operation instructions are continuously executed so that the warehousing destination and the warehousing destination coincide with each other, and based on the warehousing request. It is limited to the combination of the operation instruction and the operation instruction based on the warehousing request, and the order of warehousing after the warehousing becomes a necessary condition.
For this reason, there was a problem that in the order of delivery after entry, efficient operation of the article transporter cannot be realized.
Furthermore, if this technology is applied when the delivery position and the entry position are different, it is necessary to make the article transporter run idle between the delivery position and the entry position.
On the other hand, the second conventional technology is that the article transporter is operating according to the operation instruction based on the warehousing request, the interrupted operation instruction is based on the warehousing request, and the storage unit as the warehousing destination based on the operation instruction. In addition, there is a condition that there is an empty storage section as a temporary storage destination.
For this reason, when these conditions are not satisfied, there is a problem in that the goods can not be efficiently loaded and unloaded.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and the object of the present invention is, for example, when there are a plurality of operation instructions, the condition of the destination of the article and the transfer source, or the order / combination of the plurality of operation instructions. An object of the present invention is to provide an article conveyance method and an article conveyance system capable of realizing efficient article conveyance by an article conveyance machine without being restricted by conditions and the like.

Specifically, a specific operation instruction is selected according to the flowchart shown in FIG. 6, and the basic operation instruction is set as the selected operation instruction.
In the second allocation process, when there are a plurality of warehousing sources and warehousing destinations, the order of the warehousing source and the warehousing destination is set, and when an operation instruction is received, a specific order is set based on the set order. This is an allocation process for selecting an operation instruction.
According to this allocation process, it becomes possible to avoid concentrating operation instructions related to a specific warehousing source or warehousing destination, and the handling balance of the article W at the warehousing source and the warehousing destination is maintained.
Here, the second allocation process is called a “balance consideration method”. Specifically, a specific operation instruction is selected according to the flowchart shown in FIG. 7, and the basic operation instruction is set to the selected operation instruction. It is said.
A program for executing two types of allocation processes may be prepared, and a necessary allocation process program may be selected and executed.

In this embodiment, the selection of the basic operation instruction strictly adheres to the principle of “first-in first-out”, but in the set combined operation instruction, priority is given to efficient transport of the automatic guided

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications are possible within the scope of the gist of the invention. For example, the following modifications may be made.
○ In the first and second embodiments described above, a combined operation instruction that combines two operation instructions is used. However, for example, a combined operation instruction that combines three operation instructions may be used. There may be more than one.
○ In the first embodiment, the operation instruction combined with the basic operation instruction in the combined operation instruction may be either a warehousing request or a warehousing request regardless of the request content. For example, it is combined with the basic operation instruction. The operation instruction may be limited to an entry request or an exit request. By limiting the request contents of the operation instruction combined with the basic operation instruction, for example, it becomes easy to cope with the conveyance of articles with a significant bias in warehousing or leaving in accordance with the time zone.
○ In the first embodiment described above, the basic operation instruction in the combined operation instruction is executed in strict accordance with “first-in first-out” and before the operation instruction combined with the basic operation instruction, but as in the second embodiment The operation instruction combined with the basic operation instruction may be executed first with priority on the operation efficiency.
In the second embodiment described above, the track traveling type automatic guided vehicle is used, but the track traveling type automatic guided vehicle may be used.
In the second embodiment described above, two stations for arrival and two stations for shipment are used, but the number of each station is not limited to two, and may be plural.
